The staff were so caring and understanding. We appreciated their honesty. We also received a sympathy card in the mail. Very thoughtful.

Brought pet in for an emergency and was made to wait in the cold as they let others in staff was more worried about euthanizing animals than trying to help those in need

I brought my fur baby kane to be seen after I called other surroundings hospital that were full are closed are waiting times were up to 10 hrs long. I was told to bring him at 7am to be seen and they took us right away my family and I thought he would been given medication but deep down inside we knew that he already had kidney failure and being so swollen that maybe a water pill would work but they were straight up front with us and told us of his chance's and that to spear him anymore suffering and I am grateful for there compassion for him as well as us as he lived a good 15 yrs. I am glad they told me about the cremation process as well as giving the gift of his paw print and allowing us so much time to say goodbye and to be there when we got his doggy wing's and not rushing us to leave. Thank you for from my heart Sherry, Kane's mom.????????????

We took our 14 year old papillon in on December 16, 2021. He was in extreme pain (origin unknown), panting, drooling and shaking. They got us in quickly. We had already been thru this with Louie’s sister, so we knew we weren’t going to let him suffer-after examination, we decided we had reached the point of making a decision. The doctor was excellent in letting us make the decision and did not try to interfere. Our sweetie dies peacefully in our arms, just like his sister had. This facility was excellent from start to finish, very responsive. They gave us a full breakdown of each of the charges beforehand, so there were no surprises. IF we ever get another dog (which is doubtful—we can’t stand the broken hearts), we will definitely consider this facility for our non-emergency needs. Highly recommend.

Kind, caring staff. Very reasonable cost on the service I received. I would not hesitate to send others there.

This place is a joke. Called this morning and told them our dog’s head was tilted to one side and was struggling with balance. They told us to bring her up to the emergency clinic. When my wife got there, they refused to see her and said they didn’t deal with neurological issues. Could’ve said that before we drove the 30 minutes up there and at least checked her ears or something to make sure it wasn’t that. I’ve heard terrible things about this place but it was our last hope to get our dog help today and it’s a shame to say, they lived up to their reputation.

I’ve never left a public review but after my experience I feel it’s necessary to help/inform others. We took my very sick dog here a couple weeks ago and got ZERO help. We were given an estimate of over $900 for sedation and tests. Once we told the staff we couldn’t pay, they offered us a $250 medication that would only work if my dog had whatever infection, if it wasn’t the infection it could’ve made her worse. We declined as we didn’t want to take the chance, and was basically told there was nothing else they would do for us. I literally sat on the floor with my dying dog crying and begging for any kind of help, and was offered none, unless I found a way to pay the 900 some odd dollars. I paid $129 that visit to just get her weight. Fast forward two weeks and we were quoted under $700 for blood work, X-rays, and unfortunately euthanasia & cremation at another clinic who offered us what we couldn’t get at Noah’s; compassion, understanding & help. (Edit to add: we paid $133 out of pocket, after being offered discounts and a payment plan at the second clinic; something not offered at Noah’s) I’m in no way saying the outcome was anyone’s fault. We were dealing with a fairly rare disease that often goes misdiagnosed. To owners response: We were offered care credit, which we applied for prior for unrelated issues and got denied, we were not offered any other “payment plan”, if we were we wouldn’t have let my dog suffer any longer. Once again I sat and cried and begged for ANY other option, and didn’t get one. This very well could have been something overlooked by the girls we were with, but we were not told of any plan outside of care credit, nor did we see any other plan advertised.

This place is amazing. In such a difficult and stressful situation of putting down my 15 year old dog, they were so nice and understanding of what I was going through. Can't recommend them enough. They even went as far as to send a condolences card to the house afterwards. Amazing staff. Thank you!

Noah’s animal hospital has been the best vet I have ever taken any of my animals to. I have been going there for years now and since my Winny baby passed just a few months ago, they have offered me so much support and just letting me know they are always there to help. They even sent me a card with sweet messages and everyone contributed. It’s the best feeling knowing they will always care❤️ Thank you guys so much for the support

Except for the wait (2hrs)they were very kind. Our pet was treated very well. The outcome was not what we wished for, but did a very good job in the treatment of our beloved pet.

I wish I could say we were visiting for a routine issue but that wasn't the case. We had to put our beloved family member down. The staff was very professional and took their time with us and allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye. A week or two later we got a wonderful card with hand written messages expressing their condolences. It brought tears to our eyes. Thank you for the kind thoughts.

We had to put our beloved Black Labrador Tabitha to sleep. It was the hardest decision we've ever had to make. Noah's Animal Clinic responded with respect and consideration during our time of need. We truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. A couple of days after our loss, we received a card in the mail with handwritten notes from staff members expressing their sympathy for our loss. This is truly a caring facility and we appreciate their kindness.

This is by far the best animal hospital in Central Indiana. I found them competent, caring and professional. I do not recommend the Crawfordsville location if it can be avoided. Thanks to the staff here at Stop 11 for doing their best for my pet!

Utilized their emergency services this evening for the first time. Wait time was acceptable. Currently offering curbside only. Unable to access restrooms. Had to go to gas station a block away.

Went on April 26th 2021 with a very sick choc lab. Everyone from front desk to techs to the vets were top notch. They explained everything and gave an estimate on cost. This was not cheap, but they were great and save my dogs life. They found part of a plastic spoon in his intestine and the spoon had perforated his intestine. They did surgery and kept him for 2 days, and he is back to normal. Hope I don’t have to end up at emergency vet again, but if I do, I will be back at this place. Thanks to all!
