We have been taking our new doggie to a different groomer until I decided that I needed to find a new one closer to home and that does what I am asking. This business and their staff did just that. My pretty princess Coco still looks like she just came out of there. It has been almost 2 weeks now and she is still silky smooth. We will continue our business with these wonderful women from here on out.

Super great ladys. Adopted a 2yr old Pekinese that has never been to a groomer They took there time with him babied him to make him comfortable and he turned out to do great and look great. Thank you Ladys

My dog is old, 15 1/2 and has been going to B.O.T.T since he was a puppy. Debbie the manager, is very loving and caring to my dog. 99% of the time I'm very happy with her work. The place is clean and doesn't smell like urine. I would highly recommend this place and the great people that work there.

These people really care about their four- legged customers. Kathy and Debbie have always cared for my dogs as though they were caring for their own.

Moved to the area two years ago. Our preview groomer was also the breeder where we got our Poodle. Tried another place around town - dirty and my boy looked so horrible when I picked him that I didn't recognize him. We gave Cindy a try , said she knew how to groom a Poodle. Cindy did a wonderful job, and our dog strutted around because he knew he was pretty again. Been going to Bark of the Town ever since. When we request something specific, Cindy always does what we ask. Thank you Cindy, for taking good care of our little guy. See you when you reopen.

Bait and switch ! I called the day before and was quoted $45 for my OES .. I drive all the way from Springfield to a 9:30 appointment and they tell me it will be double for him ... ridiculous!!!

they always do a wonderful job with the hair cut and nails and usaly shakes gets a bandana or a bow too :) PS OK my dog(s) (3) is a hyperactive handful

Will not go back here. They chopped my poodle mix hair and it looked horrible. Should have brought it to their attention after I left and realized how they cut her but just let it go. It looked like somebody was experimenting on her. My fault I didn’t look at her all over before leaving but I didn’t notice the rest of her until the next day. Shane in me.

They did a good job but not organized

Took my long haired GSD there and they did an amazing job. With all the rain and my lack of time the last couple of weeks it was time to be bathed and groomed. Completely satisfied with these ladies.

Had my black lab groomed this morning. Very efficient service, great work, and very sweet staff. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Bark of town is a great place to take my little dog Lucky. The owner always does such a great job grooming my baby. And they are so nice & professional.

Came here for the first time with our 3 small dogs, Cindy did a wonderful job on our dogs just by showing her a picture of them they turned out great. We will be bringing them back to her all the time

When I called an appointment was scheduled for 0930 am. I dropped off my 8 month old GSP at 0900 hrs. I called at 1130 am was told waiting on groomer to arrive. At 2:30 pm, I called to check on Chewy. I was told that it would be another hour or so. Was told they do the small dogs first then bigger dogs later in day, my appointment was 0930 am. My GSP had been there since 0900 am. Puppies eat 3 times a day. Chewy had been in a cage all day. No food or water or as far as I knew no bathroom breaks. I told them I would just come get him. When I arrived asked for manager...nobody was identified. Lady said they do small dogs first that is just what they do. Didn't give a hoot about Chewy being there since 0900 hrs. If you have a dog bigger than an ankle bitter PLEASE save your dog from inhumane treatment AVOID THIS PLACE. He was CAGED six (6 hrs ).
