The vet was wonderful with lots of communication. The treatment my beloved Draco received was on point and they were thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. I would recommend this place and the amazing vet to anyone who loves their pet.

So far, this is the best exotic vet I have ever been to in my 5 years of owning various species.

lousy employees, I drove 40 min to get to my appointment and was told my appointment had been canceled. I was not contacted whatsoever nor did anyone try to contact me. I would not recommend this customer service to no one. I should have been informed my appointment was canceled prior to arriving. What is so hard about calling your clients and letting them know?

The vet here has an excellent bedside manner with both humans and rabbits—her response time is so quick even during emergency hours. We actually switched from Avian Exotic animal clinic for these reasons

Great veterinarian, very knowledgeable and communicates information clearly to the owner.

Highway robbery, they're the only exotic animal clinic in the area, so they can give awful service and charge you for services you didn't even receive. Won't return phone calls and does not take the health of our animal seriously. We have gone to them for almost a decade and they have always been extremely painful to work with.

I will always bring my pets here. This place cares about you and your animals. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and kind. The staff are empathetic all together. I came here under the worse circumstances but everything about their approach made things better (not easier). I suggest if you care about your pets you bring them here. I have experience with people, healthcare, and animals and I will forever until my dying breath recommend this place. Two extra tidbits: It's called "All the Wild Things'" and that is an awesome name for a vet office. It was easy on my wallet, when tragity strikes you it's the little things like that, that count.

The vet truly cares about and is knowledgeable about guinea pigs. She saved my guinea pig's life and is graciously flexible about fitting my guinea pig in to get her nails trimmed. Prices are not overly high.

Delayed appointments and followups led to our pet's death.

I'm so thankful to the Doctor, and staff. They took awesome care of my beloved pet, (Elliott). Not only did they show compassion to Elliott, they showed me compassion as well.

Took my French Angora here for a neuter recently. Staff is very friendly. The vet has extensive experience raising and caring for rabbits. We spoke at length about the neuter itself as well as general rabbit care. She put my mind at ease and he is healing beautifully.

Took our guinea pigs here, staff was super nice and helpful. Felt that my children were well taken care of and staff seemed very genuinely passionate about the job

the staff here really went above and beyond for my rat, pumpkin. they were the only vet within 40 minutes of my home that was willing to help her — they treated her with care, saved her, and improved her quality of life so many times — even at times where it seemed soo unlikely she would make it, she pulled through. i would trust this vet with any one of my furbabies and i can’t thank them enough.

very professional staff, had my ferret in and out within 5-6 hours. I hope my ferret gets better soon.

My hedgehog was very sick and wasn't expected to live. But everyone worked so hard to save him. Gave me meds shots, food ,and direction. And was there 24/7 on the phone for me. I live over a hour away . I sent pictures of poo to them, for new medication. And for 2 weeks my baby was loosing weight. But they kept working on him. Then one morning he gained 4 g then the next he gained and hasn't stopped. He is doing good. I have to make a follow up appointment. But if you want a doctor and a team like a family that never stops trying no matter how small your pet is this is the place to go. My vet that takes care of my doges spoke highly of the doctor. For my hedgehog didn't disappoint. Thank you to you all.

Took my two guinea pigs (Pippa and Cleo) there for their first annual checkup. Dr. B was very knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond to care for my fur babies. She let me know that Cleo was underweight, and she then helped me form a plan to get her to a better weight. She also provided me with first aid supplies to ease my mind.I highly recommend coming here, and I’ll be back every year! Thank you for taking great care of my babies.

They always take good care of our rabbits. Well, now we have one rabbit but they are nice and always do a good job. They do care about your pet's welfare.

We took in a rescue bird, Cockatiel, couldn't move it's wings correctly. Found out the environment it had been living in wasn't good, and had stressed him out. This veterinarian took great care of our bird at a reasonable cost. We thank you
