We have been taking our pets to this vet for years and they have been very very great with all of them. Dr. Melanie is a SUPER person that truly cares about the animals well being and the staff is so very supportive and caring. A very professonal establishment that we sincerely would incourage you to partake and become part of this family. SUPER SUPER SUPER!!!

The doctors and staff at Allison Lane Animal Hospital are kind, caring and professional. Even during the COVID pandemic when I couldn’t go into the clinic with my cat, I knew he was getting the same loving care as always. Dr. Melanie Roberts is awesome with my big boy. Highly recommend this vet clinic.

My wife and I have trusted the professionals here at Allison Lane Animal Hospital for many years. They have shown compassion, professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and value in their behaviors. When I talk with other people about where they take their 'fur babies,' they will often say they take them to another provider somewhere else, but I can't imagine switching providers from here. Thank you to Dr. James Roberts, Dr. Melanie Roberts, Donna, Peggy, Hannah, and a list of folks (forgive me) who I can't remember! This is a great place for your pets!!!

Very caring and sincere Animal Hospital. Comes out to your car just by text. They will even sometimes make exceptions and go ahead and see your pet without an appointment. Like for example I had to put my dog down babee but before I made that decision the doctor called me and explained all options and even gave me her own personal feeling on what the outcome could be with every angle for babee and I can tell you they gave us all the time in the world with her to say are goodbyes, and was very gentle with her and us.

Passionate, thurough and great vets! Could not have been happier with my pets visit.

They got us in fairly quick. They were a little pricey but did take good care of my cat. He is almost back to normal. Thank you

Have been taking my Rosalina there since I had her as a pup! Always friendly, professional, and efficient and it's close to home for me as well. Since covid the office comes to the car and gets your dog and does everything and comes out to you and it's super easy! Rosalina runs right in the door with them and they get her taken care of. She also HATES her nails being touched or trimmed and it takes a few ppl but they get it accomplished which I really appreciate and so does everyone she tries to jump and love on.

I love all of the staff there. It was our first time there. Theyre were so good to Sage.

ten yrs ago this place was the best. but the last 4 yrs or so. it's went down hill. Dr Roberts cares, but seems just too busy. there's just not enough room. I'm now taking my pets and money to a more open and inviting environment.

Dr. Roberts no longer work there so not know about new Dr. Wait and see .

Allison Lane has cared for two of our fur babies, one that was in her golden years and now a new puppy! We have seen most every vet there, and I can honestly say the care and attention was unwavering among all of the highly qualified staff members! We feel valued and heard as pet-owners, and sincerely recommend their business.

Recently visited Allison Lane with Isabella. They were very efficient and got the job done in a short period of time. However, the costs are a little high.

Thank you so much for providing care for Cheyenne--but thank you even more for the care that is provided by you to her owner---who is my son who is disabled. Cheyenne is truly a therapy dog for him and I appreciate that you understanding that. I have really enjoyed taking both of my cats to Allison lane animal hospital. All of the staff are the perfect balance of professional and caring. They have been our veterinarian since 2002 They follow up after a dog has been sick w/phone calls to make sure everything has been going ok. They do not insist on additional testing, leaving it up to me to decide whether I want more testing or not. They promote holistic approaches.

Everyone here is super friendly. They truly seem to care about your pets. And the prices are very affordable.

This place does not care about animals. I called to get an appointment for my dog who is sick. Was told that we were a client but this particular dog had not been seen in two years (thank you covid) so they considered her a new patient and would not see her. It really showed how much they care. Also our last appointment a few months ago was canceled by them because they were running behind. They did not offer to reschedule. If they hadn’t canceled we would have been current regardless id rather take my business to a place that cares.

Dr. Melanie is wonderful! She listens and is very concerned about my girls. (2 Maltese) Very sweet and caring. Finds solutions to their needs.

Dr.Melanie Roberts was able to diagnose the problem with one of my cats when another vet could not. She is very caring and is thorough in her examinations. I am currently having an issue with my other cat and she was able to diagnose the problem with her as well. Her husband is as great of a vet as Dr. Melanie. Love this place. Highly recommend. Reasonable

We have been clients for many, many years and we have always been very pleased with the services provided. Dr. Melanie Roberts is “our doctor” and we LOVE her. (Professionally and personally - she treats you as a friend/family, not just another patient). On occasion, when we have seen other doctors, they have been great too!! The support staff is always helpful & friendly (even when they’re crazy busy) Donna, Peggy, Amy, Megan & Kelsey - You ladies ROCK!!! I would like to thank the whole practice for handling these challenging COVID times as well as they have. The procedures put in place to keep everyone safe have been amazing!!
