Thia is my go to pet store for all of our pet needs! We have had our dachsund's nails trimmed and painted at the grooming area of the store and they did a wonderful job!! The staff is always helpful, as well as knowledgeable. I drive a bit out of my way just to shop this location! Well worth a visit for the furry friends!

I stopped to get liners for litter pans and was looking at dog toys. They all had squeakers and couldn’t use knotted pull toys. The 2 employees could not have been any friendlier or helpful in finding a toy for my Yorkie. I always get my liners from this location and would recommend this store to anyone with a pet. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service.

After losing two groomers during the Year of the Plague, I was unable to find another on the Southside who was taking new clients. My Yorkie is very fussy about new people, so I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find another. Happened upon Pet Supplies Plus and was able to make an appointment with Mikayla. She does a wonderful job with my pup and is always very efficient and gentle with my girl. The store is incredible, too. Fully stocked with everything a dog might need. I wish they carried more clothing, but otherwise it's a great place to shop.

Selection was just ok. Nothing major to make me Want to come back.

Pet Supply plus is Convenient for Dog owners who bath their dogs. There's a nice bathing area for Dogs, buy 5 washes for 25.00 or 1 for 10.00.

I have a broken ankle, but was out of dog food. I went in crutches and the knowledgeable assistant Knew the food I needed and carried it out to my car out front in no time at all. Their stuff is a little pricey But they have friendly knowledgeable employees And very good service. I’ll BE Back. Lol

Our favorite store to shop for everything our dogs and cats need. The employees are awsome and always very friendly and knowledgeable. The store GM is a total sweetheart and treats her employees well. They also price match and alot of the time are cheaper then chewy on their products. We've been customer's for going on 5yrs now. Keep up the amazing work.

They definitely sell stuff that is for pets but it's pretty narrow on the the type of animal they sell stuff for. Then there's a very limited selection once you find the spot. Which also gives them the opportunity to gouge. The staff seemed friendly but I'm not rating staff I'm rating a store with "pet supplies" in its name. Should be called "dog and cat supplies plus, with some other stuff". I would give it a 5 star if they were to just change the name.

Such an amazing place to go for your fur babies! It’s clean, stocked, but the best part is that the customer service is out of this world. When you walk into this store you are treated like family! I would recommend this particular store to anyone!
