I wanted to see where my dog would be staying before I made my choice of doggy daycare. I went to the back & saw dog's stuffed everywhere. 5 or more per small cage (the cages were collapsible!). In the big cages there were 3 to 5 a cage. Spilled water or none at all... I just left.

I have brought my pugs here for grooming over many years. Always top notch!

I go to Lisa's Dog Grooming Village inside Pet Nation.. Pet Nation is a very nice facility and friendly but as I said I use the grooming facility.. There's no words to describe how HAPPY I've been with Lisa. She's an amazing groomer and awesome person. The only person I trust with my little dude Archie.. I can say once you go to her with your fur babies you will continue. She's the best..

We love Pet Nation for our Molly dog. They always give us an update. Once in a last minute situation they were booked up but found a room for molly for just a few hours. Lisa, the groomer is special. So nice, listens to how you want your dog groomed and does a really great job with it.

Our dog loved the swimming area! Great way to get some exercise and cool off in 90 degree weather. Staff at Pet Nation is awesome.. we'll be back!

DON’T TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES THERE!!! You get back your pet back injured!!!! And when you inquire, they will be incredibly disrespectful and rude. Save yourselfs and your pets and run away

Favorite place for furry friend. Staff is just amazing and super accommodating. Our groomer is the BEST and we are extremely pleased every time doggie visits her. LO comes exhausted after daycare because he alway has so much fun. We have tried many different places for weekend stays and Pet Nation is the only place where he has not come back with kennel cough. I recommend it.

Took my dog in for the trial day are day. Planned to use them for boarding and daycare if she did well. They called me around the 3-4 hr mark and told me she’d gotten hurt. She was doing well they said, they separated her for “quiet time” by putting her on the other side of a chain link fence where she could still see the dogs she was playing with. Apparently they walked away and left her and she climbed the chain link fence to try to get back to the other dogs. She fell and per the owner “might have caught her leg on the way down” and got hurt. I came in after getting the call (on speakerphone with my kids in the car who were now worried as well) and they brought her limping out. The owner said “I think she should see a vet” as if that wasn’t already my plan. I’d be curious to see their security footage frankly. A dog they’ve never had there, wanted to keep for 4 hours to “get to know her” but put behind a fence and walk away from? The vet said nothing seems broken. It’s two weeks later and she’s just started trying to use the leg again but still largely walks on 3 legs. I emailed the PLN about paying the vet bill my “free trial” caused and any follow up costs (if we find out she tore something or needs some treatment, etc). They never replied. When I used their form to ask about the free trial I got a reply in 1 business day. It’s been over a week since I emailed them about this with not even a courtesy email refusing to pay for it.

Good place for doggy day care and to border your dog. The staff are friendly

I have used them for dog day care and grooming. Their groomer is awesome. My dog is very well brushed and doesn't shed for a few days. Also, if you take you dog for daycare, he doesn't get groomed until just before you pick him up. I like their daycare for 2 reasons. First, they limit the number of dogs in the play area so it is not overwhelming for the dogs. Second, they take them back to a rest area periodically so they can drink and nap. My dog comes home tired but not exhausted.

Go there and no others place just for the friendliest environment and great customer services they take pride in giving.

Have boarded my pets here several times and had one of my dog groomed today with Lisa. She did a great job. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Thank You.

We took our Pomeranian to get groomed at Pet Nation after talking to them and hearing about their amazing 5 star groomer. Upon picking up our pup we were mortified. They had completely shaved his tail even though we had asked for it to be trimmed. His hair also was shorter than we had requested and extremely patchy. He looks borderline sickly. There is no way to fix it so we just have to wait 6 months for his fur to grow out again. A groomer with any experience should at least be able to give your pet an even cut, even if they don’t have an eye for what would suit your dog.

Any body that leaves there dogs here are not animal lovers. Currently it is 25 degrees out and 7 am and the dogs have been out side for about an hour now. Non stop barking. JUST KNOW U LEAVE UR BABY HERE CHANCES ARE IT WILL BE JUST LEFT OUT SIDE!

Out dogs get groomed here by Lisa. We follow her wherever she goes. Very happy with the service and location.

We enjoy the open dock with pet nation. Always clean and amazing staff. Haven't had to use the boarding or daycare options but if you'd like to get your dog interested in swimming this is the absolute best place to go!

They were great. They gave us a free day to have our English Mastiff see if she likes the place. We decided to book a package for our dog while we are out of town.

My dogs love this place. I love this place. It is very convenient if you live in the Loveland area. The rates for my dogs to be in day care is reasonable. Considering I get a discount for the second dog. We have just started going here so maybe I will revisit this post and add pictures in the future.

I did a working interview here and after seeing how they run the daycare I’m glad I don’t work there. One of the workers walked a dog back to its kennel by its scruff rather than put the slip lead on, they don’t supervise the dogs during play time, they set some outside when it’s raining with no cover and STILL not supervised, and they’ve sent a dog to the wrong home before. I know some people don’t care where they work as long as they get money, but I couldn’t work for a place that has bad practices... especially ones that can potentially hurt the dogs.

First time and it won't be the last. Everyone was very welcoming and caring. We did a trail for dock diving and it was great fun. Have already booked for more. Clean and nice.

So friendly, spotlessly clean! The dogs at the lodge were all happy to be there, playing and socializing and wanting attention from everyone coming in. I highly recommend the lodge and the grooming salon

We boarded our dog here while on vacation and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! We hate leaving him and get terrible anxiety but they were amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful! They took great care of our baby boy! We will definitely use them every time!
