Dr. Sue and the staff are amazing. They took wonderful care of my fur baby for years. In the event of my sudden loss, they were there for me with kindness I did not expect. Please know if you take your fur baby to Dr. Sue, you are absolutely in good hands. Highly recommend.

Doc and the staff are wonderful. They made the horrible task of saying goodbye to my precious best friend the calmest and most comforting experience it could have been. Their dedication and compassion for our furry friends is top notch.

Dr. Bartz and her staff are outstanding. I moved from Broad Ripple two and a half years ago, but I still bring my dogs to Dr. Bartz. She and her staff are highly competent and very accommodating. Wouldn't trust my pets with any other vet!

The office is easy to get ahold of for questions and they do their best to squeeze you in for emergency scheduling if/when those situations arise.

Dr. Sue and the entire Neighborhood Vet team are great. We switched to Dr. Sue after a long relationship with our prior vet, but it was well worth it. The team is responsive, direct, and practical. They provide our dogs with excellent care and demonstrate they genuinely care for their health and well-being.

Dr. Sue and her staff couldn’t be more caring and the care they provide is exemplary. Dr. Sue has been our vet for almost 6 years - she has always been very thorough and we never feel rushed in our visits as we have a larger veterinary practices. I feel like she truly loves each of our pets and has referred us to a wonderful surgeon when one of our dogs needed extensive orthopedic surgery. I can’t recommend Dr Sue and her staff highly enough!

Unfortunately, Dr. Sue has become more of the neighborhood vaccine stand than an actual vet. We have been sent to Noah’s by dr.sue and her staff more times than we have actually been able to see the vet. Today my wife was told 3 days to see our cat with a poor renal history and some issues walking. I decided to call back from a different # and pretended I had a new puppy. NOT to my surprise they were taking new clients and were happy to take on the “new” pup. I totally get that booking 25 vaccine appointments a day is a better business model than actually tying up a vet for a couple hours at a time while they practice veterinary medicine, but if you are absolutely opposed to practicing real veterinary medicine and pushing people to Noah’s is the only option for “treating” an animal then TAKE DOWN YOUR SIGN! Pay the extra money and head over to broad ripple animal clinic. Real doctors, real facility, real compassion!!!

Dr. Sue and her staff are some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met! Unfortunately, our first encounter with them was when we had to have a dog put to sleep and we were new to the area. While that process is terrible in so many ways, her and the staff made it as comfortable of an experience as could possibly be. We have now been taking our puppy to this vet and could not be more pleased with how personal the care is! Our puppy and full grown dog (when it’s time for him to get his annual checkup) are lucky to have this place to go!

Abrasive personality, doesn’t seem to like animals or humans. I rarely post negative reviews because I’d prefer to see the positive in people but trust me when I say you should take your dog or cat somewhere else

Dr. Sue Bartz has been our vet for more than twenty years. Her care of pets came highly recommended by my cat owning friends. When I was given my previous dog, she called me to help make sure my baby dog had her needs covered. My current puppy is very well cared for and enjoys maximum health due to Dr.Sue and her staff.

Dr. Sue is very down to earth, straight shooter that I really appropriate. Did not feel like a guilt sales gimmick like other places. She seemed genuinely concerned with my dog and gave me sound advise and options. Will be taking my dog back here from now on!

We've taken our furry kiddos to Dr. Sue since 2003 and have referred many friends and family to her office too. She and her staff care about the patients and their humans very much! She's conservative with tests and medicines which I really appreciate. I know she cares about my pets and takes her work seriously and treats them like her own. I'm grateful she's out Veterinarian!
