Amazing staff, great service, and an affordable essential service.

I took 2 boys in to be neutered. 1-85 lbs and the other 17 lbs. The process for dropoff and pickup was very smooth and did not take as long as I thought it would. I was able to get both of their nails clipped, rabies shots, and the 1 that was not microchipped, microchipped. I paid extra for antinausea medicine after the procedure and for the cones. All that and my total was about $240, which is an awesome price. The staff was friendly and the aftercare directions were clear. They provided a couple of days of antiinflammatory meds for pain for dogs as well and I didn't expect that. I was a little worried about going to a high volume clinic, but honestly at this point I couldn't be more pleased with the way it all went!

They got the procedure down! There was 15 of us in line...I thought we'd be there forever. They organized the paper work by our place in line and 8 minutes later i was in my car with the family cat. Great job!!

Had a scheduled appt for my furbabies nueter. The only issue I had was waiting to check in and waiting to pick up and it's not even their fault and the 6 ft social distancing but with them as busy as they are some of your wait is outdoors in the elements.

The only thing is I think they should let us buy pain medication for our babies but other than that I love this place❤❤

These people are heroes! They've been closed because of the plague so I had to get a male kitten neutered to the tune of over $200. Getting his sister spayed and a rabies shot was $80. Efficient and just kind people.

Ultimately I was happy with the service I received. my pet is healthy. The attitude of the employees borders on arrogant and none of them have any sense of urgency or work with purpose. You’re time is not important. If your not the 1st 10 in line at drop off or pickup, plan on being there over an hour to get checked in.

The staff is very helpful and service is quick and affordable. Just make sure you make an appointment first and get there around 7:45am to drop your pet off.

Took both kitten and dog. Staff was caring and wonderful. Would recommend. No complications and my dog has been home over a week and my kitten has been home 5 days. So far all is good. There is a 14 day recovery but they are acting normal and playful

Kentucky Humane Society operation that's quality and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Friendly, efficient, professional and caring. Wish I knew about them years ago, would of saved me hundreds. Some vets charge up to $600 for neuter and S.N.I.P. clinic is 1/4 of that price. Dogs and cats are well taken care of and my dogs have had no problems with recovery of neutering. Also love that they offer microchipping.

Wonderful with people and pets

Staff and organization was excellent. My kitten had an unexpected emergency while being spayed. Dr. Sykes and staff gave excellent care, including after surgery and a follow up call. Perfect all around. ????

SNIP took great care of my fur babies. Quick, efficient and friendly. Babies did great and healed quickly. I did have a concern with some “swelling” and they got my boy in fast. No issues. The “swelling” was his fat pads showing due to a shaved belly. ☺️ The tech took excellent care of my chonky boy.

Got both my cats snipoed, they are perfect... appointments are backed up though

For a low cost, they neutered my cat who had to have a specific surgery that required 2 incisions. They gave clear instructions and information on how to care for him. All was fine, however when I got home with my cat and after a couple days he stopped eating, drinking and became lethargic and was vomiting. I called the S.N.I.P. Clinic back they told me to bring him back in free of charge. Only that if he needed medication I would have to pay. They inspected his incisions and said they were fine, no signs of infections however they gave him an IV while he was there and recommended antibiotics for him for incase something was occurring on the inside.. Which the medicine was low cost as well. And sure enough after giving him the medication he is now eating, playing, and being back to his normal self. I 100% appreciate the S.N.I.P. Clinic for all they have done. Not only did they gain my trust for my own pet, but I would highly recommend them to someone in need of pet services for spay and neutering.
