I was very pleased with the way both of the doctors informed me about what was wrong and how they can fix my dog.

Staff was amazing in helping us deal with the loss of our furbaby that night. Woyld recommend whether it is that situation or another. They obviously care about all involved.

I cannot give less than 1 star. Do yourself and your pet better and take them to Noah's.

This place is the furthest thing from an emergency center. After being the first one in line, half an hour later someone who came in after us got called in before us. An hour later and no one else has left or been called in. I can’t speak on the prices or the vets but it seems that an emergency center would be prepared with a staff that could handle emergencies.

It should not take 4 1\2 hrs for an ear infection with 1 person ahead.

Staff was helpful and compassionate when we had to make a very difficult decision. Babygirl thanks you for taking good care of her.

Without a doubt the fastest emergency vet service I have ever received. They were quick, but thorough during our visit and were very comforting to our dog.

Dr. Sheff is an AWESOME man. Took the time to help my dog with a urinary blockage. He told me that if our yorkie wont drink water or urinate within 8 hours, to call back.. I did what he recommended and nurse told me it would be a 6 hour wait and another $600 for him to be seen. This is not what was discussed between Dr. Sheff and I, but he is gone for the evening. I asked if the on call doc on call could look at our chart this evening and let me know what i needed to do, and the nurse refused because they were busy with other clients. I would rather pay the $2000 for the surgery but they don't want to operate on him. They would rather me pay the $600 twice a day.. UNREAL. The docs are AWESOME- one staff member- NOT SO MUCH....

Called because my dog's eyes were in horrible shape and they said it would be a long wait but to just call when I pull in and park. No problem. I pull up, call and the lady was extremely rude on the phone saying I should have called before I came, and that they will not get to me until about 3 hours. I understand the wait but it was not right to tell me to come in and call then when I do, act like I annoyed you because I didn't call before I come in when I in fact did. Luckily I went to a vet that was much kinder and better communication

Even though we had to say goodbye to one of our sweet dogs it was nice to see the staff care as much as we did. Dr. Marshall was very kind and informative.

These folks are amazing!!! The Dr. Was amazing and very knowledgeable and way down to earth! Used Simple terminology that we could understand and believe it or not actually Drew us a picture! The doctor didn't make us feel stupid like normal doctors do! He was straight forward and up front and I loved that and she had a general concern for our pet! Hopefully I don't have another pet emergency but if I do that's the only place I'm going to go! Thanx all...phoenix is doing well because of you!

This emergency vet helped me so many times when it came to my beautiful ChiChi. She was very ill in the end stages of her life and they took such great care of her. Thank you so much for all you did. Unfortunately ChiChi is no longer with us, but I have you to thank for making her last days loved and beautiful. From the bottom of my heart … thank you

Our family was on our way to vacation my sister's dog was in the care of a family friend when they called and said their dog was bleeding from the mouth. She took the dog to this establishment and the way she was treated and the way my sister and family friend was spoken to was absolutely horrific. No compassion Dr Murphy had no professionalism. I am horrified at the way my sister was spoken to. Its truly heart wrenching. All I can say if you love your animal DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!!!

I has called then to ask if they could save my car with pyometra. They didnt offer me any payment plans. Just saying it will cost over 2500 to get her spayed. They were rude. This place is for just people with money. Now my cat will die soon. Thanks.

i do not recommend airport animal emergi-center to pet owners of indianapolis. i work in human healthcare and am very turned off to how they handled my dog. he was in pain and couldn't breathe well and of course this happened saturday when my vet closes for the weekend so sadly i took him here. the first vet who saw him decompressed his stomach and sent us home. when we got there he started to deteriorate so we brought him back sunday and a different vet saw something was very wrong. they ran tests and his lungs were filling with blood and he died shortly thereafter. he was never given pain meds and as a healthcare provider for kiddos i was not pleased with how they handled anything. one good example is he was there dying and the vet says let's see what his temp is. he had been there 3 hours and nobody had gotten a temp on a dying dog in that time. his rectal temp was 94. but anyways it was just bad healthcare all around and i wanted to give pet owners a heads up!

Dr. Ryan saved my Great Dane’s life last night in emergency surgery to repair bloat/GDV. She was helpful, responsive, and clearly very capable. My canine best friend is currently happily resting with her head on my lap when just 24 hours ago I was preparing myself to say goodbye to her. I can’t say enough about this clinic, their fast response, and their care for my girl. Thank you Dr. Ryan for giving me my best friend back.

I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone who expects compassion and professionalism. Our family left for vacation and the family dog was left in the care of friend. The friend called to say the dog was bleeding from her mouth. The friend took the dog to this hospital and was seen very promptly. The only positive thing I can say about the experience. The friend asked several of the staff to speak to the owner so they would understand the dog’s past. This dog (Bella) had been a puppy mill dog who lived in a crate for 7yrs. Bella, after 3 yrs is still petrified of us the owners. Just picking her up will cause her to deficate. Instead of speaking with us the Tech said they were going to put a muzzle on her. Bella has maybe 3 teeth. They finally sedated her and examined her teeth. One of her back molars was dangling that caused the bleeding. I called back to try and speak with someone. The lady finally got Dr. Murphy who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I understand this is an emergency hospital and appreciate they worked Bella in, but if you want compassion and or professionalism this isn’t your place.

Brought my dog here when no other place was available. I tried several other emergency vets and all weren’t taking clients. I parked in one of their slots while filling out paperwork. About 15 mins later they called us in. They performed x rays, put my pup in a splint and sent us home with medication within the hour. Not saying all clients will have the fastest service but this place is definitely one I would recommend. The doctor was wonderful the technicians were great. Price was affordable and reasonable.

Great experience with my 2 year old bernedoodle that decided to swallow a 1"× 1" block of wood that ended up stuck in her intestine. Dr Gust and techs were informative every step of the way, making sure I knew cost ahead of time. Surgery was successful but we did need to return the next evening due to a pancreatitis issue and non stop vomiting. Again very thorough and got to the bottom of the issue.
