First time going here and I will definitely go back. They were able to fit me in and took great care of my pup. The doc was very loving and sweet to Waylon. He took his time and was very informative. They were awesome!

100% recommend every single time. I have experience with several vets working with non profits and shelters for needs and my personal pets I take here. Got our new rescue kitten in today for an appointment. He had a lot going on and we have other cats so we needed to make sure he was healthy. We got shots, neuter, meds, and tests ran for THE MOST reasonable price. The Vet is amazing. He genuinely cares for the animals and is quite funny if you have any humor bone in your body. The staff is great. They are quick and super helpful. They are always friendly and sweet. If there’s an emergent situation they are quick to do all they can or help direct you with what you need to do or where to go. This place can get busy but they make sure you have what you need and are taken care of. They do put the animals first. Sometimes you might be there for a while- but look at it this way. When you go to the dr- you’re usually there an hour or more. Here, your pet is getting their annual (sometimes once every 5 years) visit and they get treated better.

I do Wildlife rehab which in most all cases mean that I need urgent care for injured wildlife. The clinic staff is always courteous in getting me in even when I know it is a huge inconvenience. Dr. Earl takes his time with the animals, running necessary tests and makes the visit affordable. Before getting into rehab I had always taken my domestic animals to St Francis. I would not want any other vet clinic to ever take care of my babies!

I had been to this vet one other time for a wellness check and wasn’t satisfied, but this time I am not happy at all and will not be going back. My pet has an ear infection and needed medication to take the swelling down and to help her feel better. I confirmed with another vet that normally they are able to prescribe medication for an ear infection, cough, cold, etc. if they had seen your pet before. I was told by St. Francis that they could only see her if I brought her for an exam fee+emergency fee+medication fee and whatever else they had to do to determine that is was an ear infection. She is a golden retriever and is prone to getting these so I knew what she needed but wasn’t going to be charged an arm and leg for an antibiotic. I called the vet she went to as a puppy and they had no problem prescribing the medicine for her. I am just thankful that she has the medication she needs now plus I know that her other vet just wants her to get better instead of just wanting the most money they can get out of me. Don’t get me wrong, I would pay what I need to to get my pet better, but I will not let vets treat her like she’s money in their pocket. St. Francis was not reliable at all with what I needed and I won’t be back. Do your research before letting them charge you for anything they can charge you for, especially when it’s not needed.

All I have to say is I have heard good and bad things about this vet hospital But my own experience was well they were compassionate I called and asked for an emergency visit to see what was going on with my furbaby OAKLAND Come to find out he was beyond helping They were caring and let my daughter's and I comfort our baby until he took his last breath They also helped us in the same week with his mom PUMPKIN Who also has her angel wings They didn't over charge or anything.. They understood that I wanted to bury our babies at home They helped us with that I just miss my babies I was uncontrollable, crying and they comforters me Writing this I'm crying I can't see

That staff is not professional. I took my animal there for surgery at 7:00 am and still did not have the animal done at 5pm. The staff told me I needed to find something to do.

Amazing service. My dogs love coming here. Dr. Earl, technicians and receptionists all were attentive to my families needs. Recommend to anyone looking for a new vet.

Dr Earl and the team at the Centerton saved the life of our bantam chicken, Brown Betty. She was egg bound and we had tried everything we could to help her. It’s hard to find a vet who will treat chickens! But they squeezed us in and took care of her - including performing surgery to remove the blocked eggs and prevent this from happening to her again. They demonstrated a high level of concern for her well-being after the surgery too. Someone from the clinic called every day for a week to check on her. That was really going above and beyond and we appreciate it so much! We are so glad to have a happy and healthy Brown Betty again!

Every time I visit with my animals, my questions I inquire about their health go ignored and unanswered. I dropped off a Fecal in which the staff FORGOT to test for parasites after charging me for it, so I had to come back with more feces another day. They microchipped my dog and FORGOT to get the microchip number. They charged me for a full nail trim and trimmed only SOME of his nails. This establishment is ridiculous. I would love to have a good relationship with the staff here, but I'm constantly being Brushed off as an annoyance and the technicians and receptionists cannot do anything correctly. It's sad.

I was recommended to this establishment by a friend after a series of bad events with my blue nose pit with a different facility. I was pleasantly surprised with this establishment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome with my pets. In the past I've been treated poorly because of my Portuguese/Hebrew heritage but with St Francis Pet Hospital, I was treated very well! I felt very comfortable! I borrowed my mothers farm truck to go to my appointment and I was looking poorly, as I didn't want to use my 200,000 dollar Audi to make my appointment. But even though I appeared very poorly, I was still treated with much respect and kindness. I own a 1.7 million dollar estate on 52 achers of land in Martinsville so I'm just as spoiled as my animals are and I'm really funny about weird smells and cleanliness. This establishment was very clean and didn't have the strong smell of animals that you encounter sometimes at a veterans office. The employees were such a delight and the Doctor was very compassionate and he wasn't in a rush to get us out of his room. He explained everything with great detail and easy understanding. I don't know some words but he explained them well. On top of a good experience, my dogs Lola & Sandor immediately took fancy to so staff members and to the Doctor. I highly recommend this establishment for pet care needs♡and I am a hard person to please. ???? I will be returning to St Francis Pet Hospital with my beloved animals. I like to say Thank You for making us comfortable and welcomed ????

Everybody there is very nice! They're a bit pricy though. I paid $16 for my dogs nail trimming.

I absolutely love this veterinary clinic! They have always treated us very well. We are on our 2nd puppy with them and I don't think I could find more caring individuals for our little Daggie. We had her spayed 2 months ago and they did a really amazing job with her sutures. You can barely see the incision now. For Linda Robinson: Yes, Austyn gave a 5 star review and is/was an employee but he disclosed that in his review AND was a customer prior to his employment.

My wife and I has had a very bad experience with these vets. Or cat was missing for a few days and when we found him his head was swollen extremely bad so we brought Hunter in for the vets to look at him they treated him with a infected tooth charged us a whole bunch of money and didn't even give him full examination. a few days later our poor cat pulls a stick that was about 2 inches long out of his neck. That freaked us out so we called then back and to let them know and can they help us. Like the last times I tried seeking help from here there vets that do surgeries are always on vacation. they don't know how to handles stress very well. The people behind the counters get frustrated when the phone rings. Long story short or cat has a quarter size whole in his neck and no vets here can help cause there always on vacation or isn't there at all or even attempted to help

Brought one of our cats in without appointment at opening due to trouble breathing. Fully aware we might have to pay extra. Older lady at counter said we'd have to pay an emergency fee of $100 (no problem) but would have to wait 1 to 1 1/2 hours for our "emergency". Thanks for your concern.

These vets and their staff are one of a kind. My daughter had a pit bull puppy, who had all his shots here, was fixed here, and lived a good life. However, he developed spontaneous pneumothorax due to what had to be, a rare and fast aggressive cancer. He was having trouble breathing, so we took him in. They did everything they, could but duke didn’t make it. His illness was just to advanced, by the time we got him there. The funny thing is he was running with energy one day, and all in about 4 days, his health went downhill, we noticed anticipatory changes, such as hesitation to do his normal routine, he would not jump of the bed like usual. He passed on, on the operating table. The Vet and his staff were so gracious and supportive to my daughter, taking care of the cremation (a very nice cremation, and paw print and neat little wooden case to keep his ashes in). They also sent out a condolence card to my daughter, sympathizing with her loss. Excellent people!

So after finding that my dog had been injured last night I woke up this morning and made a phone call to St Francis Pet Hospital in Centerton and left a voicemail asking them if I could bring my pet in to be looked at. My dog was in complete agony. I was hoping to get a return call at 9 am when the vet opened. I received no phone call so I brought my dog to the vet and asked if anyone could possibly take a look at my dog. After speaking to the vet I was informed that they were to busy and I would have to take my pet elsewhere. No offer to make the dog comfortable no offer to look at my dog whatsoever. I have been bringing my dogs to this vet since they were pups. After a few phone calls in the parking lot I spoke to someone at Arlington Heights Vet Hospital in Bloomington. After telling my situation to the lady who answered the phone she immediately told me to bring Duke to Bloomington. Upon arrival they assisted with a stretcher and saw my dog immediately even though there were probably 20 animals waiting to be seen. Long story short my dog could not be saved and the decision was made to put him down. The vet gave us several options of treatment and provided nothing but empathy to us as we made the decision to put our dog down. Needless to say I will never spend another dime at St Francis and I will make sure I tell as many people as possible this story of how I was turned away as my dog lay in my vehicle in agony. I understand busy but just letting us walk out of there with zero sympathy for my dying pet is something I will never get over.

My wife and I have taken several cats here over the past 15 years. We had been generally pleased with the service until our last two visits. Our cat had gone from 12 to 5 pounds and was very skinny. He was vomiting everything he ate. At St. Francis they ran all the usual tests and found nothing wrong. The Dr. said that most elderly cats get to a point where they don't process protein anymore and usually die within a year after the onset of that condition. The Dr. then tried to get us to buy food that they had at their clinic but we declined and over the next several weeks experimented and found food that our cat could keep down. About 2 months after the first vet visit our cat exhibited all the typical signs of impending death and we took him back to St. Francis one last time. Again they ( a different Dr.) found nothing wrong and guessed he had intestinal lymphoma. So we took him home and waited for him to die. On a whim my wife gave him some milk and that's all it took. Apparently our cat had been suffering from some sort of blockage and the milk acted as a laxitive. So actually he wasn't suffering from cancer nor had his body quit processing protein, he simply coudn't poop and was slowly starving to death. Since then he has gained 5 pounds and is back to his normal self!!

Caring really is what they are all about. The clinic is quaint and cute. The doctors, technicians and receptionists are so friendly and they take such loving care of my pets. I cant imagine anyone else being my "family" doctor.

They did surgery on our dog to remove a mass. They did a sub par job closing the incision initially, which triggered returned visits for sutures not holding and more money to give them. Had to take our dog to another vet to finish their sloppy work, who also inquired that the initial job was unprofessional and substandard. Wishing there was a rating lower than 1 Star.

I take my dog, Lilly, here and every time we go the staff is super nice. We called this morning around 9am about getting her in for an emergency surgery. They were booked with appointments and closed at 1pm, but told us to still come in. They stayed 5.5 hours after closing just to take care of my dog. I absolutely love the vet. They're very affordable as well and do everything in their power to care for the animals.
