Reasonable prices, friendly staff, took time to discuss my cat and a plan to move forward. While I was there, another client came in to pick up his cat with a serious condition and I felt they explained it well to him.

In response to the 1 star review by Ms. Adkins... you had an appointment for a "Follow up Exam" there is is fee for any exam.. and the charge is 54.00... any time the doctor does an exam on a patient, there is a charge.

Dr. Baxter and his staff are great. They are always ready to listen. I will always recommend my other cat owners to see Dr. Baxter. Thank you. The prices are very reasonable and are well within budget.

Dr Baxter really knows his stuff. I am so happy I took my cat to him. He discovered a major health issue, by running the right bloodwork. Made the right suggestions on how to proceed and my cat is doing great! I highly recommend !

The team at Cat Care is very reliable and the treatment suggestions make good sense. We took in a stray cat that tested positive for FLV and it has not been a death sentence for Carlos. He remains healthy and we trust the advice of Dr. Baxter and staff.

Amazing staff and super friendly. I've had a bad experience everywhere I took her, with them just not giving my cat the proper care. The vet explained everything he does and reasons why and they are just all around amazing. I'm so happy I started going to this place and don't ever see me bringing my cat anywhere else. The price was really reasonable too.

Dr Baxter and his staff have been wonderful.. They're prices are fair and much lower than area hospitals with much better service and knowledge. Staff was very upfront about costs, and came in below my estimate.

This place loves cats! I started going here after my local vet refused to provide particular services, so they lost my business and Cat Care gained it. I just took a second kitten there today to get started on her boosters, vaccinations, etc. All staff members there are extremely friendly. The parking lot is modest but I have always been able to get a good spot. For the pandemic, they are requiring you to call from the parking lot so they can limit the number of patients in the building. They have a nice waiting room that is decked out with cats and for cats (multiple cats freely roam the office, all friendly). Price-wise, Cat Care is similar to veterinarians in my local area (Western Hills). Some things cost more than my last vet, some less, so it ends up evening out. The vets here know what they're talking about, are very friendly, and clearly love cats. They always explain what next steps are, why certain things are done, and answer any questions you have. Scheduling appointments is wonderful here; my schedule can be weird so sometimes I have issues getting good appointment times at places, but Cat Care always has had my first choice of day and time. There is some pressure put on you to microchip your cat, but thankfully the staff isn't argumentative about it. For the most part, they respect your decisions as a long-term cat parent. Overall, I am very happy with this Cat Care Hospital in all ways but the distance from my home (30+ minutes), but that's not their fault. I would highly recommend you check out this clinic for your little one, particularly if you are fed up with veterinarians that push or refuse services.

They took care of me and my cat Lily and I wasn't as nervous as I thought I would be. They assured me that she did really well and didn't give them too much trouble. I was worried she might slash at them and fight, but she didn't, because she felt safe. I'll be returning here for sure!

Cat Care Hospital is the best veterinary clinic for cats in the area. My family has always brought our cats here and I drive from Dayton so my cats can still see Dr Baxter. Fantastic care and great service, always treated very well. Highly recommend.

Overall everyone is friendly and willing to help but they can never get their prices right. When I first called I was told the first visit would be $80. Turned into $160. Then was told to have the cat neutered it would only be $170 and you guessed it, that turned into $260. Idk if it’s bad Communication or what but repeatedly ask the price and confirm before you go. After my cats surgery I will definitely not be back because they keep breaking my bank.

Dr. Baxter and his staff were great. This was our first visit with our adopted stray kitty and we've found our new vet!

The Veterinarian there is well informed on cat behavior and treatment. When we first went to him to get a second opinion on our cat (another vet had said she had a heart condition) he listened to her heartbeat and basically said no, she's a cat, she's freaked out but her heart is fine. He put us at ease and we've gone to him since. They have a few cats that hang out in the office as well, so you have adorable companions if you're waiting. Also, the technicians are really friendly.
