Generally pretty good. On occasion there is a bit of trouble finding someone buts thats usually cause its towards the end of the night and they are cleaning. Otherwise pretty good job.

Enjoy visiting and shopping for pet supplies... But wish more people were adopting rescue pups, rather than purchasing them. ????

The rabbits here are not in good condition. They are weened early which makes them sick and guaranteed to die. The staff suggests smaller cages when in fact rabbits need almost 6 by 8 feet of space if not larger. It sickens me too see the rabbits like this. Adopt at the Indiana House Rabbit Society or local Rabbit Adoption sites, they treat those rabbits with care and respect.

Absolutely love uncle bills! Staff is always friendly and polite and always helpful with tips for each animal. Got my snake from here and she was and is in perfect health. Always get her rats from them as well and they are always fat and healthy!! Also ha e gotten some love birds and will be getting ferrets and a bunny in the near future.

Hello, I went into Uncle Bill's pets in Noblesville to have my African gray bird groomed. They met my expectations and accommodated me. Lori was very knowledgeable in bird grooming and bird behavior because she had been raised around them all her life. Will definitely go back in December Thank you

I have a crazy work schedule, so I wasn't able to get to the store until a little before closing time and it was also the day before I would be getting my new puppy. I have to admit I felt a little anxiety, but I am thankful that I met ABBY. I appreciate ABBY making me feel at ease. Not only was ABBY patient and helpful, but ABBY went through everything with me helping me get things I needed and helped me be prepared for things I didn't think of. I know that if I went any where else and talked to anyone else but ABBY, I would not be as prepared as I am today. Thank you Uncle Bill's but a special "thank you" to ABBY, because ABBY, you are the real MVP!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I bought a puppy, of course way over price, a few thousand, and she had a severe case of giardia. They told me it’s mandatory to have the puppy guarantee which it is not and charged me a couple hundred extra. I found out she missed a worming and vaccination while being homed there. Purchase from a breeder instead. Worst experience ever.

We went into the store to purchase a guinea pig for our 4 yr old granddaughter. We received excellent advice and service from Kinsey. She stayed with us the whole time and showed us everything we would need to keep our new pet safe and healthy. Definitely would recommend this store.

Don’t go to this place. The staff is super rude. I called today asking for aquatic turtles they told me that they just have one and you cannot by online just in person. Since I work during they same hours that they are open was very hard for me to come today, but even that I asked at work to come out early, to get the turtle. It was a present for my husband. We came to the place, before the time they close, I know that was late, 7:53 pm, I explained the lady, she took me to see the turtle and She said oh but if you need the thank as well no, come back another day, we’re closing and we don’t have time to explain you everything today, I apologized with her and asked if we could do and exception, we really wanted to get this turtle, she said no, come back, we cannot do it. So, totally rude.

Clean store over all. Love the big, fat cat. Friendly, helpful staff. Animals are always overpriced.

Uncle Bill’s provides quality products at cost or below cost compared to their competitors. The service provided by the staff is great and they helped us get what we were looking for quickly!

The staff is always so kind and knowledgeable. We no longer shop at any other pet stores. The staff is so kind to the kids when we bring them in always letting them pet the bunnies! Thank you for being the best pet store around!

Called to check on adopting a small dog and they wanted $3200.00 for a small puppy. They have to be crazy.

My family and I made a trip here from Lafayette to potentially take home one of their pups. One dog in particular we requested to see and just a few moments later he was taken from us without notice to be taken home by another family. We were completely unaware the employee helping knew the dog was already getting ready to be adopted by a new family. Personally, I found that very rude as we were actually interested in the pup. Not only that but while we were in questioning of another dog of the similar breed we were looking into, the same employee asked if we had any issues and as we were trying to ask her about French Bulldogs at any other locations, to no surprise we were blown off as the employee had completely ignored us and turned her back to us to talk to some friends while multiple customers were in need of assistance. Lady at the register was also not very helpful with answering simple questions we had about other locations. We asked for another location’s number and she showed us a bag???? Not exactly helpful nor respectful to customers. Extremely disappointed as we were hoping to come home with another pup.

Staff is very friendly and they have TONS of animals including puppies, kittens, rabbits, ferrets, lizards, fish and the list goes on. I 100% recommend.

Kids loved the assortment of animals. The availability and friendly staff were great. We were glad we stopped in.

I came in to get a conure today with my children but never got helped. We walked around the store for awhile and no one said anything to us. Left without anything. Went to petsmart instead.

I was looking for stuff for my Crested Gecko and John was very helpful and was very funny!
