Camp Bow Wow Cincinnati is a great doggie daycare and boarding facility. The staff truly cares about each and every dog. The facility is very clean and the kennels are not typical chain link kennels. You can truly trust that your furry family member will be taken care of and loved while they are at camp or boarding. I wish I could give ten stars!

We love Camp Bow Wow! The employees always know my dog's name when we walk into the building and seem genuinely happy to see her. Everything about Camp Bow Wow has impressed us!

Well, We stopped in to check out the facilities and the first thing I noticed was how nicely decorated the front lobby was and it smelled clean!! The young lady at the front desk was cheerful and helpful! I filled out the registration forms so hopefully, we will be called from the waiting list. I was disappointed that we will have to wait but I believe that says something about the way they care for the animals here. Keeping our fingers crossed that we hear from them soon!

Been taking my dog to Camp Bow Wow for 9 years for day care and boarding. They always take great care and are interested in my boy's welfare. Extremely friendly as well. My dog is happy to be there and never hesitates to go in. Highly recommend

I have been taking my dog here for more than 3 years and suddenly he got dismissed because he was being a DOG. We took a break from camp bow Wow because we are working from home now and he stays with us. I think it is normal. He got overexcited (just trying to hump , never aggressive) after being alone for a long time. It took them just 1 hour or less to put him aside and call us . No second chance no nothing. I guess business is going ok for them and they don't need to spend a little extra" time with a dog that is not new for them. The person at the helpdesk has 12 years of experience working there ..... she may need more time to deal with dogs. She stated our dog has been dismissed before at that place .. that is not true and she couldn't prove that (she checked the computer and my dog's profile didnt have any notes or comments supporting what she was saying)

Love camp bow wow. Started working there at the blue ash location when I just turned 18 and finally after 19 years of my life I finally knew what I wanted to do with my life thanks to this place. Unfortunately after about a year and a half working there I was 110% convinced my manager Lyndsay T. Was one of the most rude, stuck up, and overall nastiest people I’ve ever met. After almost two years and the countless times she’s said horrible things to my co workers and me, I realized although I loved the environment, it was not safe for my mental health being 18 fresh out of highschool trying to find my ways in life. Lyndsay till this day has left her mark on me and I won’t forget the ways she tore me down and the self conceited smirk she had while she was doing it. I know several employees who suffer(ed) from her abuse and several employees who have had to quit their job and say goodbye to your sweet pups because of her toxicity. Now I’m all about peace and love but I don’t know if I could ever forgive someone with intentions as bad as Lyndsays. Thank you again, sue meese, for the experience. I hope you hear about my doggy daycare in the future :)

We heard great reviews from a friend of ours before we had a dog of our own. Once we got our pup, we signed her up to try it out. She loves going to camp! She comes back tired, happy and more eager to learn at home. We plan on bringing her regularly! She already perks at the word “camp” and gets excited in the car! The staff is great too!

The counselors are so patient with Eleanor, who is a little shy and weary about being touched. They all know her name, which makes me happy. Every time we walk through the door someone recognizes her. Knowing that Eleanor is safe, happy, and taken care of at CBWW helps put me at ease whenever we have to take her there.

One of the few places I trust for this kind of thing. They’re super organized and add really nice touches to personalize your/your dog’s experience. A little pricey, but worth it for the peace of mind.

We LOVE Camp Bow Wow! The facility is so nice and the employees are very friendly. I had zero worries about my puppy attending his first day and he had a BLAST. We have been back since and my puppy does not think twice about leaving me to go play with his new friends. He absolutely loves it there.

I was nervous about introducing my new dog to doggie daycare because she’s never been around that many dogs since I rescued her. Being able to watch her body language and how she interacted with the other dogs on their webcam was a huge relief! I love that the dogs are broken up into smaller, manageable groups with an employee actively supervising them throughout the day to prevent any sort of doggie-disagreements. When I picked her up, they told me right away when she got a scratch on her ear from playing with other dogs. They were honest about how she was doing when she was still figuring out where she belonged in the pack on day one, and they were excited with me when they told me she made a new Great Dane and German Shepherd friend on day two and three. They also remembered exactly who she was after her first day and it was so heartwarming! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my goodest girl!

The friendliness of the staff is a big plus for me. I also cannot state enough how much I appreciate that almost every time I checked out the live cameras, there was an employee monitoring the dog's play. My lab loves other dogs & does well in this environment, but the assurance that she, & all dogs working on their social skills, have someone to look over them & assist when needed is the best service you offer. I will not be going anywhere else!

CBW is the best, I have a special needs dog with a very strict diet due to EPI, they always take great care of her and her brother. All the staff are fabulous and know exactly who Atticus & Zoey are as well as who I am when I pick them up! ♥️???? I also want to mention Carmen who gives them a bath every other month and brushes them every other month. Carmen, hugs and ????

I have nothing but good things to say about Camp Bow Wow Cincinnati. I've used daycare and boarding services, and I've been very satisfied in both areas. I can breath easy knowing my dog is enjoying himself and he's safe and well taken care of by Camp Bow Wow staff. When looking for a daycare, I was impressed that Camp Bow Wow staff aren't just dog lovers--they're trained in how to ensure the dogs are safe and healthy.

I can't say enough about Camp Bow Wow! They take care of our dog like she is their own. She loves everyone there, everyone is super friendly and passionate about what they do! Sue the general manager is amazing, we were gone for 10 days and my dog got super stressed and made herself sick. They immediately did everything they could to help her and got her the attention she needed from the vet. To be out of the country and away and know your dog is in such good hands was such a comfort. The Staff there is so friendly and amazing! We will never go anywhere else, worth every penny!

My dog adores this place. All I have to do is say "Camp" and she follows me around the house until we leave. Great people and our favorite of the 5 daycare places we've tried
