Great atmosphere. The Vet and staff were all extremely courteous. My cat can be feisty with strangers, and they were all great with her. I’m glad I found a place she likes. Thank You :)

I don’t have enough kind words for the Ridge Rd team. You can truly tell that they love your pets as much as you do and they love what they do. They will take such incredible care of your fur babies. This team is loving, kind and compassionate. All angels. They took such amazing care of my corgi, Toby. They made me feel better knowing he was in such a safe place. When I was crying and scared for my dog, they talked to me in such a compassionate and gentle way. This team is truly miraculous and I just love this office and everything they are. I will always recommend them.

I took my dog in for a second opinion about an ear problem and explained that I only wanted assurance that there was nothing more that could be done for her. They satisfied my concerns by the way they treated my dog and asked questions related directly to my dog's issue. They gave her a complete check-up. They really listened to my concerns. I really like my vet and they knew, but still treated me and my dog as if we were most important client to them. I was very impressed with the whole staff's attention to details. They care for animals and it showed. I would give my vet a 10 and Pet Wellness Group in Florence deserves the same number as 10.

My dogs have been patients at the Hebron location for the two years we’ve lived in NKY. We have also used the Florence location on a couple occasions. I have never felt unheard, that my dogs weren’t cared for, or ever felt like I was getting ripped off. Every single person I’ve interacted with in both locations have been friendly to me and my pups. Rare gem!

Today was the first time i went to pet wellness an they all were absolutely amazing my puppy loved amanda an he was treated with so much kindness i will not be taking my puppy or cat any other place they are so professional an honest it was great for me an for lucky ???????? thank you amanda!! They even gave him a galaxy bandanna ! Haven't been treated that kind from any other vet for my god or cat thank you

We were visiting our son on an extent vacation. Lilly had something going on with her eyes. She had this before so I knew it was an infection. Our son told us about the Pet Wellness Group. They got us in the very next day. They were very friendly and checked her over. Confirmed she had an eye infection. They also followed up with us by calling to check to see how she was doing.

Every time I call or they leave a message when I can’t get to the phone, they are always happy to remind us of an appointment or the results of tests from previous visits and even send us happy birthday emails for our pups. They have always felt like home to go to for first pet and puppy questions when you are a first time pawrent. Our dogs seem like they are happy when they leave so I can’t imagine the great care they receive when I get there for their appointment and the time they leave. I’ll recommend this place to any of our friends around here for the quality of care I’ve seen since we’ve taken our first dog there. Thank you Pet Wellness Group for taking such great care for Snoop and Ziggy.

Best vet ever! They are very kind and only recommend things that actually benefit your pet. They are very reassuring and understanding during scary times and they have always been patient with my numerous questions and concerns. I never feel like I am a burden or that I am bothering them. They are wonderful people!

They squeezed in my keeshond who was sick. Everyone was professional and great. Super friendly and loving. Wish I could take them home to care for my dogs.

have been bringing my dogs here since 2014, unfortunately my male died in February 2021 and the Vets and staff have been wonderful with their care, suggestions and help with their needs--and are great at advising updates to Pet Suites for the time I need to board ,too.. wouldn't use any other clinic

Best practice hands down! We switched from another local practice because Pet Wellness Group seemed to offer more affordable pricing. We were blown away at our first visit when the vet let our girls hear their dog’s heartbeat for the first time! Every time we go all of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They care for your pets like they would their own. We are so happy with Pet Wellness Group.

I needed a same day appointment and they were able to accommodate my needs. The nurse and the Dr. are both such nice genuinely good people. As much as I hated leaving Juliet, it made it easier leaving her with such sweet caring people. The service was very fast and when we arrived there wasn't a wait whatsoever. I highly recommend them. I will be taking Juliet there for now on!

My Dog sophie was able to get appointment the same day I made it and was able to get in and out of the office fairly quickly and also all the staff including the Doctor were nice and friendly.

I have been bringing both of my doggies here for the entire first year of their lives. Everyone that works here is so caring and loving of your fur babies like they are their own. Its completely like having a family doctor in a small town. I have already told other people how great this place is. I would never go another place, and I feel so lucky to be a customer!

We love this vet!! They always take such good care of our dogs. They even went above and beyond one time when my parents were visiting from Michigan and their dog became ill. They fit her in on a weekend and took excellent care of her, saved her life! Dr. Wood was amazing and even continued to check on their dog frequently after they went back home. Caring, always available, and excellent service.
