Very professional. Not very long waits. Prices are about the same, if not cheaper, than a lot of the vets I've been to. Always takes good care of my puppers Chewie and Bella!

Rarely answer the phone but take good care of my dog

Good staff, always great with our animals. Prices are good, in my opinion. It's the only vet I take my pets to.

I am so grateful to this clinic. My 13 year old dog was diagnosed 3 years ago with bladder incontinence due to age and placed on meds as the only way to help the issue. Since then we moved and needed a new vet. When I came to Country Critters to have her yearly exam and prescription updated the vet decided to just do a check up on her urinary tract rather than just rewriting the prescription just so she could be certain of the problem. Well she ended up finding a GIANT bladder stone taking up my poor dogs bladder. She ended up needing rather quick surgery as she had probably been in pain this whole time. I was so upset the other vets had more than likely missed it for years but so grateful that this clinic caught it. They promptly got her in for surgery and she's healing wonderfully. Not to mention their very affordable pricing. All 3 of my dogs will be patients here for life no doubt.

Refused to help my sick puppy

This is a great place to bring your pets. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

My dog is wild with no leash manners, and I had two young boys with me. Needless to say, it was hard to control all the chaos. The staff was helpful, patient, and understanding.

They do good I have no problem at all with how they do.what I do have a problem with is the cost it cost more to take a pet to the vet then a child .we have all these pets that dont have homes are cant be taken care of because people cant afford it that's why we see so many just dropped off or put in a place to be put down you take a pet to be treated it cost you 20 and up just to walk in the door then another fee for a test then a fee for the meds its crazy.

Do not have phone set up with call waiting in the age of the 21st century.... Arrived for 1 o clock appointment at 12:50 and called like the locked door says to. The number goes straight to a voicemail. It is now 1:30 and still no one has come out to the designated area to check me in and the phone is still going straight to voicemail. The only reason there is 2 stars is because the employees are actually really nice. It doesn't make up for the unresponsiveness and lack of prompt communication though. Edit: The employees were great once I was finally taken care of. They actually reached out to me after my review to inform me that their phones are down and they're being worked on so I'm changing my review to 5 stars since if it weren't for the phone issue and the ~45 minute wait without a way to get ahold of them I would have given 5 stars.

The service is fast and efficient. Christine is very helpful and her love animals shows with the care and attention that she gives to each one.

Christine is curt, rude and unprofessional. From morning to afternoon, I witnessed her have attitude with people. If people dont understand what you say, chance is you're the problem, not the dozen people you're speaking to. Words have meaning.
