I can't say enough about the professionalism, knowledge of staff, and overall care of my pet. You are in good hands going here. When a place calls YOU to simply check in on your pet? That is everything. Brandon... my hero from the start.. All staff fantastic, but I did have most interactions with him. The dermatologist... (ugh, can't spell his name)... absolutely wonderful....So patient and understanding. He certainly is a blessing.

I brought my dog in to have a skin tag removed. I wasn't looking to have my dog fully sedated for the procedure. For my dogs procedure, it only required numbing the area and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff was very welcoming, comforting, and skilled. The process was a breeze for my dog, and me!

We had an appt at 3:30 and we got right in with them. They were knowledgably and explained everything to me when it came to what was going with our cat. They were caring and just did an amazing job all around.

Great place ! A+ to the vet and the staff. Listened to all my concerns about my Sadie skin problems . The vet explained everything and took his time and answered all of my questions. We live 2 hours away and definitely worth the drive. The staff is amazing , kind and on it medications were called in fast as well as orders for the new food for Sadie(boxer). Please keep being attentive and giving the time to explain and listen it makes a big difference.

My dog had her first visit for allergies. After paying the bill and reviewing it at home, I had a question on a charge that wasn’t discussed with me before it was completed. Cytology was done on my dogs small open wound on her paw from her biting it. They said the slide sample they looked at under the microscope grew staph. Normal skin flora has staph so doesnt really give any guidance to know staph was on her paw pad… As a medical professional, this was essentially not useful to the care of my dog. It was a gram stain. Not a culture, so therefore not useful. When I got home, I reviewed the bill and called to ask about the cytology. The Vet Tech Trisha was extremely rude and essentially said it was my fault I didn’t ask how much the cytology was. She also said if I declined the cytology, I would have been declined services and they wouldnt have been able to continue with the appointment. Even though my dog was there for allergies. I am all for doing everything I can to make sure my dog is happy and healthy; hence being at a dermatologist for her. The cytology was unnecessary and so was the unprofessional way Trisha addressed me when I called. All I wanted to know was why the cytology was needed and more details as to what it showed. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back here.

The positive interactions with the entire staff was wonderful. They took time to answer questions and concerns and seemed genuine in their concern and care for Johnny. I appreciate and respect that.

This clinic is a well oiled machine. They are Efficient but kind. They’re informative without confusing you or overwhelming you; they’re up front and clear on pricing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt so good about being referred here!

Great amount of time spent with patient and caregiver to explain prognosis. Went to 2 other vets with no resolution. Dogs condition is already improving 2 days after visit. Thank you!!!

Our doggy was having repeated bacterial skin infections. Dr Plowgian really impressed us by looking at the total picture of our dog’s health and not ‘just’ at her skin! He took the time to get a detailed history from us as well as giving us a detailed, written summary of her as a patient including possible diagnoses and treatment plans moving forward! No Vet Clinic has done this!! We would highly recommend Dr Curtis Plowgian always!! Staff was very friendly and professional both over the phone and at curbside as well!! As an addenum to the above: sadly, this past April, we had to put our beloved Chloe to sleep as her quality of life was too poorly. We let Dr. Plowgian's office know of Chloe's passing and not only did they send a heartfelt card with kind and comforting messages for us, but Dr. Plowgian sent a contribution to the American College of Veterinary Dermatology in Chloe's name to help advance the care of other animals with her condition. We are so very thankful for his and his staff's kindness in memoriam of Chloe.

Our Ava, a cocker spaniel developed some horrible skin problems. So much so that her entire body was affected. She got to the point she did not want to be touched and she would not eat..We were at a point where we thought it would be better for her if we let her "go".. Animal Dermatology Clinic..They are the ones that gave us back a healthy and very happy Ava.. The staff there is among the most caring and dedicated group of people.. Though they have a large clientele..They remember you and your beloved animal.. The Dr. is kind and gentle to your babies..But more than that he will spend the time needed to find the problems that are the reason you will bring them to the clinic.. The concern and attention is the reason my Ava is happy once again and healthy. My advice is to call and get your dog or animal in to see them..Because they will find out what the problems are..and make your animals healthy and happy once again..the way they want to be.. From the person at the desk answering the phones.Lauren and.. and the gals who comes out to get the dogs.. Krista and Trisha..to Dr. Plowgian.. They will care for are heal your babies.. Please contact them if you have a baby that needs their help.. They are fantastic at what they do..

Very friendly staff. Super quick, they got my dig in and out and made him feel at ease. The doc was great, went over all the options and worked with my in cost and helped me decide the best treatment for my dog.

My vet referred us here for a hotspot on my dog's front paw. Parking was great, I got in within minutes of arriving (I arrived on time), the staff was very helpful and friendly and the office and exam rooms were immaculate. The veterinarian was very thorough and professional, he presented the issue and course of treatment clearly and concise, almost as if I were a student. I don't think the appointment could have been better.

My kitty has an incredibly rare ear condition and getting treatment for him has been very difficult. We were going to Purdue but ended up making the switch to this practice and I’m SO GLAD we did! I worked with Dr. Plowgian had tons more info for me, I feel like he really went above me beyond not just coming up with one solution but several others if these meds don’t help. To me- that’s huge. Especially with something so rare. The staff was insanely friendly, understanding and kind and they really run like a well oiled machine. So happy to be working with a doctor and staff that truly has my kitty’s best interest at heart. That’s really all a fur mama needs ❤️ Thank you to this clinic for being amazing!!!

After nearly two years of scratching his face, my little dog has hair growing on his muzzle! It had been bald and red, it looks so much better. I HIGHLY recommend this practice, everyone I dealt with was top notch.

We've battled an ear infection with our dop for 2 years. I finally took her to Animal Dermatology 2 weeks ago and her ears are clear. I love them.

My 1 1/2 year old boxer has horrible skin allergies after only one visit he is clearing up quickly and hasnt scratched once sense his appointment im so pleased

We had our first experience with the Animal Dermatology Clinic last week. The vet and the technicians and the office personnel were so knowledgeable and kind to us. The appointment was kept on time and they were efficient. I felt very comfortable leaving Annie with them for treatment. The tech did extra things for Annie that made her more comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

They have gone above and beyond to help my Dog and figuring out his allergy issues. After one week on medications and a new food he seems to be doing much better and much happier. I am extremely happy

Animal Dermatology (Plowgian MD) has taken wonderful care of our elderly rescue dog. Our dog had chronic, recurring ear infections, sensitive skin, chronic scooting on hard surfaces and multiple growths on every paw in between her toes that regular vets never seemed to be able to figure out- despite multiple appointments, gland expressions and prescriptions. Not only has Plowgian been able to cure all of the above (except one paw growth that remains but is 1/3 of its prior size), but also his professionalism, in-depth animal medical expertise and communication style is undoubtedly unsurpassed. Wish we would have known about Plowgian and Animal Dermatology earlier!

Everyone was kind and thoughtful. The office went out of their way to give us a great experience during the covid restrictions. I appreciated the tech bringing out the ear model to give me a better understanding of how to administer the medicine.
