I absolutely love this place. So helpful and caring with my cat. The staff was so caring and gentle with my cat.

This place has very high quality vets and the staff is very friendly! The only reason they don’t get five stars is that they try to upsell you on a lot of unnecessary stuff.

By far the best bet experience I have ever had. Dr. Garrity was amazing with my oldest cat doing a complete workup and finding a few things previous vets didn't make us aware of. She explained everything in easy to digest terms and her assistants are fantastic as well. 110% recommend!

I got a same day appointment as a new client today. The staff and service I received was the best Ive experienced in a veterinary clinic. Everyone was professional and kind. I will never visit another vet, very professional and affordable.

This is the best that I've ever been to. We took our cat to a vet up the street from there and he had a really bad skin condition and he was getting worse and worse under the other vet's care we didn't know what was going to happen we thought he wasn't going to make it. Then we met her the best bet I've ever been to she saved our cat's life she was smart kind listen to us worked with us knew her stuff about cats and dogs very great very great that I'd give them more than five stars if possible I think them everyday because I don't think our cat would be alive right now without them

I don't know how I haven't reviewed this place yet... My girlfriend and I started bringing our geriatric cat here several years ago because it was convenient to get to. Our cat has crippling anxiety and will lash out at anyone besides us, so vet trips are never fun... but sometimes you can't help it. Everyone here is understanding and willing to go the extra mile with him (and us). They diagnosed him with a thyroid condition during a completely unrelated visit. Now that we've moved across town and it takes us a good chunk of time to get over here, this is still the only place we'll go to in Louisville. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of service you get. Bonus picture of our old man cat. He never looks this cute coming out of the animal hospital, but the only reason we still get to take pictures of him is because of how often they've helped us!

We love bringing our animals here! Staff is very kind and helpful. They always do a great job. Also, the office is a "low stress," calm kind of place, which is helpful if you have cats especially.

I loved the fact that the bldg was very neat and clean. There were no odors, the staff was very friendly. They were efficient, and got us in and out pretty quickly. I would recommend you visit them if you are looking for a good place to take your fur baby. It's a real laid back environment.

The staff are friendly and caring. They take their time to explain things and answer questions. I feel very comfortable taking my pup for visits.

I moved to Louisville from Oldham County and had been having trouble finding a Vet that I felt I could trust with my 12 year old Mini Poodle. Dr. Garrity are absolutely amazing! Dr. Garrity called the day after my little guy got his shots just to check on him and see how he was doing. He now needs surgery on his leg and I feel very comfortable with the staff to take good care of my little man :)

The staff is very friendly and attentive. They even sent us a "Welcome" postcard with a hand written note. Dr. Garrity is great, she even called to check on our sick kitten. I highly recommend!

Dr. Garrity is not the vet I chose when I adopted my two little monsters (though she will be moving forward). I chose our prior vet out of walking convenience but clearly seeing my dogs isn’t convenient for them. A few months ago, one gremlin punctured the other gremlin’s cornea and the vet I originally chose refused to see her. I called SIX vet clinics and nobody was able to fit her in. My dogs are pretty resilient and I don’t usually call the vet for things like upchucking chards of adidas slides but when it looks like their eyes are about to fall out of their heads like a grown kids childhood teddy I expect them to be seen pretty quickly. Downtown Animal Hospital was call #7 and they saw her that day. Bea (girl gremlin) was spotting squirrels with her wonky side eye a mile away in no time. A few weeks later, Bea was up to no good behind the benches at the dog park and both monsters ended up with the dog herp, so we returned to our prior vet out of convenience, and I chalked the whole not seeing my pup when I thought she needed to be seen previously up to, idk things happen. ANYWAY, last night, Bodie (boy gremlin) got his jaw stuck on Bea’s collar, madness and panic ensued, and Bea, traumatized, ended up looking like a beat up rag doll (her eye at least). This afternoon I called our usual vet. “You definitely should have her seen! But we can’t until next week.” Thanks, dude. I immediately call Dr. Garrity’s office. “We don’t have any appointments. But let me talk to Dr. Garrity.” To wrap this up, with no available appointments, Dr. Garrity had me drop my pup off to see her when she had a minute. She could have used that minute to TikTok, or like eat a sandwich, or call her loved ones or something, but instead she chose to see my loved one and I am forever grateful. 10/10 recommend. Our 6 minute walk to the vet is now a 6 minute drive—I’ll take it. To Dr. Garrity and your team, you’re the best! So appreciative that you not only took the time, but have TAKEN the time (numerous occasions) to take care of my babes. THANK YOU!

Prices for services are outrageous. Vaccinations alone were insanely expensive. save your time and money and go to a different vet.

They were very kind to my dog. Went over everything they were going to do, and everything. They are the first Veterinarian office that I felt would take as good care of my dog as I do.

Dr. Garrity and staff are so good with all of our dogs! Highly recommend this Vet clinic to all! The greatest part of walking in is before you ever speak to anyone there on the welcome board is your pets name! Just gives you a feeling that you’re going to your own pets party where they are the guests of honor! ????

I’ve been with Dr G since she opened! She has cared for our family pets with such care and professionalism. Today she helped me let our cat, Jingles, go to her next adventure... and a few years ago she helped me with a very sick family dog. I would never think about using anyone else. We love these people!!!

Best vet in town bar none. They really care about you and your pets. Very highly recommended.
