Maggie has been going to Fetch for nearly 5 years now and she LOVES it! She started in puppy school with Ray and we've just kept going regularly to daycare. To this day she pops out of the car and drags me to the door. Her whole body wiggles when we get inside. Kim, Ray, Holly and the staff are great and Maggie just loves them. It's so nice to know she'll be safe and have fun for the day. And to top it off I get a happy and tired pup at the end of the day. Thanks for being Maggie's second family!????

One of my pup’s very favorite things in the universe is going to Fetch every week. He loves playing with other dogs, but beyond that, he absolutely adores the staff there. Kim, the owner, makes sure to keep me informed of any concerns that arise. I don’t trust my pets to “just anybody” so I’m very happy to have a place like Fetch where I know my dog is getting the best care available.

Well, my original review got deleted. Probably by them because Google approved it. I'll be short and to the point. Holly is great. No issues with her. The owner is terrible though. Totally unprofessional. Rude. Not caring whatsoever. Said our 1 yr old pup was aggressive cause she plays too hard? Ok. Whatever. She's not. The current daycare we take her to says "she acts like a dog should." Imagine that. Fetch was a big letdown. The owner needs to learn how be kind.

Owner is a joke. She fits the true meaning of a Karen. Probably doesnt have good insurance which is why she calls our non aggressive dog a threat cause she is a one year old puppy that plays hard

We got a puppy in the middle of winter with 3 small kids. I was desperate for help. I googled puppy obedience schools and came across Fetch Academy. Prior to going to Fetch we had a trainer at our house and did group puppy classes but nothing seemed to click with her. I cannot express how appreciative I am of the training, care, and socialization our puppy received at Fetch. The staff there are wonderful. They know every dogs name and personality. The dog trainer is a genius. Every day I was shocked by what my puppy was able to learn and do.

This place is awesome. I sent my puppy to their puppy training because he was driving me up the wall. Ray, the trainer, is great. He addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. They really get to know your dog and share their findings with you. They figured out that my dog didn't like hardwood floors! To make the adjustment easier on him, they put more mats near the entrance and put wax on his paws. Staff is awesome. EVERYONE that works there knows every single dog by name. Treated my dog like a little prince when I dropped him off. My favorite part about Fetch is that their facility looks like a large cozy living room. A lot of doggy daycare's are cement floor to ceiling (looks like prison) or a huge dilapidated gym, with nowhere for the dogs to lie down comfortably. Most importantly, my dog slept through the night everyday he was at daycare and I was so grateful. It was the first time I got a solid 8 hours of sleep.

I booked online and call to the office to clarify the name of thr pet. I was told they rejected my book via email (never received even in spam filter). I tryed to clarify to the lady in the phone that their website shall not allow the booking if they are full. She told me the owner will call me back. She never did but send me an email that she supose to sent the night before. The email has no dates or time, justvthe statement about rejecting my booking. She replay with the following emai: "You are not ever welcome at my business. Your rude and mean behavior with my employee is unacceptable and uncalled for." Pretty much no complaint or you are banned. That's unethical. Just be aware!!!!!!!!!

Was there this week to talk about website ranking and the staff was honest and trustworthy. I would gladly trust them with my family pet!!

Fetch is the best! I took my dog to their puppy school training when I first got him, and they were excellent at helping with potty training and socialization on my work days. They really take the time to get to know your pet. He still goes to doggy daycare at least once per week and he loves it. Their boarding facilities are top notch, and I never worry about my dog when I leave for a vacation. I would recommend Fetch to anyone, and I would not take my dog anywhere else.

The people at Fetch displayed a great deal of professionalism while attending to my little Bonnie (feline). They took care of her needs - Bonnie told me this - while keeping order in my home. Can't ask for better. By the way, Bonnie can't talk.

The staff is very friendly and outgoing. They always make sure that all dogs get along and have a great time playing together! Fetch is a great place for doggy daycare and boarding.

Fetch is such a great place. My dog always has a great time when visiting. He is so worn out he sleeps all night and most the next day. The staff is awesome and cares so much about all the animals. The grooming is a bonus option that has worked out great for our busy schedules. They were a life savor when we were remodeling in the house. Too much noise for the dog but was well cared for during the day at Fetch!

My little one loooves fetch and comes home exhausted every day! Thank you, we would not have a tuckered out terrier without you all!

Fetch is an amazing place for any dog to have a great time hanging out with other four legged buddies! It's comforting to know that I can take my sweet Otis to a place where I know he will be well taken care of and loved. Kim and her staff do an outstanding job and I would highly recommend Fetch to all my dog owning friends.

I started taking my dog to Fetch several winters ago when there was so much ice we couldn't take a walk and I wanted her to get some exercise. Not only did she get exercise, she loved the socialization. She continues to go twice a week, rain, snow, ice, or shine. The staff at Fetch is people and dog friendly and knowledgeable about dog behavior. In spite of the number of dogs they have on any given day, when I pick her up they can tell me how she did that day. They have helped me work through a behavior issue by giving me perspective and advice and by modifying some of her interactions when she is at Fetch. When I tell my dog we are going to doggie day care, she starts wagging her tail and runs to the car. The five star rating is hers as well as mine.

Our basset hounds were very well cared for and the staff is attentive, kind and knowledgable .

Friendly and welcoming staff that cares for my dogs as if they were their own. They love going to play with all the other dogs.

This was the first time for me to board one of my dogs in 20 years, and it was a fabulous experience for my puppy and me! The Fetch staff really know their stuff! They are great to work with and it is definitely a "resort" for dogs. My puppy additionally did training with the Fetch staff and when he came home he had the best manners! It was wonderful and I will do it again with no qualms!
