The staff was very friendly and helpful and the veterinarian had excellent bedside manner and understood my cat needs very well.

Great people. Helped putting my dog down, it was the hardest decision but they were their to help.

Just got a puppy, looking to start getting shots, ect. Emailed other places they responded politely gave answers, for shots, nueturing ect. When I emailed Brookside the response was make an appointment, no thanks with attitude like that I'll go elsewhere. Little rude made me feel they didn't care for the business. That's ok

Great curbside service. Vet tech came to the car to get the patient, The doctor later came to the car to give me the diagnosis and return the patient to me at that time. Definitely recommend them, caring friendly veterinarian office.

So I took my cat in Friday with bladder problems they tell me of course the only thing that will save him is a $200 surgery and of course they only cared about there days off they were supposed to keep him for a couple days and monitored him but since it was Friday that wasn't happening at the end they told me we are open till 12 Saturday we will call you which at that point I wasn't understanding why they couldn't at least keep him until the next day I mean I know they only give a s*** about dogs but wow so I called them at 8 in the morning 2 * left messages saying my cat is not doing good that I need to know what to do that he needs help and of course they call me at 11 an hour before they close and I tell them how awful hes doing and all they cared about telling me why that they close in an hour 4 hours later I had to spend $400 at a 24-hour hospital to put down my cat and because they turn me away so they can have their precious day off I could have saved my cat life but instead I lost him and $600 within 15 hours this world really going down these people are supposed to care about all pets I bet you they feel good walking outside to someone they know is poor asking for a big sum of money and then hours later your pet dies anyway and of course I got all these cans expensive cans of food and medicine that I never needed I live right down the street I'm going to definitely make this and noticeable all over town what they did to my family member I will get the word out I put that on my cat and don't dare reply to my Google comment with your policy bullcrap telling me how sorry that my experience was bad you know what you guys do and what wrong things you do.

Dr. Hughes and the staff have provided excellent care for our dog and our cats. They are friendly, caring, and highly skilled. We recommend Brookside Animal Hospital to anyone who has a furry friend.

We love this place. We recently took our newest dog here as the older ones vet is further away. When our 16 year old dog had a seizure Baker animal Hospital where we've taken him for 14 years told me they couldn't see him to take blood work for an entire week. Brookside - Same Day Service. There staff is incredible ????
