Horrible vet working here. Don't be fooled by the friendly ladies at the front desk. I've taken my cat here for over 4 years, and I always ended up paying $75 to see the vet for under 5 minutes. When the vet actually looked at my cat, he was very unresponsive to any questions I had. I was told over and over again that my cat"s ears were just dirty when I asked about mites, so she always got a clean bill of health. Moved to the east end and took her to a different vet that not only tested and confirmed ear mites but also informed me that she had lesions on her gums and needed oral surgery. Take into consideration that she goes to the vet annually, and the previous doctor told me that her teeth were fine. Spent over $600 having three of her teath REMOVED due to the negligence of this crummy excuse for a vet. I solemnly don't understand how this place has over 4 stars. Get a second opinion!

We use the Cat Clinic exclusively. Very professional, but you can tell that the employees care about your cat. Our vet takes time to explain everything so that we can make the best choice for care.

Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and safe staff. Pricing kind of shocked me, but to know my cats were in the hands of specialists (and fellow cat people) was worth every penny. They even called my baby boi, "very handsome." Which, of course, we already knew. :)

They will treat your cat like family. They have reduced their hours since the pandemic so be sure plan any visits ahead of time.

Best vet in Louisville I have no fear of my fur babies being mistreated or mishandled in any way. Always a professional and caring vibe from the staff here. Been using them for five yrs now. Highly recommend this clinic

Dr Jones and his staff have provided compassionate care to my cats for many years. I am always grateful for this speciality practice. Appointments are easy to make. While my cat's never happy with the process, I always feel kitty got good care.

I love the cat clinic. The staff has always been so kind with my cat. I really love that it's a cat-only place because it helps calm my little guy down compared to the last vet I took him to where there were dogs

We've been taking our senior cat here for the past year. She gets her claws trimmed every six weeks and senior bloodwork a few times a year and they always treat her extremely well.

We just adopted our first cat, and I'm so glad I came to the Cat Clinic for our first vet appointment. It was so calming for both Ash and I to have the place to ourselves. I could let Ash out of her carrier so she could check the place out. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I felt so reassured about taking care of Ash as a new member of our home.

I highly recommend the Cat Clinic. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes about a year ago and I was taking them to another local vet that was charging me $150 every two weeks to get a glucose curve. After two months of doing that and no positive results, I decided to try someone else. I found The Cat Clinic and they only charged me for an exam ($55-$60) because he was a new patient and then a glucose test every two weeks ($24) to determine the amount of insulin he should be on. ONLY $24 COMPARED TO $150. I took him every two weeks to the Cat Clinic to test his glucose and his levels were back to normal on the 3rd visit. I spent over $600+ at another vet for them to tell me I needed to keep bringing him back with no advice on how to help my animal, as opposed to the $72 I spent at The Cat Clinic. My cat just had his three month check up to make sure his levels were still good and the amount of insulin intake was correct. His levels were perfect and he gained 3 lbs. I am grateful for the care Dr. Jones and his team has given my animal.

Quite the money grabber. Treated cat 1 month ago, (almost $200), & was told if meds didn't work, they would try a particular different one. Now same cat has SAME problem, but they claim they have to see him again, to get another $200 from me.

Compassionate and professional staff with a vet that has saved my cats life. Clear instructions on meds and what and why on the diagnosis. Worth every penny.

Reasonably priced services, always pleasant and helpful. Easy to book appointments. Will definitely keep bringing my cats here. They definitely appreciate the quiet and calm of a cat only facility.
