I have never taken my dog anywhere else. They have always treated her well. She loves going and is never nervous or afraid of Dr. Kaiser or his staff.

Always do a wonderful job. Have been coming here for a couple years with my 11 year old cockapoo who has a heart valve issue to see Dr Kaiser. Last visit, team let me know snicks had some upcoming shots due and were able to take the time to add her on and get those for her even though we only scheduled for the flu shot. Came right out to the car and took her in on time and always with a smile. Dr Kaiser always gives the various options for snicks’s various ailments but I never feel pressured into paying for extra supplements, meds, or testing. Good, thorough and loving care every time.

Dr Kaiser and the staff always make you feel at ease. the facilities are always nice and clean. would recommend Avalon pet clinic to anyone.

Avalon Animal Clinic always provides excellent care. They quickly diagnosed my cat's problem and gave him 2 different injections that solved his health problem.

Staff and doctors are so friendly and willing to help. Doctors never rush your visits; which gives me time to ask questions and talk about everything concerning my dogs. When I leave the appointment, I feel that my dogs have had the best care I can give them.

We recently switched to Avalon from another vet because they are professional yet kind, and they always take time to talk to you and answer your questions. They also do a great job of explaining costs and trying to find the best way to treat your pet without incurring unnecessary costs. I’ve been so impressed with everyone at Avalon and am glad we switched.

The vets at Avalon Animal Clinic always take such care and consideration with my animals. A visit to the vet is always stressful for my cats, but all the people at the clinic work to calm them down and make them feel comfortable. And, their medical care is always excellent.

Dr Kaiser and the staff are just the best. They have taken such good care of Buddy, even helping me figure out what he would need for a tooth extraction before I brought him home from the rescue. These guys are great! Theyre so sweet and compassionate it makes me so happy i switched over to them! After a long few months of dealing with a vet who was no help with growing anxiety and food allergies going here has made so much of a difference for me and my dog Sadie. She loves the staff as well!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I call for medication refills they are always ready the same day. Update to my previous post: We're recently had to say goodbye to our cat and truly appreciate the compassion and kindness of the staff and Dr. Kaiser.

Every kind of experience, happy and sad, has been handled so well! Very caring and responsive to messages! I schedule online, call for same day Med pick ups, and when we had to put our dog down, they let us come within an hour of our call even though it was the end of the day.

The staff is SO friendly and our dog loves everyone inside! Dr. Kaiser is incredibly knowledgeable and is trusting him has never been an issue or worry.

Avalon Animal Clinic is wonderful. I have had two appointments with them so far and both appointments were enjoyable and informative. Mister, my dog, and I were both taken care of and they answered all my questions and offered suggestions to help handle the challenges I faced with owning a senior dog.

Avalon is wonderful! Dr. Kaiser & the staff are kind, caring & concerned about your pet's health & well being, & treat them like they were their own pets. They are all excellent at handling small dogs. Our small dog who does not care for strangers gets excited & happy whenever we take her there; she is relaxed & makes no fuss about them examining her, carrying her, etc. We trust them completely with our 'baby'.
