What a wonderful vet! I love that they do home visits! It makes my life so much easier. Multiple pets seen at once, and none of them had to be transported!

Everything went smoothly! Dr. MacArthur and her assistant were great! Our kitties are in very good hands with them!

I have taken all my fuzzy butt family members, to Peach Grove since it opened. Dr. McArthur is a terrific , wonderful, caring vet. Her staff are exceptional and deliver loving care from the initial puppy visit to the time to pass over the rainbow bridge.

They double booked my appointment that I indicated I would take on their voicemail since they never answer their phone. Got there and was turned away on a day that my cat needed to be euthanized due to kidney failure. They said I did not call to confirm (called 10 times in 1/2 hour time frame and no answer) and they could not see her. Went to Grady Hospital instead. I will never take an animal to them again! I would never recommend them to anyone who loves their pet!

It saddens me to leave this review, because I've taken all of my pets here ever since I was a kid. They used to be such wonderful & kind people. However, ever since last March, they are nearly impossible to get ahold of -- last May it took me nearly 3 weeks to get my cat's prescription refilled and schedule an appointment. Now I need another refill and they still don't respond at all. Emails and voicemail messages go unanswered. Even if you call during business hours you get an automated message saying that they're closed. Is this even a real business anymore? It's cruel and shameful that they would ignore our animals who depend on them for their health like this while leaving us owners in the lurch without so much as a shred of communication or effort. Either run your business or shut it down. After 20+ years of business I'm moving on. They clearly no longer care about the health of our animals.

Totally trust the doctors and techs at this animal hospital. Both for preventative care needs and when they are sick.

I'm going to have to revise my review. Took my cat there for vaccinations and to be chipped on 11/24. Paid them $197. I was told I'd receive my receipt and paperwork via email. It's 12/8 now and I've received nothing. I don't even know if they did any of the care I paid for because I wasn't allowed in the building. I have no proof of my cat's rabies vaccine which is very disturbing. And I've received nothing from the microchip company either which leads me to believe the paperwork wasn't filed or it was just plain never done. Their FB page has been shut down and their website no longer exists. Calls and emails aren't answered.

This has been a good vet office over the years, but since Covid19 you can't get in and they don't answer the phone anymore. Too bad

I've called multiple time, on multiple days and the phone continues to ring, no voice mail option or anything and nobody ever picks up. Very frustrating. Im in a small emergency and no one is picking up. Unprofessional and unreliable. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I got a Pregnancy x-ray done for my dog and the quality was great.

As a former employee, all I have to say is that maybe management should reconsider their actions and how they want to conduct business to "care" for pets and pet owners. There is minimal staff, no communication, phone calls do not get answered, random cancellations/closings, and so much more. There is not even a registered technician working there. Addition: after I posted this exact same review on their Facebook business page and customers heard about what’s going on, they immediately shut down their Facebook page and got word that their only trustworthy doctor has resigned and is moving on. Please make an informed decision about taking your pet here if you can even get in or get a phone call through.

What is happening? I’m not able to reach you and am in need of my animals shot records. No phone voicemail set up. This looks like you’re giving up.

Both myself and my pets LOVE the staff at Peach Grove Animal Hospital! They take care of my cat and my dog and do an excellent job. Dr.Bergman is very knowledgeable in pet behavior and health. My dog loves her and the vet techs, even when they clip her nails and give her vaccines! My cat has a bit more attitude when he goes in but they are always very understanding and kind with him, even when he’s hissing and trying to claw them. I cannot recommend this vet enough!

A little more expense than other vets, but wonderful people.

They say they update their Facebook regularly rather than their website or Google. They have been MIA for weeks and were supposed to reopen 9/2, according to Facebook. The owner Deborah McArthur is very active on Facebook, but she can’t seem to make a simple post explaining to their customers and patients what’s going on. Even if there are extenuating circumstances, as a business owner it’s their responsibility to inform customers. Yes it’s a pandemic, and I know people should be more understanding. But Peach Grove isn’t even making an effort.

This place has gone down hill. Stay away! They will not answer calls or return messages. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for over a month now. We will take our pets elsewhere.

Tried for months to make a vet appointment here - it's so close to our house. The phone rings forever, no answer. No one calls you back if you leave a voicemail. No one writes you back via email. I finally got ahold of someone on the phone, set up a vet appointment and then they call and cancel it with no explanation. I really wanted to like them and make it work but they don't have it together right now with communication.

Do NOT go to this vet's office. I love Dr. Bergman, but the office has been essentially MIA for weeks now. Cannot get anyone on the phone or at the door. My pups have medications that needed to be refilled two weeks and NOTHING. Avoid this place if you care about your animals.

We've been going to Peach Grove for mnu years and they have taken great care for our dogs. They're always able to get us in, flexible when we need it, and can help over the phone as needed on occasion. Lastly, the staff is friendly, always love seeing our pets, and take great care of them.

Their phone lines seem to be down a lot lately. And the office seems to be closed a lot . 2 months in a row now having trouble getting refills on dogs meds. I try to get refills over a week before I need them but pharmacies cannot get hold of them to refill prescriptions beginning to wonder if the really care about our animals any more. Used to be a good place. But their service seems to be getting poor in the last 3 months.

Considering the circumstances with the COVID-19 they were doing everything they could to accomodate for all the pets coming in the parking lot. They did a great job and we are very pleased with our experience from the Vet and the Vet Tech. The Vet took the time to come out to the car and talk to us about our new puppy rather than call us on the phone, very appreciated.
