I have VERY mixed feelings on this place. Drop off was at 9am, they didn't arrive and open the place until about 9:10am, so there was a ton of people waiting to drop off. (Which didn't bother me, stuff happens). When I first walked inside the smell of urine was extremely overpowering. The look of the place was unprofessional but I tried not to judge a book by its cover. They took my phone number and said they'd call when done, after I specified what I wanted done. 4-4.5 hours went by and I called them and they said she was done and ready for pick up, but never did call. (Again, tried not to judge bc they do get busy!) Went for pick up and was so excited to get my baby! I had such a BAD feeling leaving her at this groomer, my stomach was in knots until I picked her up. Her hair was as short as I asked for. However, I don't think they have much experience with Shih Tzu dogs bc her head/face was uneven and not cut right. Her ears were also cut/shaved clear down and nobody has done that before. I was a little confused. Maybe they had to, idk. This was my first time here, but I'm honestly not sure I want to take her back. I had a bad feeling and left her there against my better judgement! What I did love was the price! $40 for a cut, bath and nail trim! I'm used to paying almost $60 for that! When I called to make the appt, the lady answering the phone was rude and "uninterested" like I was bothering her.

Very bad work and expensive

I would rate this less if I could.... The staff dropped my dog after man handling my schnauzer! Three ladies let him run out of the security gate as someone was entering the store my puppy ran out of the store!! He ran up Main Street and almost got hit by a car????. He was very hurt and traumatized from the mistreatment! Worse experience ever!! Staff very unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend this place!

We have a Pomeranian and they have always done such a good job with him. We have taken him to a competitor a couple of times in the past and it is very hit or miss with them. LaRubys however has always done a great job with him. He is our baby and we appreciate the excellent service!

My puppy came back home looking like a brand new pup. They was so nice to her and me as well.

I have a 2..lb teacup yorkie and I drops her off 9:30 am and she is very frightening of all the barking of dogs cause she's so little and ALWAYS cut her last. They calls me when they close at 6pm. When she gets home she's VERY thirsty and sleeps the rest of the evening and night???? I'm done! The cuts are good and sometimes have to take her back in. The last dog they tired by then. This past Monday I sat in the car and watched how they handle her with no passion for such a small ???????? after closing.

The facility itself leaves a lot to be desired.. but the cut was great and my dog didn't seem stressed out when I picked him up. He looks handsome!

Ive never had a dog i had to groom like my mini poodle i just got and they did a amazing job! Nails painted cute cut and they work on the dogs where you can see them and see both women are very good with them very sweet!
