Tara was Great with our Pomeranian who is almost nine. This is the BEST grooming he has ever had! She did a great job and is truly an nice person!

Melinda does a wonderful job with my dog Abby. My dog gets very nervous and she is patient and kind with her . I would definitely recommend her and Aussie Mobile for your dogs needs .

Horrible business management. Prices are always different each time they come to groom. Management makes up stories as to why the price was different after rendering services. Always tries to change appt times. Workers/groomers are hit and miss. Some do great, some are so-so. Will not be using again. Update: We didn't use south central, we live near Crestwood and our Appointments were not in my name - thus, no way owner could have known what our appt was and for which division. Careful doing business with them.

Aussie Groomer came to my Home to Groom my "Long Hair Chihuahua". Please forgive Me (forgot groomers name) She was So Kind. The Groomer Shered my Dog down(tea cup size) . When the Groomer brought back, My Dog was Simply "Outstanding". I Loved ???? it ????. I'm So , " Happy" with Aussie Pet Mobile Co. " Thank" You So!! Much ????

Had a grooming appointment scheduled for 6pm. At 6:10 when they had not arrived or called, I called them to see when they were arriving. They didn’t answer my calls, text, email, or Facebook message. It’s now 7pm and they no-call, no-showed. I will never attempt to use this service again and will recommend others to not use this service. Terribly unprofessional.

Melinda did a fantastic job on our 10 year old, Lexi. She made sure Lexi was comfortable and not afraid, as Lexi has severe separation anxiety. We will use the service again.

Tara miles is by far the best groomer I have ever had!! I already booked with her again my dog looks amazing. Not only that I learned so much about how to PROPERLY take care of my baby. She is chunky and I have no clue how to shed some weight but Tara have me awesome tips I will use with her. She was a person and I mean that by she wasn’t smiling bc she had to deal with a customer she was friendly naturally and that goes so far with me. I like honest real people. Thank you Tara so much. See ya in 6 weeks.

We recently used Sheri and Ernesto and they did an amazing job. Our dogs are older, 14 and 11, and they were so gentle and kind. We will be requesting them from now on. They definitely both deserve 5-stars!

They did a satisfactory job

Absolutely worst groomer we have every used. If you have nothing better to do than wait for them to be 2-4 hours late, then give it a try. The last appointment they had a wreck, rescheduled and the air conditioning on the way to our appt went out at 6:30 pm (Appt was 2-3pm). Rescheduled again and this time the truck broke down on the way to our appt. This doesn't explain how unprofessional Kevin was and he never apologized or tried to make it right. We used them twice before and were never on time plus another excuse that their clippers broke. No spare? Plus their prices are much higher than all other dog groomer. Check out others before you go here!!

Tried it once. Convenient idea but insanely over priced and poor results.

Victoria does a wonderful job with my very anxious dog! My dog gets out of the truck so happy and runs around -when I used to take her to the groomers she would shake and shake with nerves. Victoria listens and always asks if she looks ok when done which she does! Great service!

The groomers were more than an hour late, cut my dog’s hair too short, and left mysterious black residue on her cheek. They then proceeded to drive off with her collar. Very poor service and we will tell everyone we know not to use them

We did not have a good experience, at all. It did not feel like a they were professional or trained well. At one point, the people said their van was on fire and continued to keep our dog. They cut our dog’s foot and gave us our dog with a bleeding foot. Our dog was cut much shorter than we requested and several areas were uneven. I would not recommend this company to anyone and have and will continue to let people know what an awful experience we had with them.

The woman was VERY nice! I didn't catch her name sadly. She had a black and white dog. Gave her a 15% ($20) tip. My goldendoodle was very matted, but she didn't quit. He was pretty scared when he saw her, but he came out happy in the end.

It was my dogs first time for someone to wash him besides me and his dad. I was scared he wasn't going to like it. Melinda was great with him. She worked on his speed! I will use them every month! Thanks you all are the best!!

They are great with our two dogs. We have there best groomer come out and never have had a problem ! Sometimes there are late but only because they are grooming another dog before they come to you. Always booked up. So just plan a day for them. Our 2 dogs one is 14 and the other is about to be 11. A girl & a boy dog. They are always so happy when they come in as well. The owner has always taken my calls and never rushed me off the phone no matter what time of day it is. He is very caring and tries to meet all needs.

I'm amazed that they didn't require water for the cleaning, I assume they used a dry cleaner the pup smelled good after for a day or two then it went South, so for the time we needed he smelled good but didn't last long.

I would give them 1 star but gave them 2 as they fit me in at the last minute and I appreciated that. The groomer was 45 minutes late. The inside of the van look filthy and terrible. I don’t think the groomer bathed my dog. She is 16 years old and this is by far the worst cut she has ever had. He knicked all her moles off :( after he was finished the groomer called my phone and when I answered just said “come get her”. Very rude! Charged me $90 and I still have to bathe her! Will not use again or recommend to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is terrible but the way they treat their animals is even worse. If you see any reviews about nails being cut too far back til they’re bleeding, it’s 100% accurate. The groomers they hired are not trained.

Victoria did a great job. Hannah looked just beautiful and enjoyed it. She loved Victoria, she was following her out the door when she left.
