Very first time I went, really expected what i thought I would as a first time client at the vet. My rabbit was taken care of for a regular check up and came to find out the right gender lol. They have really nice people here and gave me the right guidance as to taking care of my rabbit. Doctor & her assistant were so generous!

They always take amazing care of both my dogs. The staff is kind and honest, even if it’s hard to hear news. I’m a lot less worried taking my doggies here ????

My 15 year old King Shepherd, Xavier, started feeling a lot of issues walking. His usual vet was no use as they had no openings until September. I called them on a Wednesday and they listened to what was happening and got me in that day. We arrived and didn’t have to wait at all. They got us into a room and we started going over what was happening. Dr. K was wonderful and thought about him and not how much money I would be willing to spend. Unfortunately with Xavier’s age and issues, they explained that they would definitely do whatever I wanted them to do, but it would only work for a few days or weeks. That his age and being as big as he was, I should think about him. We made the hard decision and the vet and techs were wonderful. They let me have time with him and then when the time came they were very understanding of how hard and emotional it was. They let me sit with him and grieve for him. On Friday, I took my other dog in for itching issues and they were still the same lovely people as they had been on Wednesday. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had to take my pit bull in for emergency surgery. Dr. Usha Kappagantula was the best ever at doing his surgery and stitching him up. She took great care in following up after his surgery by texting and calling.she made sure she walked me through step by step on how to care for him when i got home. Her staff did great at handling him even though he is very energetic and has some anxiety issues.they also introduced the idea of CareCredit to help us afford to save my dog. This is the only office my family and i will be going to from now on because this is the only place my dog has liked and felt happy and comfortable at.honestly a 5 star rating does not even do this place justice. I do not know what i would have done without Noble West Animal Hospital! This is a very trustworthy place to take fur babies!

I had a bad experience at another facility until I found Noble West Animal Hospital. Dr. K was professional and valued my pet's illness and problem and provided the necessary care and treatment until she could get a radiologist to further evaluate my little girl. The staff are extremely friendly and prompt as well as professional. Great care is given here.

Had a pet emergency and they were able to get my pup in right away! A great, attentive staff.

Our miniature schnauzer Finley was having issues one morning and Noble West Animal Hospital got us in right away. The staff and doctor were all very kind and knowledgeable. They took very good care of Finley, and resolved his issue, sending him home a happy dog. We recommend Noble West Animal Hospital for the care of your beloved pets.

Dr. K helped our puppy when he had an obstruction from eating socks. She was very detailed, came up with a plan of action and walked us through exactly what we needed to do. We were very worried it would end in having to have surgery. We listened and did everything exactly the way Dr. K told us to do it and within less than a week he passed the obstruction safely. Highly recommend!

My initial impression of Dr. K was that she was extremely rude. With that said, it was because she really cares about our animals and wanted to drive home what I wasn't doing right as a dog dad. She brought up price quite a bit until I had to tell her I am a business owner and price does not concern me. Also, with that said, she cares about the bottom dollar for her clients. This clinic is rated 4.8 stars and I feel that is extremely low. This is a 5 star place. My usual vet did not discover any of the problems Dr. K did. I spent 2k with my last vet with no answers. $300 and Dr. K had a game plan and answers. My advice to future clients is to shut up and let this woman do her job. You won't be disappointed. We experienced very poor morale and ethical medical care from Dr.K. Our poor boy didn’t deserve to be treated with such lack of care! We can’t get him back????..there isn’t a negative star review so had to go with a 1. -5⭐️

Our ten year old Pomeranian had surgery and due to the stress and being away from home & winter weather, she developed a skin lesion and seborreheic problems. Dr. K diagnosed & recognized what it was and prescribed medicated shampoo and spray treatment. Her lesions were healed within a few days and a much happier little girl. Noble West has very accommodating hours and is open seven days. Dr K. taught us so much we were unaware of about our dog we have had for four years. Happy owners and glad to have found Noble West.

Very happy with Noble West they are very compassionate and friendly people. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with everyone there! The doctor is the sweetest most wonderful lady I have ever met!

We were able to get an appointment in an expedient manner for a new dog with a skin infection. Dr. K knew just how to help her with medications and I am happy to report she is healed up and much improved! Caring vet and staff, I would recommend to anyone!

Dr. K is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your pet. Her staff is always very kind and helpful as well. Prices are fair and reasonable compared to others in the area. I’m so happy I found her and my pup is too!

The whole staff and specially Dr K at Noble West took such a good care of my dog while he was here with us. They were always very attentive and caring. The grooming service there is also amazing! I highly recommend their service.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Usha and her staff. They literally saved our dog’s life. He was in need of an emergency surgery that our regular vet was not able to perform. I’m so glad I found this place after tireless looking for an affordable and reliable place that could take proper care of him. After surgery, Dr. Usha carefully explained his after treatment care always making sure that we have everything we need. After that visit, we definitively switched from our usual vet to Noble West Animal Hospital. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitively recommended.

Having just got a new puppy after 20 years break from having dogs. I was given excellent advise, all staff members were caring and we signed up for a care package for a year. I was informed the day after on test results and text alerts for up an coming appointments. Very caring and professional I know I’m in good hands

Dr Usha and staff are caring and she always has helpful tips for administering meds to my pet and creative ways to care for her when we arrive home. They have weekend hours and the staff are comprehensive and well versed. She has treated our pup for numerous health problems as she is aging.

They made my big fat cat buddy look really nice, and he smells very nice thanks to the bath. Also the staff was very processional and kind. I'd recommend them.

I’ve had an incredible experience with Dr. K and the staff at this location over the past several months. They have been so helpful through the most important stages of my puppy’s life. Every time I call them they are informative and nice. You can tell they really care about the health of your pets. They are excited to see us when we walk in the door. My 8 month old puppy gets excited to go to the vet! He just loves them! I don’t think I would trust him with any other vet at this point. I had him microchipped at our last visit and my puppy didn’t even flinch or make a noise at all. Thank you guys for all you do and making puppy life so easy for this mama.

Provided superb care to my 18 mos. German Shepherd on a Sunday when I could not get into the Emergency Clinic. Our dog had severe pneumonia in both lungs. Dr. K. acted quickly and decisively to get broad spectrum gram + and - antibiotics and nutritional support/hydration on board to get the dog stabilized and on the mend.

We switched to Noblesville West 2 years ago. They have great staff! Expert advice, and are truthful about your animals. We are extremely happy.

I had a wonderful experience at this vet! They are reasonably priced, have late and weekend hours, and the staff is so friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend this vet for every pet!

This vet saved our pets life! Our dog was misdiagnosed at our regular vet and we called here for a second opinion and it turned out to be the best decision! She needed emergency surgery and not only was it done quickly but it was done well and was no easy task. Afterwards the doctor went above and beyond with her after treatment care and we are very thankful because our dog was very sick and now we are blessed with more time with her thanks to Dr. Kappagantula.

The vet is very nice, caring and pays attention to your pets needs. I continue bringing my pet here because the vet truly cares about our pet. Edit: The vet has a new COVID-related policy for call-in medications that requires a fee due to the high volume. The reasoning behind the policy and other factors were not disclosed when I called in. There were supposedly emails sent to clients describing this new policy, but we never received it. We may have incorrectly written our email address down. It turns out I misundstood the situation, so I have changed my review to reflect this. The below was from a review prior to the vet properly explaining their new COVID policy. I have left it below for transparency purposes. Unfortunately, they have an outrageous policy to charge $5 to get a written or phoned in prescription to get my dogs medications anywhere but the vet's office. When they performed the annual exam, they knew my dog was on medications and never informed me of this fee. If they had, I would have gotten the prescriptions at my appointment so I could handle the situation myself. (This refers to a visit that happened before the new policy) I would definitely consider bringing my dog here again, but I will be asking for written prescriptions at the time of the appointment from now on to avoid this fee to "track down the vet". I paid for an exam and labs and that should include any cost to issue prescriptions, just like a doctor's appointment does.

Dr.usha k is wonderful. I was not liking my previous vet due to unnecessary bills and tensions she gave me. Dr.K is nice, straightforward and sweet. She’s practical and doesn’t stress the pet parent. I moved to Florida but I still miss her and contact her if I’m stressed. They even call you and ask about the pet if they’re sick. Love this place. The staff and the doctor is extremely sweet and nice to dogs.

We had an emergency with our dog and took her to Noble West Animal Hospital on a Sunday because our usual vet was closed. The care that our dog received at Noble West was awesome! Dr. K was very good at explaining what was going on and providing medication to ease her pain. She really cares about getting to a root of the problem. After that weekend visit, we switched from our usual vet to Dr. K. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, the environment is calm and the care is top-notch.

The groomer at Noble West came highly recommended. I was very impressed when my dog was groomed the first time. However, the original groomer has taken an assistant and she is not good at all. The staff didn’t notify me of the change, we were just pushed off on the new persons schedule. My dog’s coat is uneven and lacks any type of finesse (e.g. long patches here and there, uneven cutting on face, etc.). I will not be back.
