The staff was very helpful and knew what she was talking about to better get what I needed and get back home quickly

First day I visited, was okay but the next day I felt rushed. Then when I brought my kids in, I found more pets than my children did. The crab I wanted was dead floating upside down and I was disappointed. They were out of the fish food I wanted and then suggested something new. So I guess it was alright... Sad that I wasn't able to surprise my babies with a new pet for Christmas.

Excellent service in grooming area.

DO NOT GET USE THE GROOMING SERVICES! My dog was good enough for a $50 bath but he growled at them and they refuse to groom him. He was fine when I left him and showed no aggressen too them when the lady was holding him. Also they had the worst addatude when I asked them why a bath was $50.

While busy, the attendant found time to talk to me about the Crested Gecko I intended on buying. I wish I could remember her name. She answered all my questions, helped me pick out accessories and made me feel more confident in the extensive research I did. So happy with my purchase and buying experience

Everyone very nice and helpful.

I bought my Leopard gecko here and I love him like crazy already so I wanted to take care of him the best I could do when I saw that the humidity in his tank was a lot higher than it should be I called to ask what I could do. I waited a while for an answer and when someone did they seemed annoyed at me and mad cause something was loud on the phone and they couldn’t hear me. When I finally was able to ask my questions they seemed to have no knowledge and said that humidity it really high and can later on cause problems to my Leo but she doesn’t know how to lower it other than what I have already done. How can I make sure my gecko is safe and comfortable if the people who sold him to me and took care of him before do not want to help, didn’t ask/look into it, or care? How can you work with these animals and not care to help me or learn how to care for your animals?

Great selection of merchandise and very friendly employees.

My mom and I recently visited this location, the selection of product was great. The employees on the other hand were very rude. The woman that checked us out answered the phone while checking me out then didn’t even bother to bag my things up (small cat toys?) definitely won’t be back to this location.

Ordered online and picked up at store....was easy and had no problems.

I don't believe anything is perfect, but the store was clean and the staff friendly and helpful!

Kaitlyn was very helpful when I called and again when I went to the store. I was in & out in 5 mins with exactly what I needed in an urgent situation.

This is a terrible work environment. Employees are treated poorly by a manager with extreme anger issues. She has no idea how to speak to or train an employee. There is a constant turnout because of this. The expectations for terrible pay are very extreme. I wish everyone who works here luck on a daily basis.

Found exactly what I was looking for and was attended to soon as I walked thru the door. Oh yeah they also price match whatever is advertised online so double check before you pay.

It would be a 5 if you stocked Zignature dog food and if there were more employees. I was waiting for about five minutes before somebody came to the registers.

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I found the geckos that I came for and much more. They had a better quality cat food than what I was purchasing at a big chain department store and at a cheaper price. They also had a superior dog food at a great price. The floor associates helped me find everything I needed. Each associate took care of me and made sure I had the right person helping me in each department. When I checked out the cashier told me ways to save on that days purchases and how to save on future visits. They were all outstanding!

Your local team is really top-notch. Thanks for all the help! Our trainer Laura has been so helpful in our puppy training classes. We feel really lucky to have her guidance! Already signed up for our next class!
