Dr. Ball help save our beloved dog Lady. Our dogs are very loved and important family members.Dr. Nall and his staff were very caring and demonstrated a sense of urgency. Lady was on her death bed. Dr Ball and staff kept her overnight and save our beloved Lady. Thank you so much for helping Lady threw this.

There was a long wait, but I was a walk-in, so that is to be expected. Dr. Bailey was able to determine that my dog had a UTI and gave me the medication he needed, so it was worth the wait.

We have taken all of our dogs here for about 8 years now. We saw two other vets for a short time but have stuck with this one due to their knowledge, caring staff, availability, they always listen to my concerns and they TRULY CARE. I would not trust anyone else with my furbabies. These guys are truly the best. They have performed multiple surgeries on three of our dogs too. Great vets. The only con is that their parking is limited.

And the vets there are always fantastic. Today, was no exception! We have been coming here for I about 20 years and we've never had a negative experience

Quick and easy. Went as a walk-in, no appointment needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our first family dog 'Lucy' had to be put to rest after 14 long years. A bueatiful stubborn little grey schnauzer. The experience for my wife and I was tragic. We were barely able to stop crying as the doctor was very helpful navigating us through the painful visit. Also he handle Lucy with such compassion.

Great staff and doctors, very reasonable. Our puppy was hit by a car and we were able to walk in and be seen right away. So happy we were able to get him in and looked at right away. Got some x-rays and a splint put on, was cheaper then I expected. 5 weeks later and he is getting his splint off and good to go run around again.

This is a really good vet hospital. They were cleaning everything while we were there. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. We didn't have to wait long at all

Staff are caring and compassionate. My dogs have been patients there for over 30 years. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

Money money it's all about money. As most places are.

I had fast service. The vet tech I had didn't have a personality whatsoever. I asked questions and she acted as if it was horrible that I asked. She never explained anything just acted like she hated her job. The receptionist and everyone else was wonderful. This is the first time in 13 years I have ever had an experience like this.

Such a wonderful place. They really care about your pets. Price of care is very reasonable. I won't take my fur babies anywhere else.

Friendly staff and the Vets are patient and don't mind taking the time to answer all my questions. Pricing for services are very reasonable. I have always taken all my pets here and will continue.

IF you can get someone on the phone they're relatively friendly. The vet himself was nice. The nurse tech, vet tech, whoever shows up beforehand seemed uninterested in her job. First time I scheduled the next appointment, the lady was super friendly. The next time I scheduled the next appointment, the larger heavy set older woman was extremely rude and didn't bother to give me my follow up appointment date when I asked. She said it was on the receipt. (The date of the appointment I was currently at, was on the receipt)

I've been going here for 5 yrs the office visit is not charged. You only pay for the medication, the doctors are caring & kind to your pets. Thanks
