I highly recommend Christy, my dog loves her. My dog is always excited to see her.

I had a pickup order I had ordered online and they had it together within 2 hours I went up there walked around the store pick a couple of other things up paid for my other order and picked up my online order everybody was very friendly and I got everything I needed

This was the first time my 16-year-old senior cat Rory ever stayed at a kennel. They were so communicative and took such great care of her! Thank you especially to Grace for watching out for her, and leaving us such a nice note about her stay. Rory is integrating back into home life with no problems and I know she was in the best hands.

I don't understand their sales and discount programs. I always think I'm saving a ton and I save nothing. The store is nice and clean and has a good selection.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I usually visit the store at least once weekly (two dogs, a cat, two bettas, some guppies, snails, & dwarf frogs) and each time, it's well stocked and clean.

Love this place. We got both of our dogs here, from Creekside Animal Shelter. Big store, and guaranteed to find what you need.

Great Place to take your pets! I absolutely love the staff. They take care of my, shall I say interestingly temperamental fur baby with compassion. He gets the BEST!

I visited this place to check to see brand prices but i also look at animals because I love the animal displays and i was slightly concerned on the way the displays and cages and cases were honestly some looked filthy and maybe not even cleaned recently. In both rodent and feline areas. They looked so dirty from droppings to just dirty on the cases... They were not happy looking to say the least. Which i also noticed a few animals didn't even have water in the bowls and it seemed rather empty for a while. To say im worried about animal care is high for the smaller animals. I heard a few workers bunched up in a corner together even joking about how they were all together in one spot hiding from other staff.

Petsmart grooming is simply the best I've found in Indy, specifically the Trader Point's location. I have a large breed dog, a Newfoundland, which even at 4 years old is a bit rambunctious. And he loves going to get groomed and get loved on by all the groomers there. He has his go to groomer, of course, who welcomes him monthly and makes him look his best. Chrissy is her name! Everybody compliments me on how gorgeous Jack is! I think he is a little bit conceited. See picture.

Our dog Larry spent 2 nights. I was worried about how he would do since he has separation anxiety. When we went to pick him up, I could see him playing with 3 other dogs on the video screen. He was happy to see the Pet Smart attendant who retrieved him which showed a good relationship. He was attentive on the way home, hungry but clearly worn out from a busy day. *I would have liked more updates, and maybe a bath* but they did wipe him down and it was obvious that he had had a good time. No complaints here. Thanks to all who took care of Larry, the world's busiest hound dog.
