I occasionally bring my dog to play and get a bath here. You can choose group play or individual playtime with a person whose entire job is to play with dogs and make sure they have a good time. Their prices are affordable and my dog always looks cute when she leaves. If you plan to bring your dog make sure they're current on their vaccinations and also have a recent flu shot. I have never had trouble getting an appointment when I need one. One thing I love about petsuites is that they offer extras and events for a small fee so owners can have a fun time too. I always bring my dog in for holiday/Santa photos. This year she also got to do a craft... She made a Christmas ornament with her name and paw print.

Grooming service is spectacular. I have only used the pet suites for days (no overnights). I can tell they are calm enough enclosures because my dachshund was not a nervous wreck when I picked him up.

Excellent customer service.. we feel welcome and are always greeted by friendly staff who appear to enjoy their jobs and our dog, Odin. Whenever there is a scuffle between our dog and another, a staff member explains the situation in a calm/professional manner. Competitively priced. Always available and timely. We used to go to a dog daycare close to home, but we choose to drive further for pet suites bc they do such a great job.

I love petsuites because they do a great job with grooming, offer play packages for group or individual depending on your dog's preferences. My dog likes to have group play in the morning and play with the staff after she gets all cleaned up. Both boarding, play, and grooming are relatively affordable and they're open 7am-7pm which is great for working families. They're always offering special events for pets which makes it more fun, yesterday my dog made a christmas ornament and we always like to take her for holiday photos with or without Santa :)

Would NOT recommend this place! My fur son has experienced two bad incidents here. The first event occurred during November of 2020. I took him there for thanksgiving since I was going out of town for the holiday. He was there from Wednesday to Sunday. When I picked him up his dad realized he had scabs on his neck when he got home. His dad literally had to peel them off of his skin (I attached a picture). I called the manager on Monday morning to get answers as to why he had scabs on him. She could not give me an answer and told me to take him to the vet and they’ll refund me. After that incident I swore he wouldn’t be back there again. I’ve been taking him to five points kennel and I love it there. They update me on everything he does through email and they even send pictures (I attached a picture they sent me of him during one of his stays). I went to Mexico for a week in January 2021 and left him at five points kennel and didn’t have any issues. Anyways…. The Second incident was this weekend when a worker hit him in the head with the divider gate inside of the doggy kennel and he was left with a mark on his head (I attached a picture). (I tried to take him to five points kennel but they were completely booked up and I had to make an emergency trip to go help my sick mom who lives 2 1/2 hours away so I had no choice.) Before I left him there I talked to the manager and she gave me her word that she would make sure everyone watched him very close to ensure he didn’t have anymore incidents… obviously that didn’t happen. Please don’t bring your fur baby here!

I just want to leave a review to say thank-you to the girls at the front desk. They were so kind when I was checking in my three dogs. I had never had to board my animals before so I was nervous about the process but the girl who helped me (red hair, I don’t remember her name :-( ) made me feel so much better. My boxer pit mix was super nervous about going back into the kennels because she grew up during Covid and has not been able to have a ton of socialization outside of close friends and family and has never been boarded. The girls literally sat on the floor with my dog to help her calm down before going back into her room. I felt really nervous to leave my dogs but I know with this kind of staff they are in great hands. The prices are great and such a nice and clean facility.

I would recommend pet suites. They have good hours and fair prices. I wasn’t a huge fan of their puppy preschool, my puppy spent most of his day in a crate and it was more expensive than regular daycare, but I understand it’s not appropriate to have intact puppies playing with older dogs. It was better than leaving him alone in a crate all day at my house. I can’t wait until he’s old enough for all day play!

I cannot say enough about how much I love this place. They are so kind and patient with our dog. He loves going there, and he gets so excited when we pull into their parking lot. They are amazing!

Took my dogs there based off of reviews and after them being there for 5 days this is how they both looked when I picked them up! They also smelled like they had been laying in urine the entire stay!!! Called back up there soon as I got hm and noticed the sores on both dogs and explained they smelling bad after they were scheduled for a bath the last day of stay and was told that they were unable to bath they due to both dogs wanting to play during bath time!!! This is not Acceptable by any means. And for talking to the representative on the phone I was told that they would cover up to 500.00 per pet for them to visit the vet in regards to the sores..I am truly heartbroken that my pets had to endure this treatment for 5 days and still trying to heal ????..I not sure how to feel about the facility it looked clean people were nice day of drop off.. but this is not right..

I took my cat here for the first time for a 5 day standard stay while I went on vacation and I will 100% use their services again. The staff were very friendly, professional and you could tell they loved working there. The price was also very affordable which was very much appreciated for a college student budget. My cat also gives petsuites 5 paws up. She didn't want to leave her room upon pickup lol.

I cannot sing the praises of PetSuites enough--- They were amazing. We have FIVE cats that we recently needed to board and they made it so simple. Easy drop-off/pick-up times. They let these crazy pet parents come visit and were super nice when we called to check on them! I never had to wait and everyone was kind and responsive. While cats NEVER like to be boarded and they didn't enjoy the vacation, I know they were well taken care of. They even came back smelling good and had been brushed! I would definitely come back!

Reached out to them twice (once a three weeks ago and again a few days ago) about boarding for my pets well in advance of our planned trip and we have yet to hear back from them. Not even an email to say they aren’t available.

I've been taking my dog to Petsuites in Greenwood for years and they always do a great job. I live on the north side of town and drive to Greenwood when I need to board my dog because I trust them that much. The staff are all very friendly and genuinely care about the well-being of your pet. The front desk staff always greets you and your pet with a smile and really know how to put your dog at ease in what can be a stressful situation for them. The last time I brought my dog to Petsuites I had a specific concern I asked them to keep an eye on. When I picked him up after my trip Stacy the General Manager gave me a report on my concern before I even had to ask. I highly recommend PetSuites Greenwood to anyone who wants complete peace of mind their pet is safe and well taken care of while they're away.

I made an appointment to have my dog groomed. As it was my first time to visit the facility, I emailed her vaccination record at the same time I made the appointment. I had also called a month before and was told they were very busy because of spring vacations. I had asked about requirements and was told she needed to have her shots up to date and the kennel cough was usually waived for the first visit. I arranged my day around this visit so I lost a day. I had taken my other dog to the vet last week and it would have been very easy for me to take Sally at the same time. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I was told when we arrived that she could not stay because her shots were not up to date....specifically that she needed a distemper every year as well as the bordetella. ( Distemper is good for three years.) One reason I had chosen this location was because of the positive reviews. However, they had more than ample time to let me know my dog needed a shot....not informing me until I had arrived on site and waited with my dog as they checked in other dogs. Very disappointed and upset with their lack of professionalism. After looking at posted photo of dogs....I also wondered if it was because she is a big dog even though I had told them when I registered she was a Greay Pyrennees.
