Have had a great experience every time. Very caring and pricing is very reasonable.

I went here based on the good reviews and the lady at the front desk is incredibly rude. I was extremely worried about my cats and she had absolutely no compassion and did not want to help at all. I left there feeling belittled and upset and that she just did not care or want to do her job. Take your business somewhere where the employees care, especially when they’re dealing with animals that are members of your family.

After a horrible experience at Blue Pearl yesterday, someone sent me to this clinic. I was immediately relieved. The staff here are very nice, and the vet took her time to explain options, tests, etc. I am very happy with this clinic, and think they truly are in it for the animal… not the almighty dollar like Blue Pearl.

Middletown Animal Clinic was so sweet to us during the hard time of putting our dog down. We had many people with us but due to COVID we could only have 2 in at a time. They did not treat us as an inconvenience while we kept running in and out, switching places, sobbing loud enough for everyone to hear. Thank you all so much for making Jenny's last moments so nice for us.

We are new to Middletown. Moved here just in time to be quarantined by covid. Thankfully,I have not needed a vet for my cats until now. One of my cats is sick so I called Middletown Animal Clinic based on their reviews. I was explaining my cat's symptoms, mentioning that he would be a new patient and the person I was talking to, interrupted me right then in the middle of my sentence and said they were not taking new patient appointments for at least 3 weeks. No concern for my cat being sick at all. Evidently their love for animals doesn't extend to one's that are sick and need help. A "sorry" or a recommendation to another vet would have been nice. I will not recommend this vet to anyone.

My family and I have been coming to this place since I was young. Family oriented and caring, it's the kind of place you would expect to have in a small town but with excellent care. I was also impressed by the ease and use of their website. The only issue I had was the patient portal system. It was not intuitive for me at least. Recommend for one time service but urge for lifetime care.

They practice social distancing, so a tech came to the car for my cat while I waited in the car. Vet called me for her questions and asked if I had any. Very anxious for the day when distancing won't be an issue.

I've been a client for decades- they are top notch. Doesn't matter where in the county I have lived I have always made the trip across town to Middletown Animal Clinic.

The staff is always extremely helpful and patient with both the pets and humans.

They are a 5+. They have been our vet since they opened. May they always be there.

We love Dr. McReynolds. She takes excellent care of our cats and dog. My family has been using this clinic for years and I cannot imagine switching. They are even more reasonably priced than other local vets.

Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. Dr McReynolds gave my cat a very thorough exam, went through all of her history, and answered all of my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. She went through all treatment options with me and was mindful of my budget. Best vet experience I have ever had.

These vets really know how to treat our cainine right, and explain things very well.

We absolutely LOVE Middletown Animal Clinic! We have been taking our fur babies there since I was a little girl, and they always take such good care of us! They are quick to help, so pleasant to work with, and always want the best for our pups! Would recommend them to any and all pet families in Louisville!

The office is really friendly. We love going. We don’t have the same vet every time we go, but that’s okay because each veterinarian takes their time when we have our visit. I highly recommend their clinic.
