It's nice to be able to go to an establishment and all the employees are knowledgeable about what items you're looking for and things that can help you that you're not aware of. They've been a great source of help to me regarding my dog that I had little knowledge of. Tks

This store always has everything I need and more. Always well stocked and clean. Store Associates are very helpful and pleasant.

Didn't have a big toy selection, or maybe they were just sold out, like other feeder's do. Also were almost completely wiped out of Purina pro plan food. ????????‍♀️

I like the store, but they have high prices.

They helped load my cart after helping me find find very heavy bags of cracked corn. Then they followed to my car and loaded it as well. I'm 83 and this was a big help.

Good store; only one problem. I came in earlier to secure an appointment. Was told to be here at 1:30. 1:30 here; She’s on break for half hour. I would have come whenever. If you commit to a time; please respect.

Has everything you need for your animals.

I have been purchasing from this store for years. Personally prefer it over the LaGrange store due to it being most familiar and I had a bad experience at the LaGrange store when an unknown person from the adoption center was hostile toward me. I exercise caution when going there.

Smaller store but friendly staff. Lots of canine and feline food

This place was super clean and the animals, for sale, were healthy and ready to go to their new home I wanted to take them all home.

This location is drying a standard in wearing masks, and Social Distancing, They come to vehicle, pickup and return you pay my card.

Not a big fan of this location. Usually go to the one in Middletown but wanted to try this location. Will stick to the one there. NO CLEAN UP STATIONS for your animal.

Oh I was on my way to get my dogs nails trimmed because they were doing a promotion for their new grooming department so they had it scheduled between one and three take your pet and get nail clipping etc. I call 20 minutes or so before I arrive at the store they never told me on the phone that it’s a walk in basis so if I would’ve known that I would’ve not went at 2 o’clock I would’ve left earlier to been there I was completely disrespected by both the cashiers as I walk in the store because I guess I wasn’t wearing some thing I shouldn’t have work because I totally felt judged as they laughed at me but not only that the store manager was a complete unprofessional The grooming department and feeder supply bottom line do not take your dogs there they hire anyone off the streets and the store manager and everyone there is completely rude will not be back

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with at ANY Feeders Supply location in Louisville. I placed an order online to be picked up from the Peewee Valley store, they called me from the store on Brownsboro Road and explained that store was temporarily closed but offered to deliver the items instead of having me do curbside pick up at a different location. I said that was fine but explained to them when you put my address into any GPS system if you don’t enter it a certain way it will NOT take you to the correct house. They assured me it would be fine and they would get it delivered. Needless to say they delivered to the wrong house, exactly where I told them it would end up if they didn’t use the address I gave them, and it was accepted by whoever lives at the address they delivered to. So I paid for my entire order to be delivered to someone else and all Feeders Supply wanted to do was give me an in store credit though they were the ones who messed up and decided not write down the address as I told them they would need to.
