We have an extremely anxious, emotional "special needs" dog named Nikki. Dr. Hastead is always so amazing when caring for Nikki! Dr. Hastead prescribed a couple meds for Nikki and it has been like a miracle! We will be transferring our other 2 dogs to Dr. Hastead's care!????????

We would never take our pets anywhere else. Dr. Hastedt and her team are the most caring vet and staff we've ever had. They are just great people period! They saved our rescue dog from parvo among other health issues along the way. The treatment and care are hands down the best!!!

This morning we had the extreme difficult decision of laying both of our dogs to sleep. As hard and horribly painful as it was, Dr Hastead was so very gracious with us and explained everything. She was so soft spoken, patient and caring of our animals. I will forever be grateful for the compassion and understand she showed us during this very difficult time! In the short time we interacted with her, I can see how she truly loves and cares for animals.

We went through 4 vets before finding this office. We have used this vet for close to 11 years. All of our pets have felt very comfortable there and love Dr. H. Professional, caring and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly staff. The doctor has helped us to keep our 14 year old Basenji alive and well. :) We wouldn't take her anywhere else.

Good, attentive service. No three page questionnaire trying to persuade pet owners to spend every cent and dollar they have, saved and more to make they're pet happy and well, even if it's an incurable condition as a number of animal clinics and vet practices make you fill out.

Very kind staff, and knowledgeable! Made us feel at ease and comfortable for when we had to put down our sugar, was a sad experience, but they made it as best as it could be, and took us in on an emergency moment without hesitation! Will definitely be using them as our vet from here on.

Great experience every time we come here. They never recommend unneeded things. They are always respectful of our feelings and opinions. They always are friendly and smiling and passionate about what they do. My kitten needed surgery and they ordered a smaller clamp that they need to preform it just for him. They always love to see him and I feel very comfortable leaving him in their care. It is great to know that I can trust and rely on them for great care for my current and future animals. They also take care of my parents two cats and their previous cat before she passed away. The picture shows my kitten Chip at his first vet visit and how comfortable he also is at the vets office.

I don't think I could ask for better care for my little mutt. She has a skin condition. They loaded me up with meds, gave some excellent advice, and told me to call if I had questions or needed more meds. Everyone was very kind and professional. This is just me opinion, but I would really like to see them change their name to Giant Chicken Animal Hospital.

My 6-year-old female cat (Lilly Anne) was having urinary problems, peeing outside of her litter box and constantly straining, and the vet helped resolve her issue. Lilly Anne had crystals in her urine, and I switched her to a C/D diet, and now everything is back to normal! The vet was very accommodating with my work schedule and stayed late to let me pick her up after hours.

The vet is awesome with my Chow chow. He is a weary of folks he is not used too, and she is very gpod with him.

My husband took our Westie in on short notice for lethargy, difficulty walking and malaise. The techs were rough and immediately wanted to muzzle him. Rather than conduct a full assessment, his lungs and fur were checked. After consulting with my husband, it was determined that he got some grapes. Some labs were drawn to check for renal function. He's home now, but no attempt was made to ascertain why he was not walking well. I checked him out myself. I may be a human nurse, but I could see that his scrotum was in big trouble. He's a small dog. How do ya miss that? I am taking him to Emergency Vets in the AM and its gonna cost me a fortune. Skip this one.
