They are the most trust worth vet I've ever been to!!!

Carlos was very good with my Lulu as was Dr. Johnson. They both complimented her sweet demeanor! Stacy, at the front desk, was a ????star in my book! The place is not much to look at on the outside but the love presents itself quickly on the inside!!! Lulu gave it a paws up????

My dog passed away recently and in the weeks before his death we knew something was wrong, took him to this vet multiple times. Each time the vet was dismissive and did not address my concerns, I felt very brushed off and like the vet did not care about the health of my dog. A couple rude staff members who act in unprofessional manners and increased anxiety surrounding the sad circumstances. It is shocking that a business that is solely dedicated to helping animals can act so cold to their clients.

I used to take my dog Boo Bear (aka Boo Boo) here.. They cared for my beloved dog from a puppy until he had his last breath. I was very grateful for 15 years of solid care.

I have been driving from the Southside to take my dogs and cats here for over a decade. Very personable, compassionate care., and I had been many other places.

I love that this vet has Saturday appointments and that they are so friendly and helpful to myself and my dogs anytime we come in.

I took my German Shepherd to have her checked out they was very nice to me and love to see my four year old German Shepherd they took very good care of her and when I went to pick her up on Friday I was really pleased to see me and was very friendly and was happy with my German Shepherd and I would love to see other people take their dogs to 49 10 North keystone I think there's a very nice place to take your dog and what I can see of the prices will really reasonable and would take really good care of dogs cats whatever news to see a veterinary that is a very good place to take your animal and thank you for caring for my German Shepherd and I will make my dog see them when she needs to be seeing by the veterinars at 49 10 North keystone I am Melvin Martin and I was very happy with them today because he good care of my four-year-old German Shepherd...

Service was great. Had an appointment was a little late and they took me right in. Was in and out really quick and I took 2 dogs.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and comforting during such a hard visit. They all acted extremely professional and genuinely cared about my dog. I'm thankful for their kindness and the time they spent with us.

I scheduled my cat last week on Tuesday for an appointment on Thursday, turns out she wasn’t scheduled. The guy said I didn’t call back to verify (our call dropped) I did call him back and verified. Today for the appointment the ladies at the desk kept asking who do we have here and I did not hear them, they didn’t make eye contact either while asking. I wasn’t going to be seen by the vet, even when I made an appointment to be seen by him. When I asked about why I’m not being seen by the vet one of the ladies proceeded to have a attitude. She made it seem as though we had the attitude when all was asked was a question. She stated how she hasn’t been at the clinic since Thursday and she has no idea what we’re talking about. The attitude was unnecessary and felt unwelcomed as a result. Won’t be returning

None of the staff looked or acted like they wanted to be there, and were not friendly. The kid who cut their nails was pleasant. They were efficient. The doctor was not friendly or spoke to me about my animals. He seemed frustrated that my dog moved when stuck with a needle. They also wanted over 300 to neuter my 60 lb dog, there are clinics that do it for $75. Overall, not a great experience.

This is a great straight up Vet. No B/S no frills, just a straight up, straight talk Vet. So refreshing to me.

I used to bring my pets here years ago. I recently pulled all of my records pertaining to my cat. The veterinarian was very dismissive of my concerns about my cat. He did not care that I provided previous records pertaining to her skin condition. He prescribed medication that she did not need. An anti-itch medication rather than investigating the underlying cause, which I tried to pursue.

I had to put my lab down today one of the hardest things I've ever done 14 years wasn't enough time with him everyone at keystone animal hospital has been awesome from day one they have treated him so well i probably wouldn't of had so many years with him without them the actual care about your animals vickie and the whole staff made my worst day a little better knowing he was in great hands after i left if you are looking for a vet that the dr and staff are going to go the extra mile for your pet (child) go give them a try I've never seen people who actually care for your pet i want to thank them all for everything they have done for my boy for years the staff has actually helped me with medication when i needed it one time one actually bought my boys medicine because i wasn't working another offered to buy by boy his food when he had to have special food i can't say enough about them my whole family got hugs today and my boy got kisses and love on his way to heaven i wish i could some how repay them but i know they did it because they care love you all and thank you all so very much

Amazing vet care at a very affordable price. Cured a UTI for my dog on the first try, which many local vets (3) failed to do.

Professional treatment and reliable, always quick to answer the phone. They are also very affordable.

Felt like they weren't very thorough but I'm not a vet either so

I used to work at Keystone Pet Hospital. And I can say that it's the best #1 place to for all 6 of my babies,( Dogs ????????). I will highly recommend this pet hospital to the USA.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Their staff is so rude, it’s saddening. Take your pets somewhere better... if they could talk to customers the way they do, imagine how they treat our pets!
