From reception, to vet tech to veterinarian to check out, each and every person there really loves animals, of course, and they truly care about what's best for your pet. They are also helpful and patient with parents of pets! :) I highly recommend trusting Hopewell with the ongoing care of your furry friend.

The care that Hopewell Animal Hospital has given my dog into her senior years is above and beyond what I’ve experienced with any other vet in the Cincinnati area. She has had a very difficult health journey since she was a puppy and is very fearful of any visit because of all she’s been through with past practices, but Hopewell knows how to handle her so well. They are so knowledgeable and caring. I am so thankful for them!

We had a catastrophic event with one of our rescue dogs. Our normal Vet couldn't get see us due to a staffing shortage. We called Hopewell on a recommendation from someone who was familiar with their services. They saw us within 3 hours. From the front office, tech, doctor, and all support staff, they were kind and compassionate. We were in the office for over three hours while they gave us constant updates on the care of our dog. Like many people, we are looking for a Vet that is not only skilled, but has compassionate staff and a support system. We have found them at Hopewell.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and affectionate to your fluffy family members. The veterinarians are informative and provide the best possible care for your pet. My family have been going here for over 15 years. We've been through some rough times and some lovely times here. They've always been there for us with empathy, love, and support. This is not the cheapest animal hospital around, but you get what you pay for and so does your pet. I would recommend this place to anyone and trust them with my dogs life.

Hopewell Animal Hospital is a true blessing. We have been going to Hopewell for years... even after moving to the Westside we still drive to Loveland because of the great care we receive.

I received a rescue dog from Alabama two weeks ago today. This dog was bit in the eye by a rattlesnake. A vet in Alabama crudely removed her eye and she was brought to me for the healing process. On day two, the dog’s condition got worse quickly. I called my vet, Dr. Baum, asking him to look at this girl, Lucy. He agreed. In 30 minutes she was being evaluated by Dr. Miller, a new vet in the office. Lucy was not in good shape. Dr. Miller, with Dr. Baum assisting, saved this dog’s life by performing surgery to fix what the vet in Alabama botched. I am very blessed to have wonderful vets, vet technicians, and office staff in my life to help in times like these. Thank you Hopewell Animal Hospital for everything!

I can’t speak high enough of the doctors and staff at Hopewell Animal Hospital. They treat your pets with the same care and compassion that they would their own. Two of my pets had very complicated medical conditions and the doctors didn't stop until they were able to diagnose and provide treatment that allowed them to regain a good quality of life. I am forever grateful to them.

We have a 12 year old dog with aging issues and the care she receives at Hopewell with Dr. Baum and his staff is the best. They are caring and efficient and always explain everything to the fullest along with patiently answering any questions I have. They are the best! She is doing so much better since receiving her care at Hopewell.

I have been taking my dog and cats to Hopewell for years . They are a very professional and compassionate group of veterinarians The receptionists and assistants are also very responsive and caring toward their furry patients . Their Covid protocols were phenomenal!

I have experienced everyone at this office to be friendly, helpful and professional. They genuinely love your animals. Once we called at closing time panicked because my daughter’s dog, Sadie, had just been attacked by a pit bull, and Dr. Baum and staff stayed late to do emergency surgery on Sadie which saved her life. They’re great people.

Our 3 dogs have been going to and being cared for by Hopewell Animal Hospital for he past 9 years. Folks are very efficient but also take the time to provide details for both preventive health as well as when they need treatment.

I have been going to HAH fir 20 years! Dr. Baum and his staff are fantastic. They care as much about your dogs as you do. It feels like family.

So friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Great at explaining options in terms of treatment and making sure we understand. We have been coming here for 15 years and have made first visits, last visits and everything in between. Every single time the staff and doctors are top notch!
