I did so much research on vets in Miami County, and chose this vet to take my babies too. SO glad I did. I highly recommend them. Patient with my dog, and took great care of her.

Dr. J. is a very unusual vet. He sits on the floor and studies our dogs. He reads the animals body language and responds to animal accordingly. I can't count the number of vets I have been to in the last 40+ years. He is truly exceptional. And his staff is very good. Bobbi especially is efficient and knowledgeable. (I don't know the others well yet) And Dr. J. teaches vet techs at the local tech center. I love that. And I had the pleasure of watching him interact with 2 of them recently, and it was a great experience to see how engaged they were and enjoying this practical learning opportunity.

This was our first time here and I love the office staff how courteous the staff is. The doctor actually gets down on the floor with the dog. Would reccomend this place to everyone.

Dr. J and his staff were great! I was vacationing in Troy when my dog became sick and my sister told me about the clinic. The staff made room for my dog in their already booked solid day. What a god send! My pup is doing great and the experience was top notch! Would definitely recommend ????????

I am blown away by the consistent great customer service & treatment that I receive at Miami Acres. No hassle or threat of paying a cancelation fee if you can't make your appointment at the last minute. And I have never seen a Vet get down on the floor, on the animals level, and show such gentleness and patience with them and feeding them treats. This will be my vet from now on!

Staff are amazing, and always very respectful...but most of all, so caring of your pets. Will not go any where else!!!

Dr. J and his staff are amazing! My carpet walrus Izabella can be a bit much at nearly 100 pounds. But Dr. J and his staff get down on the floor with her and do their thing, play, give her love and plenty of treats! Couldn't ask for a better vet!!

Keep your pets away! Took our dog in for a simple heart worm test to get him on Heart Guard. They charged me $99.55 for the test+exam; but then wouldn't write me a prescription for the Heart Guard unless I paid another "Prescription Fee" that they failed to mention before taking my money for the exam! These people only care about taking your money. The health of your pet means nothing to them.

Very good vet office but a tad pricey I'll never go back due to a follow up exam that wasn't needed and was charged $27 for. I thought I wouldn't be charged but sure enough I was. I was just asked if my cat's ears still had mites and I said yes and the doctor didn't look at the cat's ears and told me give the med's more time.
