Don’t come here. They canceled my appointment last minute due to the employee’s incompetence. I’ve never heard of a groomer that couldn’t groom. That’s literally your only job.

This place is great if you have a dog that you want shaved, but NOT a Pomeranian. I dropped off my pomeranian to be TRIMMED up, brushed, and nails trimmed. I told her, DON'T shave him. 3 hours went by and I hadn't received a phone call stating he was ready, so I drove over there. She said he wasn't ready yet. I was getting very nerves. Another 3 hours went by, 30 minutes before they were closing still no phone call. I drove back over there. When she brought him out, my pomeranian was completely shaved. Even half of his tail, except his face. His nails were not trimmed. No wonder it took her 6 hours. She even shaved his under coat!!!!! I'm heart broken. I hope his coat grows back ok.

My dog was 100% healthy before this grooming appt. I had my mini Bernedoodle groomed on Friday, 3/4/21. I brought him home and he was miserable after his appt. Friday night he couldn’t open his eyes. I assumed the groomer, Holley, got shampoo in his eyes. I figured I’d let him sleep it off. To see how he’d do Saturday day. He was a bit better and I continue to hope it would get better. But it’s Saturday night and my dog is still having terrible trouble with his eyes. They are red, have green goop coming out of them and won’t open his eyes. I’m considering taking him to an emergency vet tonight. I will be contacting the groomer Tuesday morning because they are closed Sunday and Monday. I will never take my dog back to this groomer. Be warned before you consider taking your dog here.

We've taken out shepherd mix here many times and they recognize him and praise him he coat always looks so amazing after and they take the time to brush out his entire undercoat which helps us soooo much with his shedding it usually last for a couple months sometimes longer.

I was nervous after dropping him off because it took about 4 hours for them to get done with him, however the results were worth the wait! My dog looks so good. My dog does not like getting groomed at all so he had to get cut with the scissors and his hair cut was so cute!!!

Thank you - we drive 30 minutes to take our dog here they take great care of our dog and always have a smile.

We took our puppy there for the first time and specifically said to not cut her a lot but just a trim. They said she didn't like the scissor so they just decided to razor her up and laugh at me when I complained. They said next time I should do it myself. Do not go there please. She was really scared when we picked her up. I noticed that a lot of reviews say the same. They are ok if you want a buzz cut and they will do that regardless of instructions

I had the worst experience with this establishment. They kept my puppy for 4 hours and when I went to pick him up his hair wasn’t even cut the way I wanted it and they still made me pay the full price. He’s a mini schnauzer with a lot of hair, I wanted to leave an inch, but they buzzed all his hair off and he looked like a little rat. I am very disappointed with them and I will not be bringing my puppy back here ever again. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Unsafe. Just watched a dog run out of the store (behind a customer) and into traffic and almost got hit. At first thought it was the person who walked out's dog, but No. The dog was rescued from the parking lot and taken back into the store and the shop didn't even know the dog was missing. So beware.

I was over the moon excited to see what a wonderful job Hai Max Pet Grooming did! I showed pictures to the groomer and she did better than I envisioned. My shihtzu looked like a show dog with his lion cut and teddy bear face! This is our new groomer for life!

Instead of giving my yorkie a hair cut they literally just buzzed ALL of her hair off.

My visit was awhile back but wanted to place a review anyway since I was less than pleased. My husband reported that our dog seemed traumatized when he picked her up after her grooming session. She is a small Maltese and very used to being groomed and handled so not sure what happened while she was there. A week after her visit she started losing hair on her side and vet diagnosed her with ringworm. Said she probably got it from dirty grooming tools. This was months ago and the hair has never grown back! Needless to say, I won't return.

We have used them for almost 2 years. We moved across town but still make the drive because they are so good.

I took both of my Yorkis here for about a year without incident. The owner is a very nice lady. I picked up my babies and got them home and noticed one of them had a big gash on his elbow. Definitely not something that could have been overlooked and I'm sure he yelped when it happened. So we gave her a chance to tell us about it and she said she had no idea. My dog had to have bled a lot due to the size of the cut. Won't be taking them back.

The first few times, especially the first we were pleased, even though sometimes only one paw was trimmed, ears forgot or said brushed teeth but didn't. The last time at drop off the owner seemed annoyed. Pick up was fine, however the very next day my baby was ill. After a $450 emergency room visit, he had anal tears, which is why he wouldn't poop, & caused bowel issues, inside the ear canal he was cut, his paws and other areas as well. So after the haircut and vet we were out almost $500, had a traumatized dog on different meds. We would have talked to the owner, but felt it would be too difficult to deal with. Very bummed about this as the place is clean and convenient.

OK I have mixed reviews. Good points bad points. Bad first. The groomer was a bit irritable when there was a mid communication of timing when dog needed to be picked up. The communication could had been more clear and she should had kept a more pleasant tone. They did not follow directions yo the grooming and when there was an issue because of matting in the dog's hair on the ears instead of calling and getting permission to cut the hair off she just did and then told me at pick up she didn't have time for that plus it was causing discomfort to the dog. They didn't finish the job they forgot to get the hair out of ears. Did not finish getting hair around mouth. The good. My dog is difficult most no one will cut the dog's nails. They were successful. The time frame wasn't that long. The price was half the price of pet smart. There are less dog's there so less stress on dog. I think it is also a good thing that the dog was put into consideration when matting occurred.

Worst Pet Groomer! Do not go. I took my shitzu for the grooming package. The lady didn't want to hear me or anything she took my puppy and rushed me out of the door. She had completely shaved my puppy's hair saying it was too hard to untangle and it was like carpet whatever that was suppose to me. They could have called me and told me or not do anything stall . But that was just completely wrong. NEVER going back!! RATHER PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND GO TO PET SMART OR A RECOGNIZED SALOON.

We can get in with short notice when we need to and Mario loves seeing them. Always so friendly to the dogs and customers!
