We had to have our "old man" George this morning and Dr. Stephens and the entire staff were wonderful. Our furbabies are family not just pets and we love them so much. Thanks again for all the compassion and kindness. This is why we will forever be bringing our babies to Ridgeview.

This is the best vet I've ever been to. My dog doesn't like people, but they always manage to calm him down and make him comfortable. Won't ever go anywhere else!!

From the cleanliness and style of the environment, to the prompt and concise nature of the professional staff, this place did not disappoint me. This is where professionals work, and where I want to continue to take my dogs.

Oh man I love this place! Our neighbors recommended them when a stray kitten showed up at our garage. They call to check on our furry family member, too! They have a great pricing and packages for care.

Kind doctors and staff…kind to my dog and then to me - which is how it should be, reasonable pricing for the area, small, cozy, country-doctor feel but with all the latest in education and technology.

Rec'd care for my rottweiler, they were very kind and patient with her and me. She was my baby.

My wife and I have been taking all of our fur children here for quite some time and we have had a very good experience. The staff is always very nice, warm and loving towards our fur children. I personally liked how they asked us we consider our animals as pets or as loved ones. They have gone over and beyond for us and we will continue to take our fur children here for as long as we can!

They where very knowledgeable and fixed my dogs ears after one visit.

I have a Cane Corso puppy and read reviews so I decided to give it a shot and we would go from there...there was a slight misunderstanding when we first got there which was no big deal...the doctor and staff are so friendly and loving to my little man who is actually scared of everything but he took right up with them so this is definitely his new doctor!! I've never been to a vet that is as friendly and caring as they are here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a fur baby they are excellent at what they do and you can tell that they love animals and what they do it was an all around awesome experience my little man got shots and didn't even realize it!!!!

We just switched to Ridgeview animal clinic , I can't say enough about them how they took care of my dog today he had his teeth cleaned and had to have some teeth extracted. They went above and beyond to take care of him and made me happy.. Would highly recommend them.

The entire staff has been so helpful every time I have been in there. They helped me tremendously with my puppy getting ready to move to Hawaii and I honestly couldn’t have done it without them. It will be hard to find a new vet that comes anywhere close to as great as you all. Thank you!

The assistants were very nice however today's first visit will be my last to this establishment. For instance one of the first things that made me have doubts in the back of my head was the check in process. When I arrived I texted the number that were on the signs that promised a "speedier" process... however 15 minutes had pass and after being tired of waiting I just walked in & the receptionist just seemed to pretend as though the signs outside were invisible. Next was the doctor. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Stephens & although she was able to diagnose why my dog had patchy skin.. for the most part I felt as though she had no respect for me. When explaining about my dog's history she talked over me, made little eye contact, & was just downright condescending. I also didn't appreciate the fact that she pushed extra prescriptions onto me than what was necessary just to make me spend more money. And third was the manhandling of my dog. The assistant was way too rough with my dog on the exam table that my dog was yelping & my dog has never yelped or cried that much before at any vet he's visited. Therefore I will not return and do not recommend this place to my friends or family.

My dog has been a patient for almost 18 years. He has always received the most professional care. Most importantly, the personal attention he has received over the years grately relieved our worries whenever he was in a lot of pain. This type of care is definitely worth the drive even when we moved to Louisville. Thank you Ridgeview staff for loving my Rufus as much as we do!

They are a great facility with caring staff. They also have great hours. They offer package plans for shots and other important things for your pets. Currently with covid they come out to your car and take your pet inside for their appointments which is also nice.

I enjoy waiting on the phone for 20 minutes, especially when 2 people have told me to wait just a couple minutes. I will tell everyone that if you enjoy a place that is very unresponsive then go here!

I've been here a couple times now, and the staff are all very professional and kind. They took good care of our cat when I brought him in for a rabies booster and a lot of testing. They helped me pick one of their health plans, and did not pressure me into making a choice; the discussion was guided by the tests we already knew we wanted. They called later to discuss his results and suggest specific changes we could implement in his care. They also squeezed three rats into one appointment for me on a busy day, which I especially appreciate as it's hard to find good rat vets close to home. Each rat was examined thoroughly. Serious treatment plans were discussed, including the pros and cons of surgery. Labs were drawn. One rat needed to be euthanized, and everyone was very polite and gave me plenty of time to say goodbye. I did not feel pressured into the decision at all, or judged for bringing in a rat in such bad condition. (They go downhill fast!) I'm also a partly ambulatory wheelchair user, and I've always felt respected at Ridgeview. No one here has ever talked down to me, or been rude about me standing up when necessary. They've also never pushed my chair without asking first. The building itself is a little hard to roll around in. My small-ish manual chair barely fits through the front door, and does not fit into the bathroom. (But I think it's a staff bathroom that they kindly let me use anyway.) I'd still recommend this practice to any wheelchair users for whom that wouldn't be a major problem, and if you can either walk/wheelie over a small threshold or don't mind being helped. Overall very thrilled to find a practice that can handle rats AND is accessible enough for my chair! With staff who don't make it awkward. Standing for more than a few seconds is painful and makes it very hard to focus. I'm relieved to be able to think clearly when making important decisions that can impact my pets' health and my family's finances.
