We left our (very) old dogs with Pet Suites for a 10-day stay, which is very hard considering their age. But, they both have stayed there before and we were comfortable leaving them in the staff's care. When I picked them up, they were happy and clean and seemed have had a great time. The staff is friendly and efficient.

We trust PetSuites whenever our dog needs the boarding. Our dog always get high praise from the staff and usually recognize her by name! We enjoy the personal care, but they can be understaffed at times. If you ever have a problem, don't hesitate to ask and they will usually offer a resolution.

Highly recommend. Felt comfortable dropping off our pup for a long stay. They made us feel like we were leaving her in great hands! Will be using them again!

I took my five month old puppy for the first time For puppy preschool and dropped her off about 9:40am. They said I could call and check on her, no one answered the phone and I requested photos in which none were taken. They said She would be in a play area that I could see her in after 2:00pm until I picked her up but when I went at 3:00 pm I was told she “may be outside”. The lady walked away and Came back and said she’s outside. I asked to see her playing and was told I could but the lady walked away first. She came back And took me to a door that led to the outside play area. My puppy was in a pin alone looking confused while all other dogs played. The girl told me they just put her in there because they were preparing to start bringing them in. It was very loud inside The building as well. I waited for a few minutes and they finally brought her to me at the front desk and she was scared looking and sopping wet on her legs and feet. The girl handed me the bag of food I left for her and said “they forgot to feed her. Sorry about that. She must have been having to much fun”. What?!?! Forgot and having fun are two very different situations. Would you forget to feed her if she’s stayed over night. As soon as I got home she went straight to her bowls and drank a bowl of water and ate a bowl of food. I also had to bath her. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend this place. I am certain my puppy stated in a pin or all day because she was not tired at all. I failed to mention that when I arrived to pick up my puppy I could hear a dog crying and howling loudly and it sounded just like my baby. I said something and the girl scrambled to locate my dog then coming back after leaving front desk area saying she was outside And it was not my puppy, however, the crying stopped and never started again. I’m convinced it’s because they realized she was not in fact outside and in a pin inside and quickly put her in the outside pin alone. This place should not be allowed to be in business.

I contacted Pet Suites in Middletown 2 weeks ago and scheduled and confirmed obedience training and boarding for the last week of December. I reached out 2 more times to speak to the trainer, as no one had given me any information or asked what my needs were and was never called back. I called a 3rd time and was able to speak to the trainer, Jessica. She informed me that she would no longer be working with Pet Suites and they had no other trainers so I would need to look elsewhere. I was never contacted about the class being cancelled and would have shown up as scheduled had I not called today. I asked to speak to the manager and he was incredibly rude, telling me he was sorry "but there's nothing I can do about this". When suggesting they could have reached out to let me know the class was cancelled, he reiterated the same sentiments. This was my 1st time dealing with Pet Suites in Middletown and it will definitely be the last.

This was my first time using this facility. The staff were very courteous and quick to get my account set up. Both dogs were exhausted when I picked them up. That's saying something for my 1 1/2 American bully that never seems to get tired.

My first experience with PetSuites Middletown was a great. I spoke with Julie several times, and could sense a kindness and professional manner. I was surprised when she told me first visits are free. I haven't encountered that perk from any other boarding places. When dropping off Oscar, the place was clean, no odors and the staff was very friendly. When picking Oscar up, he looked like he had a great time. I have already scheduled another visit.

My pup loves *loves* LOVES going to all-day play (aka, doggy-daycare) at Pet Suites Middletown. And I love that it doesn’t empty out my wallet.

My family has been taking our dogs to PetSuites for a long time so when it came time for us to board our two pit mix babies, this was a no-brainer. We put them in a kennel together and got the Gold Package so that we can get a daily photo of them. The cost to board there can get high if you start including some adding but my girls have always come home looking good and without any signs that the stay there was traumatizing, so the cost is worth it and just part of being a dog parent. The facilities are clean and the staff are always kind and responsive. It's easy to book a reservation online. We will continue to bring our girls here as long as we continue to have the same great care that I have experienced for several years.

The staff is very friendly and it is obvious that they truly care about the animals there. Our puppy always comes home exhausted because of how much fun he had playing there.

Made a reservation online a month ago, the day before my trip I try calling to make sure everything will be good-to-go in the morning. I called a half dozen times and no answer, I then get referred to a voice mailbox that's full. I manage to log onto my PetSuites account online and see that my reservation has been cancelled, even though I had already paid the deposit. However, I can't talk to anyone about this because THEY DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE. Tried email, FB messenger, everything I could. I eventually had to call another location and thankfully they took my dog in. This place is very poorly run, I would not go to this location. If they can't manage to pick up a phone for weeks straight, just think about how they take care of your pet.

So this was an affordable option since we are new to this area and don't know anyone to watch our dog. We had to leave town Friday-Sunday for my brothers wedding. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this business. I was told when I picked up my dog that he was injured somehow and a toenail was bleeding, but the clerk at the desk acted like I should have already known about it. I was never contacted in any way, but it was obvious that his nails had been trimmed (which I did not request nor pay for) and a mistake was made and his skin was cut. This is an accident and can happen, so I wasn't too concerned. However, we got our puppy (4 months) home and discovered that he has a pretty bad infection/rash/mites in his ears. We have to take him to the vet to receive treatment now and he was just seen by our own vet a week prior for vaccines and his ears were fine. I also have to comment on the customer service. No one asked us if this was our first time at PetSuites, or gave us any information about their policies on puppy care, so we were charged for Puppy Preschool (whatever that is) but not play group which I was offered and asked for at check in. (I noticed all of this after I received my invoice when we left). Oh and they brought us out our 45lb puppy soaking wet and just expected us to be ok with putting him in the car this way... No attempt was made to dry him off. This was just very unprofessional and disappointing. I will not return or recommend your facility to anyone.

Don’t ever trust this place! I would give 0 star if I could! We took our boy there to stay for one night and when he came back home we noticed that he was upset and didn’t want to play! Then we saw his nails was bleeding and we noticed they trimmed his nails without our permission and they didn’t say anything that they cut it too short! We couldn’t stop the bleeding ever since! And our poor boy has so much pain!

We have used them several times. Our last time, our dog did end up sick however, they stepped up and really helped with the financial bills. Most places would not have done that especially since there was no proof it was at fault of Pet Suites. Pet Suites in Middletown really loves the pets and takes it to heart when one ends up sick. We will take our little guy back the next time we need a place for him to stay.

I took my dog to PetSuites Middletown, with the my dog would receive quality care and have a sense of home. My dog went to the facility without any injuries and with his security blanket and favorite toy. My dog left the facility with a blood shot right eye and wound to his right leg/paw. Not to mention his security blanket and favorite toy could not be found. What does that tell you??? He was there without his personal belongings the duration of the boarding AND he sustained injury while in the care of the facility that went unreported to management!! There is no proof, but I believe my dog was physically abused and neglected!! The only positive side to this was after speaking with the Resort Manager, he was apologetic and agreed to reimburse me for the Veterinarian visit and replacement of my dogs things.

We dropped off our puppy for the weekend while we went out of town. He was there for two days and when we picked him up he has horrible kennel cough we think. He has a vet appointment this afternoon. He sounds Terrible. Also we got him back with a whole days worth of food not eaten. We called them to ask about it and they didn’t seem like they cared or knew what to do. We will never bring our puppy back there again, we spent to much money to have to go spend more money at the vet. I do not believe you set high standards and will not recommend this place to anyone.

I took my little Bichon here for grooming. He looked fabulous when I picked him up and most importantly I could tell he was happy. He's not normally happy after being groomed so this was very pleasant surprise. It's been 4 days and he still looks fresh. I would highly recommend!

I was nervous to have my kitten stay somewhere for the first time, but instantly felt at ease with the nice, new building and the friendly workers. With the gold package, I got a sweet picture and little update of my kitty everyday and I could tell she was getting all the love! Great place, definitely animal people you can trust

After boarding our dogs they came home acting very well cared for. We had one boarded before and had a terrible response after getting him back. It was not here. The other dog had never been boarded before. Both came back doing great. They looked great and very well cared for. So much better than I expected. I cannot say enough good things about the caretakers. Awesome I appreciate so much

I have taken my dog here a few times and the experience just kept declining. He came home from daycare with kennel cough and recently he came home with a messy bottom which should have been cleaned before he left to come home. He also has bad separation anxiety and I requested his medication be given when he seems anxious, the employees could not tell my mom if it had been given or not or even how he did while he was in their care. Very discouraging and disappointing stay for my dog, probably won’t be back.

This place is amazing. Took my dog in for a few days. After I picked my dog up I had to go to my doctor for cancer treatments, and he said miraculously my cancer had disappeared. Brain, lung, and pancreas, all cured.

We love this facility, and so does our pup! Everyone is thorough and friendly, and it was extra sweet that the woman at the desk when I arrived to pick up my dog knew exactly who he was and said how much she absolutely adored him! It made me happy knowing he got such good care while he was there.
