By far the most compassionate and kind people I've ever done business with. They were all so patient, professional, and extremely helpful to me when my cat passed away last week. I am very very pleased with how beautiful of an urn he has and the services they provided.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We unexpectedly lost our young orange tabby, Snarf (like from the Thundercats). I had never thought of pet cremation, we always did the old fashion burial in the backyard, but my husband felt Snarf deserved more. I recently lost my father as well and he loved Snarf so I felt since we had my father cremated, we should cremate Snarf and they could be together until we all meet again. Snarf passed on a Sunday and Borden’s website said they had after hours services. My husband called as I was a crying mess and within minutes a gentleman by the name of Adam was calling us back. He was so kind and patient with us as we discussed our best option for Snarf. We were able to afford the semi-private cremation and opted for a clay paw print. He told us to be at the office first thing the next morning(Monday). My husband took Snarf the next morning and we picked him back up yesterday (Thursday). I can’t say enough about what we were given. Snarf was in a beautiful wooden box, and the clay paw print brought instant tears to my eyes, but that wasn’t all... there was a card from the Borden’s, a certificate, and a bookmark that included wildflower seeds to plant in Snarfs memory. My husband and I cried in the parking lot. To some, a pet may be just that, a pet. But to us our pets are our kids. The love for them is something that is unexplainable. And to lose one so abruptly is a pain I would not wish on my worst enemy. Borden made this process so easy, and did not make us feel rushed or like our business wasn’t wanted. Snarf was treated with the upmost respect as we were also. I hope the Borden’s know what a difference they are making in this world. I normally don’t write reviews unless I am really impacted by service I receive. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a very long time. I will surely recommend them to anyone in need of pet cremation or memorial services and will use them in the future. Thank you again Borden Pet Crematory and a special thank you to Adam for being so amazing, even on a Sunday evening.

Got our Lumpy back today. Was blown away with how beautiful and thoughtful he was returned. Beautiful urn, pawprint, snippet of fur. The card and other mementos were outstanding.

Our cat died unexpectedly in the middle of the pandemic, and the staff here could not have been kinder to us despite the restrictions imposed by the quarantine. Their compassion and professionalism made a very bad day easier to bear.

Compassionate and professional. My family is extremely pleased with the services provided. If you're curious about the expense, it's incredibly reasonable, probably less than you're thinking, and worth every penny. A dignified memorial for your beloved companion.

I lost my Lilly this week and my vet recommended your services. I only had the funds for the least amount of service and expected bare bones (but certainly acceptable) services. The wooden box you provided is simply beautiful. The snippet of hair, the paw prints...the card...the book mark....I feel I made the best choice for the last thing I could do for my girl. Your care and compassion throughout the phone call and the delivery help me feel a bit more at peace. Truly...I am grateful.

Having been in the business I have intimate knowledge of Borden"s and the lovely family that owns and operates their crematory and burial business. Having visited them for two of my most beloved yorkies, Lexi who passed after a wonderful long life and Little Lacey just a baby , I've always found them compassionate yet professional at the perfect level. They make, effortlessly, a heartbreaking time so much easier to handle. And they take every beloved pet into their arms and treat them as their own with utmost respect and the outcome is truly a touching and a treasured tribute to the life of your pet.

I lost my dog very unexpectedly, and when I picked him up from my vet, I couldn’t believe how beautiful the arrangement was. I have never had to say goodbye to a pet as an adult, so I didn’t know what to expect when I went to pick him up, but the box he was in was so beautiful, and I so appreciated all the extra mementos of him. I’m so grateful to have him home, and I can tell he was very lovingly cared for. Thank you for giving me some precious items to remember him by.

My vet used Borden for cremation services, and I was absolutely blow away at the beautiful and thoughtful way in which they returned my angel to me. The box with cremains was stunning, and they added in the most wonderful personal touches such as locks of fur, seeds of wildflowers to plant in his honor, imprints of his paws both of on paper and in plaster, and a lovely card with poem. I really was not expecting everything to be so caring and warm, and it brought me peace and relief to know that he was clearly taken care of in such a loving manner. I would HIGHLY recommend Borden to anyone who has to go through the loss of a pet. Their services definitely made the pain a little easier to handle.

I highly recommend this crematory. You can tell they care enough to present your pet in a nice ornate box with a card and bookmark. The store front had nice displays and a warm feeling. I was pleased with their service.

Very quick turnaround, got my baby girl back to me within three days. Professional staff, affordable options for services. While I don't look forward to when I will next need their service, I at least know they'll make preparations easier, and relieve some of the worry of what to do when you take your companion in for their final vet visit.

I've never had to experience this, but they had made it better. Great service and price. I would recommend everyone.

I wish I could give more than five stars! When my cat passed away unexpectedly a few days ago, I called Borden at 10pm on a Saturday and I was surprised when someone actually answered my call at that hour. They were so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to arrange for someone to meet me on a Sunday. They made the process so easy and convenient. Milo was ready for me to pick up the day after I dropped him off. Everyone went above and beyond to express their condolences and even gave me a hand written card. Everything was packed so elegantly and looks so good. Thank you Borden for everything! I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who loses a pet, and will use them again in the future. Thank you so much!

I am at a loss for words about this crematory. If a had to choose just ONE word, it would be AMAZING. Every single detail is handled with love, compassion and care. I wish there were more rating stars than 5 so we could come closer to expressing our gratitude. We lost our 20 year old cat, Loki in March of this year. We knew he was dying and I contacted Borden for advice and information. The entire staff is wonderful. Very caring and respectful. The quality of service equals that I have seen with funeral homes for humans. We couldn't have found better service than what we received. I strongly recommend and am grateful to Borden. They made our loss easier to bear with their kindness and professional staff.
