I love love love this place. Customer service is excellent they take pride in what they do. This so far is the best kennel I ever took my Dobbie too. Shouts out to Mrs. Joyce and team who takes great care of my snuggles. Highly recommend this kennel

I've started using Royalton to board my cat when I need to travel since he needs a regular medication schedule. Royalton is so great with him that he always seems relaxed when we pick him up. It's as if he's gotten his own vacation. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the peace of mind it gives me.

The worst grooming experience I’ve EVER For our dog!! Terrible customer service. My husband dropped our long haired dachshund off and told them specifically what we wanted, a trim of her hair. We come back and they had shaved our dog! Our dog is our child and they did not listen to our request and completely shaved her. We will never be back and would never recommend this groomer to anyone! I’ve never left a review for any place (restaurant, hotels, etc) but I felt so angry and sad by their huge mistake I honestly don’t want anyone taking their dog there again. Go somewhere else to get your dog groomed, anywhere. She also came back and just wasn’t the same, her personality just seemed more tired just not the same either. Disappointed is an understatement. Do not take your dogs here!!

I have been using them for years. Their prices have gone up so much that they are now my 2nd choice when I can't get in my first. They always have space. They are good people and reliable. I don't get a bath for my dog there EVER again. Not sure what day the bath was, but seemed not the day I picked up. Plus the cost of the bath was outrageous. I have heard several complaints personally about the groomer.

I have been using Royalton Kennels for five years to board my Boxer-Pit Rosie. They take great care of her. They also helped me understand how important it was for her to lose weight, and gave me advice on how to do so - advice that was easier to understand than what I had been told by the vet. I am so grateful for them.
