They always treat our dogs well. I love how clean the facility is and how they have other small dogs that come on a consistent basis. I feel safe dropping them off for the day. Our smallest dog has become more confident and the price is reasonable. Caring staff.

Was a wonderful option for my dogs, Marco Polo and Liberty, while I travelled long distance to see family for Christmas. One of the few places that can accommodate the special needs of Liberty. She was rescued from a puppy mill a few months ago. With her emotional and physical injuries from her past, I knew she couldn’t handle being somewhere that required her to be in daycare during the day, nor did I want her in a regular kennel all day as it was too close to her former life and I didn’t want to lose all the progress she had made. They have excellent alternatives to the above scenarios with multiple walks during the day and individual play sessions. They also took careful notes of all her needs at drop off and their groomer called and asked additional questions and even took extra time to work with her. As this was her first time boarding I sprung for their best package and it was reassuring to see daily pics of both dogs looking happy and relaxed with their caretakers. Both curled up for a happy snooze when we got home. Will definitely use their services again.

Grooming, either they can't read the notes given to them or they don't care to follow what you want for your pet. First time was okay but lots of issue at check in, second time was great, 3rd time was horrible. The groomer didn't even brush my dog all the way. Drop off at 9am and pickup at 4pm for my dog to sit in a cage all day to look worse then she did. Really appreciate the courtesy call today. Great customer service. It shows a lot for a company to call and make it right.

My lab puppy attended puppy preschool here and LOVED it! He’d start wagging is tail and jumping whenever I told him we were going to “school!” Before puppy preschool, he was a bit nervous around other puppies and this helped tremendously. The staff is super accommodating and friendly and I love how they greet him by name! We are on a daycare hiatus until my pup is neutered, but in the meantime the day boarding is a great option if we are in a pinch. Can’t wait to get my pup back with all his friends!

Moved from Michigan and had sticker shock for large dog grooming as well as a not so great experience at another local business with grooming. Our neighbor recommended PetSuites. A little hiccup with vaccinations for the first try at grooming. Went and got additional vaccines for my dogs and the second time was a great success. Meesha was very attentive, made sure my shyer dog was comfortable, and called with a status update and questions. My dogs left happy didn’t seemed stressed by the experience. Thank you!

Got my dog groomed looked the same very poor job done

Newton loves daycare at PetSuites! He knows exactly where we are when we turn down the road, the girls all greet him by name and he leaves happier than ever. They are great about sending pics and calling if anything happens (example: diarrhea, cuts, etc). The girls there take such good care of him, especially Dom and Devyn! Thank you for keeping my boy entertained.

Apparently when you book online and pay a deposit you aren't actually booking a reservation. They are very misleading. Poor way to do business. Save yourself time and book somewhere else.

The first time our dogs stayed here was great. However, I tried to drop them off today, a reservation I booked and paid a deposit for when I picked them up in July, and was not able to have them boarded. I noticed I never got a reminder about their reservation coming up so I called this morning to make sure they still had our dogs booked. Then I get an email saying a reservation was created after I called and that I owed a deposit. They took my money and never booked the reservation in July. Then they proceed to inform me that because my dogs don't have a flu vaccine (not required by the vet) they could not take them. When I said they took them last time they said I signed a waiver and I could not do it again. I never signed such a waiver and if I did and someone would have informed me of this time I would have made time to get this done 2 months prior. So now or weekend plans had to be cancelled and I'm losing my deposit there. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the staff that was not willing to work with me when my dogs were clearly not showing any flu symptoms.

My dog loves this place. Always asleep on the car ride home.

My staffordshire terrier was not happy to have been left for three days. However, they went above and beyond to make his stay pleasurable, and the kept me abreast of my dogs gradual successes at adjusting.

My Luna loves going to day care at Pet Suites. She is always tired when she comes home. Facility is clean and the staff are very friendly. Prices are reasonable as well. Two paws up from Luna!

Excellent experience. Affordable and available, which are two of the most important factors for boarding. That is assuming that they take good care of your pet, which they do.

Petsuites watched our dog while we were getting married. Not only did they take great care of him, send text updates they were so reasonably priced. They all seemed to genuinely love what they do and took extra time, and care for all the pets!! Thanks Petsuites!! Totally recommend!

I absolutely LOVE the staff at PetSuites Indy NW. My dog loves them too! They treat your pet as if they were their own. They even acted quickly when my dog got injured at daycare and offered to take her to the vet for me. They always recognize her and I as soon as we walk in the door, and are just overall wonderful to work with. Their daycare and boarding prices are very reasonable, and my dog always has a blast while she is there! Thank you for everything you do.

I take my dog Sweetie there once a month for a de-shed bath, nails/etc. & Meesha always does such an AWESOME job. My dog can be a bit of a queen but Meesha’s always so patient and careful with her. She also dyes her tail & paints her nails! The girls up front are always so nice and professional — I definitely recommend Meesha for any of your grooming needs!

Wonderful staff. We missed our flight and they took care of our Gunnar for another day. Highly recommend them.

Chief loved his visit to Pet Suites! He had his own three story cat condo with his own window view. They allowed me to check the place out and put him in his area. Furthermore his condo and the rest of the area was neat and clean. Chief will be coming back soon! Thanks!
