Eastpoint Veterinary Clinic Louisville, Indiana

I absolutely love this clinic. The staff is knowledgeable and professional, but most importantly to me, they genuinely care about the animals and their people. I foster dogs for a rescue, and have used them for every dog I have fostered, and they have given each of the rescues lots of tender loving care on top of the veterinary care. Continue doing what you are doing!

Great service in an emergency and the follow up. Couldn't ask for nicer and more understanding staff despite their being a vet staffing crisis right now. Be kind to your vets, they are absolutely crammed with not enough employees to help. Dr. Tooke is informative and straightforward. LOVE a doctor that doesn't sugar coat and isn't paranoid either. He falls right in the comfortable area where he will gives his medical opinion and options knowing that not all budgets and needs are the same. Mark is wonderful!!! He has helped make our girl feel comfortable in the most uncomfortable of situations. He is gentle and understanding and has been there every time we needed him.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new bet for my husky. East point was able to get us an appointment quickly. She was due for her annual shots. The nurse and doctor were very friendly. My pup, probably like many others isn’t fond of the vet but stay calm the entire time. The Vet gave me some new recommendations on care for her flea, tick and heart worm medications. Less expensive and more efficient. My dog also has a growth on her leg that is pretty large. It wasn’t bothering her for years. Her previous vet didn’t want to remove it without doing a biopsy first. But they wanted to charge me over $3k for 2 appointments to do the biopsy then removal. East point is less that a third of the cost as the previous vet and they can do it all in one appointment. Overall, friendly staff, excellent and knowledgeable care for your pets. So glad I came here!

Words cannot express how caring, professional, and knowledgeable Dr. Tooke and his staff are. We unfortunately, had to say goodbye to one of our furr babies and Dr. Tooke went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family. If you're looking for a vet who cares about you and your pets, and takes the time to explain everything, this is the vet clinic for you! 5 stars all day long!

Dr. Tooke is the best in the state..

I have been to this clinic twice, first for initial exams for my 2 senior greyhounds, and then back 2 weeks later when one had a UTI. I found this clinic to be very clean with up-to-date equipment and exam room, and with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I liked Dr Tooke, as did my greyhounds. He took a long time on our first visit asking questions, answering questions from me, and getting to know us. When I called in 2 weeks later with a sick dog I was told to come in when I could get there that day and was not put off. We changed vets due to a move but it took me a year to find this clinic through recommendations, as I need a greyhound-savvy vet. Based on my experiences thus far I would recommend this clinic. Their staff is especially nice to deal with. I found the pricing to be reasonable. UPDATE: I have been to this clinic several times since my initial review for both vaccinations and a continued issue in a senior greyhound. I remain very happy with Dr. Tooke and staff and highly recommend them. If you have been looking for a greyhound-savvy vet, this one is very qualified.

Dr. Tooke is the kindest and most informative vet I have ever experienced. It’s simply a joy to talk with him. He is thorough and caring if our German Shepherd and cat. Highly recommend him.

Caring, friendly staff. The Veterinarian took time to explain the possible diagnosis and treatment for my dog.

Took my cat here for the 2nd time after a leg wound turned to a scab that he won't leave alone. The female vet (Dr. Goode??) looked at it for 5 minutes and didn't give me a solution to the problem but still charged me $40? It's been over a month and it still hasn't gotten better. Having to go somewhere else now so that I get real answers and remedies.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We moved here just under a year ago and took our cat to another vet last May, one with good reviews but I was very dissatisfied with the doctor. I called Eastpoint this morning for a sick visit and was given an appt for today. Dr. Tooke (and staff) was very friendly, thorough, and unrushed. He took great care with our Mia and explained everything to me as well as giving an extensive exam and work up. I am so pleased to have found this office. Thank you so much, Eastpoint Vet Clinic!
