We lost our precious Havanese of 16 years recently. We have a new pup of that breed and reluctantly left our long time vet in Fort Thomas. Just too far. We tried Mason Animal Hospital when pup Teddy had a sudden illness. We couldn’t be happier. Professional, friendly, caring service from docs, techs and receptionists. We are here to stay!!

I have a 13 year old Westie with WLD and the diagnosis was extremely poor. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Wolf who agreed to think outside the box and was open to trying a few different treatments. It has been 6 months now and my dog is doing great. Each day I get with her is an extra day I don't believe I would have if it wasn't for Dr. Wolf. All the staff and the vet techs are so friendly, caring, and helpful also. I want to say thank you to everyone at Mason Animal Hospital !!!

I have been going to Mason Animal Hospital for over 10 years. The Doctors, the staff and the man, myth, legend Dr. Wolf is one of the most compassionate, understanding, caring, helpful knowledgeable, wonderful person you can meet in taking care of our beloved animals. He surrounds himself with Doctors and staff that feel the same way. There is no other place in Cincinnati I would go then Mason Animal Hospital. They are the best, Period.

I just got a little rescue dog three weeks ago and I took him to Mason animal care for his check up. Everyone was wonderful and you could tell that they loved the animals. They explained everything to me thoroughly and made us both feel very welcome. They answered all of my questions, of which I had many, and I left feeling confident that my dog would be in good hands.

I recently had to say good bye to my 17 yr old Schnoodle do to health issues. Monica went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. She explained everything he would need on a daily basis if I decided to prolong his life. It was more than I could put him through at his age knowing that in the end he would only suffer. She explained what would happen step by step. I was allowed to hold him wrapped in a soft blanket until he was gone. She gave me all the time I needed with him before and after to say good bye. Her compassion and kindness helped more than she will ever know. The mom of Snickers thanks you Monica from the bottom of my heart.

My cat is hard to work with , but never a problem for them - they always treat her well and are very efficient .

The staff are always attentive, nice and helpful. The facility is clean, well organized and run with efficiency. They treated my babies like their own.

I have met three of the veterinarians and they all are so knowledgeable and friendly. They all seemed to genuinely care about my dogs. The staff is friendly as well as helpful!

Last minute, I brought my near 14 year old dog to the Mason Animal Hospital this past Saturday which was a holiday weekend. He was presenting with a sudden head tilt, unsteady legs, loss of appetite, vomiting and diarrhea. We really thought he was in his final hours. Dr. Davis examined our dog and then she gave me a report of what she believed was the diagnosis. She also presented me with her recommended treatment plan. Thank you Dr. Davis!!! All I can say is that our dog made a complete turnaround and all the medications made a significant difference for our dog. He still has a slight head tilt but every other condition has reversed. He has a pep in his step again and we cannot thank you enough!!!

Herbie Husker had his 1st visit this week and I couldn't be happier with how everything went from the scheduling, actual appt and then a follow up call. The staff was great to work with and I would definitely recommend!!!

I've recently brought one of our latest new babies to Mason Animal Hospital. I've been coming to this vet for about 25 years now. They've welcomed our new babies and help say goodbye to our other babies. I've always had the best service and treatment. Always nice to be treated by such wonderful people! Thank you to all of you.

We are loyal clients and can’t think of any reason to take our dogs elsewhere. The practice is always responsive to our needs, friendly and knowledgeable. We can get an appointment the same day when needed. We love MAH.

We brought our corgi puppy Gus for his initial visit and we were so impressed with the safety procedures in place and how smooth the process was for his appointment. The staff was so friendly and took the time to understand everything going on with our new pup. We’ve been back for our second visit and we are quite happy with the continued care. Would definitely recommend!!!

The staff here collaborated with the students at UC Medical School on a microscope parasitology lab, and they were super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout. Any pet or animal brought to them will be in good hands!
