Nice doctors. Pricing is extremely high. 1 y/o German Shepard had a chipped tooth, cost over $3000 to repair. Same dog when younger had two open stomach surgeries that cost $2700 in total. Also they have a mask mandate, when are we going to stop pretending that mask work ????‍♂️. 3/5 rating

Wonderful wonderful wonderful the staff is so warm and make you feel so welcome they really care about you and your pet the doctor the staff is awesome if you have any problems go there you get treated like royalty thank you so much from Elena Hatcher our dog baby girl was really loved by the staff there y'all are absolutely incredible wonderful magnificent if I ever ever ever have any problems I will come there for life

Worst place to take a dog to over priced and wouldnt let your dog come home to pass away but want to charge you arm and leg to help them

They were willing to call in a surgeon if we needed them too,luckily we didn't have to!

Very kind, caring staff. Kept me informed as they treated my pet. However, it was very, very odd expensive and I found them pushing expensive tests/treatment without trying conservative treatment first. I'm grateful to have my pet seen on a Sunday morning

Thank you to Dr. Goad and the staff. We were treated compassionately when we had to make the difficult decision to help usher our beloved TabbyCat out of his suffering. They took great care to make him comfortable and warm and to provide us time with him to say goodbye. Highly recommend.

I literally just got home from this place with my dog, Rudy. Everyone that I talked to here was so helpful & kind. Rudy was in pain & a bit nervous to go with a stranger, but they were patient with him. He came out happy & fixed up & they gave him meds to start healing. He didn’t have a major emergency, but the cost was still way lower than I anticipated. Excellent staff. Excellent communication with me before treating. Super kind to my dog! Highly recommend!

Even though we had to say goodbye to our dog, we really appreciated the personal treatment of us and our guy. They are so compassionate and we appreciate them so much!

Not patient friendly at all

This was a great experience. They were very caring. They have spots for you to park then call. They walk you through the whole process.

I accompanied my significant other to his appointment with Dr. Essig today. Even though i consider his furry child my own too, i have to admit this was one of the best experiences i have ever had in a veterinary clinic and it wasn't even during a visit for my own dog. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she was kind and caring and took her time explaining everything. She genuinely cares about her furry patients and it shows. As a professional in Medicine, I have always appreciated other professional workers who are straight forward with their recommendations, who take the time to provide knowledge on all treatment outcomes, and whose practice and morals aren't influenced by whether they get business or not. Dr. Essig was truly amazing and i would recommend her to everyone. So much so that if my furry child ever needed surgery, i would travel a thousand miles to come see her.

They checked my kitty's breathing. right away to make sure he was not in stress..the wait time was 6 hrs to see a vet..so took him home knowing he was not having difficulty breathing and gave steam showers thru out the night until our vet opened on monday..

I have owned several pets in past 20+yrs, and lived in 3 different states...and therefore have dealt with several veterinarians and pet ER facilities. MedVet did an amazing job working with our black Labrador puppy Leo when he recently had a dental emergency. Thankful to know they are in our neighborhood and community...very good staff and service!!

Dr Owen, and his staff, have been so wonderful in the treatment of my dachshund who was very sick. Cannot thank them enough!

My dog has had to have 2 foreign body, exploratory surgeries at this clinic. I live closer to other emergency clinics and am actually a vet tech at a general practice. I will ALWAYS choose MedVet over any other emergency clinics. Their care and skill set is impeccable. Your pet will be given the best care possible here.

The staff was very kind, considerate, and quick in taking care of my daughter's puppy.

They were not able to give us immediate care, but were able to figure out what we needed, and referred us to the places we can go to instead.

They were at capacity when we called. After they called around for a closer hospital, they said they would go ahead and take our dog, witch had eaten mice poisoning. Did a fantastic job, well done!

Our vet recommended we take our dog there since they did not have any appts. Got there and all our info was taken over the phone. We were then told there would be a wait. I asked how long that might be. We were told 4 to 6 hours. I asked if we could leave our dog and come back for her. We were told no, we'd just have to wait. We left. Ridiculous!! They should have told us when we first arrived. We wouldn't have gone through all the signing in.

This is a fantastic pet med facility for all your furry family members. Wonderful doctors, techs and all other personal. Take my baby here for all of his med problems.

Felt pricey. Great care though. Super helpful since I had 4 kids in the car and they let us come in and use the RR. Sat there for 45 minutes waiting for dog to come out after they had called and told us she was ready. Will go back but hope we don't have to.

Dropped my baby off for ACL surgery this morning. Staff here is amazing. I have absolute confidence that he will be well cared for thru this ordeal.
