My dog feels so loved and safe at Broad Ripple Pet Wellness Clinic that she runs in and sits right on the exam table when we arrive. I appreciate the kind and patient staff, the transparency of services and prices, and peace of mind of the Pet Prime plan.

This was a very awkward experience. I called and explained that my dog Zoey was suffering from red paws. Once we got there it was immediately “weird” and uncomfortable. The assistant that came in noticed that Zoey was protective of us, not aggressive just protective. The assistant immediately said she’ll have to be muzzled (which was ok) but then she said she’ll need Trazodone (WOW)! We declined immediately. Then the Dr. came in with several different remedies. We told him we’d rather stay more natural or as less medication as possible. So then he went on to say Benadryl, medicated wash or topical creams (all fine). They are continually trying to sell things….like it was uncomfortable! They both leave the room. The assistant comes back and tells me EVERYTHING we said we DID NOT WANT (medicine). I kindly decline everything. There was a shampoo & spray that I agreed to. When I went to pay she said the Dr. thought maybe she had fleas ???? how & why? He never even got close to Zoey or anything, how was that speculated? It was by far the weirdest animal clinic I’ve been to! I’d never return!!!

Terrible terrible place They charge you for stuf that never happened and services that were never rendered the told me to spay my puppy at 4 months old….4MONTHS. BECAUSE I TOLD THEM I WAS MOVING AND BEFORE I TOLD THEM I WASNT MOVING FAR THEY WANTED TO SPAY HER FOR THE MONEY. do your self and more importantly YOUR PET a favor and go to a real vet that cares and isn’t a money grab

Took my dog Milo here to get his teeth cleaned. Very professional and friendly staff. Would recommend Pet Wellness to anyone in the Indy area!

I had to take my older aussie here for a pretty scary episode and Dr. Moore and her staff gave me step by step information to aid in her recovery and gave me the best treatment possible for her. I'm so glad they're located near by!

This vet will charge you $500 then not even give you the results and your pet will still be sick. The cost wouldn’t be a big deal if they would at least try to help sick animals. Very bad people that hate animals run this company.

Love this place, when other vet's were swamped and my pet was sick this is the only place that was able to work me in for an appointment. Broad Ripple Pet Wellness Clinic is the best, they knew it was important to see my sick pet in a timely fashion. I will forever be a loyal and recommend to all. Exceptional staff and doctors

My two pups LOVE going here because the staff is so friendly and kind to my dogs. Dr Moore is great, and so wonderful with treating my dogs, even when one them got super sick. I can’t imagine taking them anywhere else! If you need a vet, stop looking and call pet wellness, they were able to see my sick dog the same day too! Everyone else would’ve taken weeks to get an appointment.

Pet Wellness Clinic in Broad Ripple was recommended to me for a simple check-up and upon visiting I was extremely amazed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The experience walking in is unlike anything I've ever seen at any veterinary clinic. The state-of-the-art furniture was beyond comfortable while waiting for an appointment. The facility has an wall of names of pets in the lobby who have been assisted under great care that continually gets updated, which was a very pleasant, creative touch. Dr. Mike Graves had just finished a surgery and walked out and greeted us on a Saturday. I could immediately tell that the Doctor truly loves his work and knows exactly what he's doing. Very comfortable and composed in between surgeries and made it a point to make new clients feel welcome, even if just for a wellness check-up. Even though my Dolly the cat is still young, I would definitely trust Dr. Graves in a heartbeat if any future services were needed.

Wow what an amazing staff and doctors..When no one else could see my sick dog, this staff and doctors took me in and gave my pet the treatment she needed. I will be switching vets and will bring all my pets to this clinic.

Me and my boyfriend took our pug here and had such a great experience they knew immediately what he needed and answered every question we had! Will definitely be returning!!

We took our oldest cat, Barney, here when he was limping. It turned out he sprained his knee. Dr. Graves was so gentle and kind. It was nice to see the owner at one of the clinic locations! I felt like everyone there truly cared. Plus, they got us in and out quickly without rushing. Thorough care in a short span of time. I highly recommend this clinic!

If you love your pet don’t go to this vet. It’s a job shop they don’t really care about your pet’s health. It’s all about getting pets in and out and making as much money as possible. Regardless if the pet gets better or not.

Worst customer service and clinic we have ever been to. They make it as difficult as possible to order your flea and tick and prescriptions anywhere else but through them. Have to jump through hoops to get it anywhere else. Nothing but a money grab. Find somewhere better.

These guys got me in same day when binford pet wellness was all booked up. Great folks and a happy puppy, what more could you ask for.

We have taken Gatsby our Great Dane/Mastiff here a couple times and the staff has been great. Very attentive, gentle with our dog, and knowledgable. Glad to have a great vet in the neighborhood!

Have really enjoyed the vet and staff during our first year on the puppy plan. They've always fit me in in a pinch and taken good care of my two Jack Russell dogs, especially staying late one Friday when we had a scary dog attack incident. I know we have been in great hands and it's much appreciated! The multiple locations have also been convenient.

Took my 6.5 year old German Spitz here Friday morning due to vomiting that presented for 12 hours.. Did bloodwork, ran other tests. They gave him an antibiotic as he had a low grade fever, an anti nausea shot, a hydration shot under his skin rather than an IV which ended up half all over his fur instead of being under his skin. He was so weak he literally couldn’t walk. Out of it. He was dead not even 24 hours later. He hadn’t gotten into anything, had no prior issues other than an occasional upset stomach over the past three years that twice required an anti nausea shot. Blood work allegedly showed a little higher pancreatic markers but not extremely high. Nothing else indicating any other values of concern at all. Nothing found during his physical exam except a tender stomach which would be normal if his tummy was upset . No bleeding internally. Gums were pink. They failed to catch something that was going on with his health despite all of these tests or their dose of meds were fatally wrong. $450 to end up with a deceased dog in less than 24 hours.

This place is wonderful. Our anxious pup has never done well at the vet but did beautifully here. My boyfriend and I were both allowed to stay with her and all the treats kept her happy. Thank you for what you do!

My Dutch Shepherd is 13 weeks old and I take him here for his vaccinations. The staff are polite. My dog seemed unbothered with them touching him.????

They fixed my wife's cat! Didn't charge me either. That might of been a mistake though.

Positive so far this is the third vet I've tried think I will stick this one out 4.5 stars
