The vet and techs are so helpful and patient. They have clear, practical advice to keep you, your dog, and their staff safe. They were so patient while I asked a million questions about my dog and his treatment. We had to sedate our dog for the first time to have a thorough checkup. They talked through the process and calmed our concerns about the process.

I have multiple animals so I have seen all 3 doctors and each one is as good as the last! Very calm and knowledgable. Grace the nurse even gave me a handout she made about building your dogs confidence and it has done wonders for my dogs. Can't recommend this place enough!

Everyone there is kind and professional. They don't rush the process if your pet is uncomfortable. All my pets come here for their veterinary needs.

My dog loves his visits at The Paw Patch Place! Truly is a fear-free clinic. I can just tell that everyone on staff wholeheartedly wants to help your pet.

I stopped by this morning to pick up flea treatment for my cats but I decided to take my business someplace else that doesn't feel it's okay to discriminate against unvacinated people and treat people unfairly. This makes me angry! I will never come here again. Shame on this place. How dare you! Very unprofessional. It's not okay to treat humans like diseases. You have NO right

Before you decide to be a dedicated patient, you should know that Paw Patch Place will turn you away on your dog’s dying day. We were patients for 2 years with both our dogs. When our old girl could no longer stand, we rushed to Paw Patch Place for help. We were there when the doors opened, but were turned away and told to call an emergency vet because the doctor was too busy. She couldn’t be bothered to even come out to talk to us. The only important vet visit is when your pet is in distress. Find a vet that understands prioritizing patients and has compassion.

They are very sweet to our fur babies and don't pressure us to do things that may not be necessary, though they always provide all options.

They accommodated a later appointment for Buddy and took into consideration his anxiety with other animals.

Everyone here is amazing! They work up trust with your pet so that nothing they do is too anxiety inducing. Dr. Taylor recently did my dog's spay surgery and she was wonderful!! Highly recommend

For nearly a year now I have been filling carprophen prescription for my dog by calling in prescription. During this time I asked, not once, if there any other versions of the carprophen my dog can have because, the pills are very hard to divide, they crumble. Today, after whole year I was told that I can order his Rx online and not only that but, I was told that you guys price match! A whole year! That is very poor customer service! In addition to that, I also found out that the generic carprophen that I buy from you guys is TWICE the cost than, buying ORIGINAL through your online pharmacy! TWICE! I understand the veterinarian industry is expensive but, I was referred to your business as the most gentle and understanding veterinarian in the whole Indianapolis! My dog has inoperable cancer, he is stuck living rest of his sweet life on carprophen just to go to the bathroom and yet, knowing all that, the entire veterinarian staff failed to educate me on how I can either price match his drug or get original from online cheaper. It is very sad to see and feel taken advantage off! Absolutely and very very sad! - I just looked up generic version of the carprophen and it is $0.33 per pill for the average person, not vet office, while this office charges $3.00 not sure what type of overhead this office has and how much staff is paid to count out 15 pills a month but, nearly 1000% profit per pill!

Excellent place and great service. Staff went over my expectations and I felt really welcomed. A little expensive, but worthy.

Our 2 cats don't like to go the Vet. They made both of comfortable, even when getting there yearly shots. But our Husky puppy knows he gets treats & lots of petting.

I love the Paw Patch Place. I have a senior basset hound that is bit challenging. They always go above and beyond to accommodate her.

I’ve loved taking my pets to Paw Patch Place. They take care of pets with great care and care about their mental and emotional well-being during vet visits which can be stressful. I’ve enjoyed every visit, call or email. I cannot recommend them enough.

The staff, communication and care at Paw Patch are outstanding . We saw Dr. Woodlock and the nurse Kate. They both showed tenderness and understanding for our 15 year old dog ( the way that they touched her, talked to her, and concern in general). They also communicated well with my daughter and me. We interacted with other support staff who were very professional. The exam was thorough and the advice and meds prescribed were on target. We hightly recommend this practice.

I used to take my cat here and I liked them. But in the last few years priced have gone up and they are so pushy about testing. They also kept telling me my cats teeth were desperately needed cleaning and possible few extractions which would be close to $1K. I took her to another Vet today and confirmed mg cats teeth are fine. She’s an older cat I can’t risk putting her under anesthesia. Changing vets now. I don’t think they have my cats health as the main interest.

loved this place until the vet couldn't properly diagnose my cats weight loss--i spent a ton of money on testing before going elsewhere for a second opinion. turns out he just wasn't getting enough calories-- seems like something that should've been caught immediately. bummed, because I loved going here & have to drive much further now to the cats-only vet

I have been going to Paw Patch Place for years and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. They are professional and polite and take time to care for each of the animals that come to them.
