Even though they did not have what we needed (bugs for the lizard folk) they explained Thier shipment dates for them and the demands as well as best time for pick up. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

Told us the fish had been dying they needed to figure out what was going on. Prices equivalent with chewy for the most part. They could step up in the groomer training. The pet training is basic nothing you couldnt learn online basic treat commands. Overall good to have stores open to get your steps and not always using the conveince of online. Nutro and science diet cost, but healthier start feeding pets bottled water it will save you in vet bills!

I buy everything here but dog food. They have good prices on pet accessories but they need more all natural dog food options.

The employee's are awesome but the affordable dog food is all the way in the back by the cat food? it was just frustrating looking all over the dog food isles and finding it by the cat food

Staff was not cordial and was not prepared to deal with dog grooming. The staff seemed very unhappy. When I arrived for my appointment the bathing area had no heat so they turned us away. They called yet it was while I was driving there. So I rescheduled and Jazz F who was excellent groomed our dogs. That was 2 months ago. Today I had another appointment and due to icy roads was running late and couldn't call because driving was very dicey. Again they turned us away. I also found out that Jazz F who I had scheduled with no longer works there which was the reason I returned. We are going to return to our local vet and their groomers.

Grooming staff was very friendly

3 separate trips for puppy shots, each over 100 dollars. Each trip had a 40 dollar office visit on top of 50 bucks for shots and needle disposal. Then it turned out I was the idiot for not purchasing the pricey puppy plan. Also, they tried to reschedule the appointment all three times because of double booking.

Gret place to shop for pet needs. Dogs on leash are welcomed. Plenty of employees to help out. Donates percentage of profits to help animals in need.

Lots of helping hands willing to answer your questions or get the information to you as soon as they are available, for your fury or none fury companion(s), no matter how busy, they keep you in mind!

So expensive!! Bought Cat dewormer and for theree pills it cost almost $30! Wont make trips back here again!

Staff is always great here and I think they are the only store right now that always has what you need in stock. The store is very clean. It is a little hard to find items when you are looking sometimes though.

Everything was clean and well taken care of. Had cat, fish, geicos, bearded dragons you could adopt.

Twice last year i have brought in my dog to get it groomed and the person was sick or called in so i had to reschedule. Like a other reviewer mentioned thats ok not a problem but i would have liked a heads up. Then the cut before this on they were done with my dog and they said they called both numbers on file when he was done. Neither my wife nor i recieved a call. So they had im quite awhile before i showed up. Today was actually my fault. I was late. They have a 15 minute grace period and i was 17 minutes late. So they wouldnt take him. When things run smooth the cuts are great and staff is friendly but the grooming department is not ran well

There seems to be a communication issue at this location. I talked to someone on the phone about booking an appointment for my Maltese. I stated that she did not need a bath and cut, but just needed a bath & lightly trimmed around the eyes/face. The person that I talked to told me that this was called a “bath and trim” and that it was not listed on the website/app, but if I booked a service and mentioned it upon being my dog in, the price would be adjusted for that.. I brought my dog in today, and mentioned the “bath and trim” and the price adjustment. ( I originally booked a brush and bath & a top dog plus). The girl at the front, and all of the other girls working acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about.she also asked if anyone had time to trim my dog’s hair and everyone said “no” except one girl. I ended up paying almost the same for a bath and cut, just to have her bathed and trimmed. The girl that groomed my dog was very kind. I won’t be back to this location due to my subpar experience.

Excellent service, little over priced on Bil Jacs treats though.

My normal stores haven't had the items I need in stock for weeks. This PetSmart had a good replacement product.

Great set up, clean and everything arranged and easy to find.

The groomers are friendly and sweet with the animals and do a great job!

Had my dog scheduled they said their tech was sick I said okay they said they would try to fit me in the next couple of days but if they couldn’t they would get me in the following Thursday. Well that day is tomorrow and they said it was for the next Thursday. These people don’t know what they’re doing and are incompetent. Don’t use these people to groom your pets.

I love my dog and spend a lot on her. PetSmart has everything I need at good pricing. They even have a vet there, though I did not use that service.

Very nice people that work here. Very helpful. Prices are ok but selection is best.
