I work there. It's an amazing place to send your dog for daycare and grooming. Employees are friendly and attentive to your dogs needs.

Had my dog groomed at That Dog Groomin' Guy (he's located in the same building) and he was excellent! Reasonably priced, did a wonderful job, and seemed to be a great guy.

Aaron did a great job grooming our Dusty Dog! He clearly loves what he is doing and enjoys his furry clients!

Our dog loves to go to daycare. The staff is wise and kind and also easy going. They care about our dog like she is their own. Their staff has also driven our dog home for us when arranged. Love this place!

Amanda is great to work with. We have an older Golden. He can be a bit stubborn. When he is done he is done. He is always so soft and smells great. The only negative feedback I can give is he always comes home with a small hotspot. Usually on one of his front paws. Don't know why. Thanks

They keep my 65 pound husky running around for ten to twelve hours a day, and that's exactly the right amount of exercise to keep him from destroying the house. The other day cares just don't have enough play time. This day care has been a big part of the reason that we have a good natured dog who gets along with other dogs and people. They helped us raise an excellent dog.

There should be more stars available.

Great doggie daycare! The people here really care about your dog and make sure they are safe and cared for while they play all day with their friends. Everyone is very friendly and pickup and drop off is very easy. On top of that, it's reasonably priced! My dog loves spending the day at the Paw Zone.

Good grooming and daycare for dogs

This is such a wonderful doggie daycare! My pup absolutely loves it here. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always helpful. There are multiple play rooms for various sized dogs although the staff also take into account the dog's play energy and style. Sometimes my girl is in the medium dog room and sometimes she runs with the big dogs. Diane and her staff are truly wonderful and really care about each and every dog that comes through their door. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

This place is AWESOME! The dogs have a blast, the staff is fabulous!

Myself n my dog love daycare. Owner is absolutely awesome. Wish i could afford to send him more often n for longer stays even though the pricing is fairly reasonable i do wish there were more options. They are so good to me. They know my personal life situation n what im going through and am currently greiving something awful they are so sweet n kind and generous even gave few free visits after my fiance died n once when my dog dog got sick. They care n treat ur dog as if it were there own n since my dog lost his owner,trainer n boss theyve worked w him n helped me to step up n be more firm w their advice guidance n suggestions. Weve come along way in 2 short months. They even said the othet day hes durn near perfect now. Hes done a 360 in a very short period of time n i just cant say enough good things. I tell everyone to try them out.

Note: this review is for Amanda and Pawsitively Dogs grooming inside Paw Zone. I've been taking my two hypoallergenic dogs to Amanda since they were pups. She doesn't drug your dog and send her home loopy like SOME groomers in town. She also doesn't keep them from 8-5 and crate them half the day like other groomers. She does a great job and gets them home to you in a timely manner. They smell and look great. And despite the fact that no dog likes the groomer per se, my dogs seem to trust Amanda and so do I. The only con is how far in advance you have to book... people know a gem groomer when they find one. I drive 35 minutes out of my way to take my pups here, when we moved I thought I'd switch groomers but after they were traumatized by a place up the street I decided to go back to paw zone. Highly recommend! (For grooming anyway)

My Lab: "Sammy has enjoyed the PawZone for 3 years. He's alwayz excited gettting out of the truck to go inside. He sleeps great after a good 4-6 hour play/stay. The staff is great! Respectful, Personable, friendly and know their dogs. I've never had a problem with his care. Thanks you guys, keep up the great work!!

So, so experience, not impressed at all, took my dog there 2 times and the final time I took her there, I didn't realize until 2 days later my dog wasn't acting normal, tried to put her collar on and she screamed to high heaven, it made me cry. So I took her to the vet to find out that they hurt her next really bad. Well 2 weeks of relaxation, meds and $500 later shes all better now, I will never take my dog there again, I'll be heading over to Pretty Paws in stmattews, it will be cheaper knowing that they don't need to go to the vet afterwards. WHAT'S WRONG WITH PEOPLE!!!!!!!

I would absolutely NOT recommend this place for 2 reasons. I will NOT be taking my dog back here (I don't care that I still have prepaid sessions left.) 1. Two weeks ago after going here 2 days in a row my dog becomes sick (for the first time in her life) and vomits 6 times over a 24 hour period. We assume it's a coincidence. Vet gives her meds and she's perfectly fine in 24 hrs. We don't take her to Paw Zone again until yesterday... Then last night she proceeds to have diarrhea and vomits again. We take her to vet again and he recommends that we immediately find another daycare. He feels she caught something there AGAIN. So $200 in vet bills later here we are! 2. We started taking our small white dog here and EVERY time she came out yellow/dirty and smelled absolutely terrible. We had to bath her immediately. We thought this must be normal because she's playing with other dogs and this place had good reviews. I'm sure it's fine! Wrong. Well I was working out of town and took her to a Humane Society Daycare and Sam Russell's in Etown several times. She never once came out smelling bad or dirty! So it's apparently NOT the norm for your dog to be filthy and smelly after daycare! They also brought her out to me twice in a harness that wasn't even hers. I don't harness her. I feel terrible that I let her go somewhere that she's gotten sick from and was in filthy conditions.

We've taken our puppy to The Paw Zone a few times now, and she absolutely loves it. She knows when we pull up to the building that she's about to have a lot of fun, and when we pick her up in the evening, you can tell she's had a great day when she falls asleep as soon as she gets in the car. The staff seems to really care about the dogs, and it shows in some of their practices. They switch out water bowls very frequently, and our puppy apparently got really dirty one day so they gave her a bath before we picked her up. I highly recommend this place for anyone that needs a place to leave their dog while they're at work or away from home for the day.
