Jeremy should have continued his job as a server at Frisch’s. He’s totally unqualified . The grooming is based on volume not quality- and care of your pet. .

Best pet store for dogs, cats and birds that I've ever been to. They have an incredible selection of food, treats, and supplies. Customer service is top-notch, casual and makes you feel like one of the family. Their puppy training classes and grooming services are excellent! This is the only pet store in town as far as my family is concerned!

Groomer took my girl for a quick nail trim, no appointment necessary when they aren't busy. Some fresh, local produce Saturday.

Great store and nice people

We love having this local gem of a store so close. They have a wide variety that is competitively priced, friendly staff, and a clean place. Our pup enjoys visiting, too!

We had our dog (15 pound mini golden doodle) groomed here 6/3/21. She has been here several times previously without incident. However this time she came home with one blood shot right eye, and a swollen left eye with a blushing blood vessel. The groomer claims this was from stress, however after looking into it further it has become obvious that she was choked, or strangled herself on the leash while being groomed. The groomers did not think to call her owners or stop the session. Their solution was to put her in the cage for a bit and try again later. She is not acting like herself and needs medical attention from the vet. I will never be taking my dogs here again and will look into an animal abuse complaint against the owner Jeremy.

The place is amazing! All employees are extremely intelligent, kind and respectful. They are always available to assist anyone! I would never trust anyone else to care for my babies!

Loved it here! Recently (April 2021) boarded our dog and had grooming/nail trim done. Our large dog got a bath, brush out and nail trim. She looked and smelled so much better!! They were very accommodating when I had to change my pick up/drop off dates. The staff is super friendly as well!! Definitely using them in the future.

This is the best locally owned pet store with the most knowledgeable staff I've ever dealt with.

Nice products for average prices and feel much better about spending my money at a local shop verses Amazon or those other big pet stores

Great store and very helpful staff! Offered to order something I couldn't find. Someone even walked the aisle with me until I found what I needed.

This place is amazing! They are so professional and courteous and you can tell they love what they do! I love that I am greeted by name and my fur baby runs to the door when we go. The selection of pet food and supplies is phenomenal and I'm grateful they have healthy made in America options you can't find elsewhere.

Great place. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They always have what I need for a picky Greyhound. Plus, I love the cute doggie t-shirts for me!
