Bev Tucker is without a doubt the best dog groomer in Louisville. She genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. She was the only person I allowed to touch my Golden.

Stopped there in mybigtrick to check the facility put just now. Fat baldheaded guy talked to me like I was some criminal. Literally had to talk myself down before I knocked his teeth out. Had I not been in a company truck is had handled it a little different. Ill never go there or send my dogs. What staryes the whole thing is he was kicking one on the poor dogs and I said something. So please don't risk the safety of your babies. I hope the dogs owners find out and sue them.

We've been taking our dogs to Waggin' Tail for boarding and grooming more than 45 years. Great people.

After booking a week ahead..they refused to take our dog who shows some aggression toward other dogs...even though he will never come into actual contact with another one. I asked for assistance in finding another kennel as our need was immediate and she just walked out on me. When another person came in, she finally returned to the waiting area and when she saw me she rudely said, we are finished here. We are not taking your dog. They should have asked me appropriate queations before booking.

We have been using Waggin’ Tails for 16 years and we LOVE it!!! We board our dogs here also. Bev and the staff are wonderful!!

We've taken out dog Mason here for the past two years. Very friendly staff and even sent a pic of him being walked. I called and missed him so they sent one! Mason always seems very happy when he stays here.

I have not been there but I am looking for a kennel... just so the manager knows I will not have my standard poodle groomed or boarded where it smells of smoke. It is just too hard to wash the odor out of his hair. Thanks for all the reviews!
